I’m in! The work you did in 2014 during russian invasion of Ukraine was legendary. Till this day, when people start speaking about how everything in Ukraine began- I demand they watch Russian Roulette first Thank you and you have my support

Thank you! I’d love to be able to get out there more than I do and can use all the help I can get.

Im in Simon! You are the best. Your videos in 2014 were the BEST. Will always respect you!

Loved your work in Ukraine back in the day.

I miss the Vice days…lot of great content, horrible management / company. Gaza was still standing. 😢

Your coverage of 2014 Ukraine in Russian Roulette was like being given access to the event itself. Never watched anything like it. Helped me understand how coups work. You had interviews with very low level officials, activists, civilians, soldiers, mercenaries, volunteer militias, police, election workers and firefighters who where basically just asked "what do you think is happening?".

I'm excited for this next step for you. I still sometimes go back to the Russian Roulette videos to remind me of fine points of how all this nonsense started.

Isn't it a bit too early to be drinking?

Good luck Simon! We need you doing more work like Selfie Soldiers!

This is great to hear. All the very best of luck.

Your work on the ground in Ukraine was astonishingly good. Best of luck.

@rodmaldaner @sampsonlive

Simon has been consistently honest and truthful to every experience he has which cuts through the politics of wherever he’s at and focus on what’s actually happening.

Maybe lose the liquor cabinet and the hair dye.

"What did you think hearing about an American who fought for Russian separatists of the so-called Donetsk People's Republic named Texas, whom you did a story in 2014, ended up being snatched by Russian soldiers, tortured, and placed into the trunk of a car that was set on fire?

I was not surprised. The thing westerners who fall in love with Russia forget is that Russia doesn’t and won’t ever love them back.

sorry disagree, i think there's been a big shift in terms of format and audience from vice days; especially the latter wants radically different shot and edited content. I'd contact the guys from @Channel5iveNews;

Good old days of Vice News that included @Jake_Hanrahan & @arisroussinos

@Cappyarmy help this man out.

You’re awesome Simon; it’s super sad what’s happening

You do such amazing reporting Simon!

simon has adopted that popular schoolgirl affectation “impor-ent” perhaps PBS put it in the contract.

Good for you, Simon! Go for it. (I remember you from 2014, when you were taken prisoner by the Russians in the Donbas.)
