What is often overlooked in hip mobility is that in order for muscles to be properly used, there needs to be space available in the joints for them to express that mobility in the first place. For example, how can your internal rotators help you internally rotate if your hips lack IR range of motion? Fix that first, then the rest is much easier 👇
