On Mexico's side of the Rio Grande it's called Rio Bravo, it's where all the sewage from Mexico runs into the river. You never see ppl fishing there bc it's too toxic to eat the fish. The smell has been bad since the late 60's that I know of.

WTF!?! Send this to every local news station in the area, then the state, then the country. This should be making headlines. Make it viral! No way can this be allowed to go on unchecked!

Looking at the map there are three industrial sites on the Iowa side and nothing on the Nebraska side. One is a fertilizer manufacturer. Still not sure what I'm looking at but I don't like it.

That is not the sewer. That is the discharge from the sewage water treatment plant. This is not an uncommon practice in the United States. Your shit water goes to a treatment plant. From plant to river. Clean water treatment is the same way. Water from river treated pump to home.
