This was the first sermon I listened to after God saved me. I had no idea what Reformed theology was. I didn’t know 1 Kings from Romans. But IMMEDIATELY after hearing this, everything that was wrong with the sinner’s prayer, decisionism, and all the false ideas about conversion made sense. It was like everything clicked, and I realized how terrible the average church is. It was a truly eye-opening experience for me.

🦊 i finished wrapping up first my solo recently and as words from people around me started influencing me, it really stressed me out and it really started swaying my identity as a person…i was really burnt out for 3 months 🦊 i used to be someone that told people everything when i was going through a hard time like “i’m going through a tough time right now” but i don’t know when it started, but i couldn’t get myself to tell people around me anymore 👤 i wonder why? was it out of consideration for them? 🦊 that could be why…and i also felt like i needed to learn how to overcome things myself 🦊 i didn’t say anything to anyone and was going through it myself…then i thought about namjoon hyung so i went to him and asked him a lot of questions and one of the things he said to me was that he hopes i face the things that make me uncomfortable 🦊 i had conflicts with soobin and we had awkward phases but i wanted to erase all of these things one by one and i feel like there were also a lot of things that i had been misunderstanding, coming to think of it now…so i went up to soobin first and said “hey, let’s go get a drink”

In a recent interview with Jim Daly, Ben Sasse answered several challenging questions about how to respond to suffering with both Christian faith and hope: "I don't want to be aggressive with the intellectualist rationalist side, but God tells us in Scripture everything we need to know for faith and life, but He doesn't tell us everything we want to know or everything that we ultimately will know. And He is God. And to whom else would we go? So, I trust Him because He is who He is, and He has been faithful. And so, I won't get every answer this side of eternity... Death is an enemy. Death is wicked. But it's the final enemy. It's our last battle. And after that, there will be no more tears. And so, we will have these answers, and we will know that God used it for His good." 💬 What changed the most after your debut? 🐹 My mindset changed to be a bit better. 🐹 Before I was thinking, “Wouldn’t I just do this for about 7 years and then stop?” 🐹 But as I kept doing it, it gradually became fun and I became more sincere. 🐹 I’m also very grateful to the fans. And because of that, I thought maybe it would be okay for me to be more sincere. 🐹 I didn’t know I would do this for this long. As I kept doing it, it became fun, so I thought maybe it would be okay to do it seriously, and that feeling actually grew bigger for me over time. 🐹 I just changed to be more positive.

a moment when MY healed you the most? 🌙 during fansign, a MY came up to me and for no particular reason said "i'm always on aeri's side, no matter what" , "i just really like aeri" and when i heard that, i think i really felt a sense of fulfillment about the work that i do. It also made me think a lot about the fact that people like me and of course i'm grateful but i think that's when i truly realized "this is a really happy moment." like that.
