What does RIR mean again?

2-3 is right for me as well. I like a lighter set, working on range of motion. The upper/lower day is a great split. I get it done in 30-45 min. Just don’t have 1-2 hrs to lift with other goals too. I also know I won’t ever be a unit like that guy either!
