This gentleman was getting work don’t on his car, so he rented a car from Enterprise so he could get to work for the next few days. They were supposed to get him at 5pm, 5pm comes around and nobody came. He calls them at 5:10 to see what happened and if they were coming. Immediately when he walked in, he wasn’t greeted at all, in fact they ignored him. The cashier that begrudgingly took his order seemed forced and was bothered by having to serve him. He felt like they made it a point make him feel unwelcome. They would institute a disciplinary case against him. Raphesu obviously denied ever calling Nkabinde. He offered to do a Polygraph test, offered to hand over his cellphone to be checked to show he never called Nkabinde. They did not do as he proposed. They took from February to October not saying anything to him about the disciplinary case, meanwhile sidelining him in the office. Raphesu has requested the Commission to assist him with an Investigator to make sure his matter doesn't land in wrong hands as he put it. He is going to open a criminal case against him.
