Our ENVIIROMENT can literally change our genetics from moment to moment. Unlike animals, our FREE WILL also changes our genetics. It's called epigenetics. We HEAL from the underlying INTENT by being INTENTIONAL about addressing our ANCESTRAL TRAUMA. That means DOING THE WORK. How do we do this? INTENTION - through our free will. Your ancestor may need the things they didn't GET when undergoing the forced conversion from free African to American slave. What kinds of things would they have needed? Peace Food Comfort Self direction Knowledge Hope Love Stable HOME FAMILY Laughter Healthy environment FREEDOM Enjoyable career Give YOURSELF the things your body NEEDS to heal, and DO NOT DENY IT ANOTHER SECOND. You will LITERALLY change your epigenetics in real time, and even PASS ON that healing to your children! Your CHILDREN will start to look DIFFERENT, because the INTENTION is changing our physical body. We LITERALLY CHANGE OUR DNA EVERY SECOND. Make it BENEFICIAL. I SHIT YOU NOT. Oh, and PS?
