🚨This video is terrifying. And it’s another example of how ICE is making everyone less safe. At Las Vegas International Airport, two people, in plain clothes, are seen trying to handcuff a man. The man is screaming for help. When the person filming asks a TSA agent what is...

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were filmed, once again, assaulting U.S. citizens outside the Kane County Courthouse, in St. Charles, Illinois. In the video, ICE agents are arresting a man while people film the arrest. A person tries to get information from the man, when an ICE agent suddenly moves toward her and another woman, pushes them back, while pointing an expandable baton at them, in a threatening manner. One woman tells the agent that she has a right to record… which he responds by shoving her. The agent then threatens the person filming, pointing his baton at them, and yells, “don’t follow me.” As if simply observing law enforcement is a crime… especially when there’s a clear physical barrier separating them. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public. People filming, and not physically interfering, are exercising protected speech. The Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable seizures and excessive force. Physical pushing and threatening citizens with a baton, when they are not resisting or obstructing, raises serious questions about whether force is being used lawfully, or as intimidation. Excessive force standards, used by federal law enforcement, requires any force to be objectively reasonable based on an actual threat or interference… not simply the presence of people recording, or criticizing them. So, once again… Filming and observing is not interference. Standing in public is not a threat. And this is not about “respecting authority.” It’s about whether constitutional rights still apply when citizens are watching government agents do their jobs.

🚨BREAKING: In Columbia Heights, MN, ICE agents are going door to door and targeting people based on how they sound, demanding proof of citizenship, then human trafficking them when they refuse to comply with unlawful orders. In the video, a man is standing by a garage on private property. ICE agents approach him and demand identification. The man correctly states that he does not have to show ID. He is not suspected of a crime, he is on private property, and the agents have no warrant… He then asks why he is required to provide documentation. An agent then says the quiet part out loud… “Because of your accent.” The man points out the obvious, “You have an accent too.” The agent then asks, “Where were you born?” The man responds, “Where were you born?” At that point, the agent escalates. He orders, “Put your hands behind your back,” then physically grabs the man, shoves him against the garage, and restrains him without a warrant, without probable cause, and without reasonable suspicion of a crime, or even knowing who he is. Another agent steps directly in front of the camera to obstruct recording, while another joins in assaulting the man on private property. What’s illegal here is visible on video: • Detaining someone on private property without a warrant • Demanding identification without reasonable suspicion • Targeting someone based solely on accent or perceived national origin • Using force to enforce an unlawful order • Obstructing a lawful recording of law enforcement The man is then taken against his will so ICE can “prove his status.” That is not a lawful stop, it is human trafficking under color of law, seizing a person first and transporting them elsewhere to investigate their identity later, all for profit. This is not border enforcement. This is not public safety. This is government agents abducting people based on how they sound, then trafficking them through detention systems for funding, quotas, and “processing.” And the question isn’t whether this man had legal status. The question is how long Americans will tolerate federal agents kidnapping people on private property, calling it “verification,” and pretending the Constitution no longer applies.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught, on video, recklessly pointing their GUNS at a CHILD, and multiple other unarmed U.S. citizens… who were nowhere near them… while demanding a legal resident prove his immigration status, in Immokalee, Florida. And this all happened in a busy gas station parking lot… In the video, a person is recording while walking toward the sidewalk… When suddenly, an ICE agent draws his firearm, turns around, and points his gun directly at the unarmed U.S. citizen. And just to be clear… No one was attacking him, rushing toward him, or even armed with any sort of weapon. In fact, no one was even close enough to pose an immediate physical threat. Then, the agent, with his gun still drawn, orders a car to move. As it backs up, he recklessly sweeps his loaded firearm across multiple unarmed people… including a MINOR… who are standing on a public sidewalk, legally record from a distance. The person filming keeps asking… “What’s the threat?” Because the video clearly doesn’t show one. Moments later, the same agent points his gun at the person filming, AGAIN. Then, a shirtless man walks around the vehicle to see what’s happening, and the agent immediately points the gun at him, too. At this point, a second ICE agent is seen, standing on the side of the car, with HIS gun drawn, too. And after all of that… The man, they were demanding papers from, walks away because he wasn’t undocumented. And the ICE agents get into their car and leave. Federal officers are trained to draw their firearms only when they reasonably believe there is an imminent threat of death, or serious bodily harm. Every time a loaded firearm is pointed at someone, there is a risk of a tragic mistake… especially in a public place where innocent bystanders could be caught in the middle. And once again… recording federal agents, from a public place, is protected by the First Amendment, so long as you are not interfering with their duties. And no one was interfering… or even near them. So, what exactly justified having multiple firearms drawn, and pointed at unarmed people, in a crowded gas station parking lot? This wasn’t just dangerous for the people filming… It was dangerous for everyone in that parking lot. And this video is just another example of what happens when poorly trained ICE agents aren’t held accountable.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now pulling people out of restrooms, refusing ID, and taking them without identifying who they are. In Clearwater, Minnesota, a video shows a group of agents waiting outside a men’s restroom inside a truck repair shop. Seconds later, you hear a man yelling, panic and fear in his voice. Then about five agents rush toward the restroom. An agent says, “Let’s go.” Agents pull a man out of the restroom, handcuffed. The man pleads, “I’ll give you my ID!” An agent responds, “Right, right, right…” as they push him out the door and take him away without verifying who he is or checking his ID. Everything about this video is alarming… Law enforcement is not allowed to detain people arbitrarily. ICE agents must have legal authority to seize someone, and restrooms, inside private businesses, are non-public spaces. Entering or removing someone from that space generally requires a judicial warrant or consent, absent an actual emergency. Ignoring an offer to provide identification while forcibly detaining someone raises serious due process and Fourth Amendment concerns. This isn’t about immigration status. This is about the government ignoring the constitution, racially profiling, and grabbing anyone who doesn’t immediately comply with their illegal demands. When federal agents can drag someone out of a restroom without verifying who the person is, and without accountability, no one’s rights are safe.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents illegally stopped a U.S. citizen, who was walking down the street, and demanded that he prove his citizenship, in Atlantic City, New Jersey. And when someone stopped to film it… an ICE agent, in an unmarked vehicle, drove directly toward them, using their vehicle to intimidate them for exercising their constitutional right to record law enforcement. In the video, ICE agents stopped a man walking down the street and demanded he show them his ID. A person driving sees this, stops their car, and begins filming from across the street. Then, another agent, sitting in an unmarked vehicle, on the other side of the street, drives directly toward the person filming, and stops inches from the side of their car. The agents eventually let the U.S. citizen go… get into the vehicle that is still parked inches from the person filming, and then wave at them like this is all some kind of joke… and drive away. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable seizures. And when armed federal agents stop someone and demand identification, that is not a casual conversation. And the First Amendment protects the right to record government agents performing their duties in public, as long as you are not actually interfering with what they are doing. (Filming from across the street is not interfering) So, when armed federal agents stop someone walking down the street and demand proof of citizenship, while another agent uses a vehicle to intimidate someone documenting it, there are some serious constitutional questions that need to be raised. You should not have to prove you belong, in your own country, to armed government agents. And you should not be intimidated for documenting them. That is what government power without accountability looks like… When the government can violate your rights, and then tell you that your only option is to comply… you no longer live in a free country.

🚨BREAKING: (Chicago suburb, St. Charles) ICE agents smashed a handcuffed man’s face into a stone wall, then assaulted a U.S. citizen, multiple times, once they realized they were filming. In the video, multiple ICE agents have a man in handcuffs. While he is completely under their control, and not resisting, they smash his face into a stone wall. A U.S. citizen begins asking for the man’s name, while filming... note that he is not interfering, blocking the agents, or preventing the arrest in any way…. But that doesn’t stop the ICE agent from chases after him, while another agent threatens him with a taser. As the citizen is actively backing away, the agent continues walking toward him, and aggressively shoves him backwards. Even after the detained man is being escorted to the vehicle… and the legal observer is nowhere near the agents, or their cars… that same ICE agent continues shoving the U.S. citizen for no apparent reason. And while he is standing on the public sidewalk, another agent walks over and points a taser inches from him, and then turns around and points his taser at other innocent people, who are just standing and watching. Americans have a First Amendment right to record government officials performing their duties in public. Threatening, intimidating, or assaulting someone because they are documenting law enforcement, violates that right. And slamming a person face, who is handcuffed and not resisting, into a stone wall is excessive force. This is exactly why it’s important to always record anytime you see ICE agents. Because when there isn’t video evidence, we’re told to trust the government’s version of events. And more often than not, their version is filled with lies. But when there is video, the people filming often become the next target… just for documenting what is happening. And that’s what makes this so alarming. This is happening across the country, almost every single day. Americans are watching videos of people being thrown to the ground, beaten, threatened, shoved, tased, and intimidated by federal agents… while never seeing anyone held accountable. When a government refuses to investigate or discipline agents who violate people’s constitutional rights, it sends a message that they can keep doing it. And that’s exactly what we’re seeing. The Constitution means nothing if the people sworn to uphold it can violate it without consequence. And as long as this administration refuses to hold ICE agents accountable, Americans should expect to keep seeing videos like this… because impunity breeds abuse.

🚨BREAKING: A video shows what appears to be an ICE agent, masked and in plain clothes, stopping a car… and photographing the person inside to add to a government database, in California. He doesn’t identify himself… doesn’t say a word… just walks up, takes a picture, then walks to the front and photographs their faces through the windshield… and then leaves. This is not normal. If this is ICE, and not a random stalker, then what you’re watching is a federal agent taking photos of a U.S. citizen, who has not violated any laws… and adding them to a database. Federal agents are not allowed to target people without reasonable suspicion. They cannot conduct investigative actions based on a hunch… or how someone looks… and they absolutely cannot use intimidation tactics against people doing nothing wrong. So, what crime justifies this? What probable cause exists to photograph someone’s face like that? There isn’t one. We all have the right to document law enforcement in public… But now, we’re watching the reverse. Law enforcement documenting YOU, building government databases on YOU. Without identifying themselves, without explanation. That’s government surveillance. This is how rights disappear… quietly… piece by piece… Until exercising your first amendment rights gets your face logged into a government system you never consented to. This isn’t just “concerning.” It’s a direct threat to your constitutional rights.

🚨BREAKING: A masked ICE agent was filmed carrying a toddler in pajamas… and walking away. And given everything we now know about ICE, that should alarm the hell out of you. Because we are being asked to trust that someone is a legitimate federal agent just because they say they’re ICE… while their face is covered and they refuse to give out their badge numbers. And when that person is carrying away a fucking toddler, that is not something we should be expected to just shrug off. Especially when we have learned that ICE’s vetting process is deeply flawed. The ICE agent who fatally shot Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero in Maine had years of family court records detailing allegations of domestic and child abuse, including protective orders and other serious red flags. And somehow, he was still given a badge, a gun, and the authority of the federal government to arrest people, and take children into custody. And that’s not the only problem… We are also seeing cases of people impersonating federal immigration agents… including masked individuals using law-enforcement-style clothing, and equipment, to make themselves appear legitimate. So, when you have a masked man, claiming to be ICE, carrying away a toddler, the question everyone needs to be asking is… WHO THE FUCK IS THIS PERSON? How are we supposed to trust a system that has already failed to properly vet the people it gives this kind of power to? And how the hell are we supposed to tell the difference when criminals can easily pretend to be ICE, too? This is the terrifying reality of creating a system where people are expected to obey masked men carrying children away… simply because they claim to have government authority.

🚨An ICE agent hit a U.S. citizen with his car… A man is walking down a public sidewalk… doing nothing illegal… simply filming. An ICE agent turns into a gated entrance, and instead of waiting for the man to cross, instead of honking, instead of yielding like literally every driver is required to do… He drives straight into him. We have already seen ICE agents kill people when someone moves a car near them… …but this agent? He drove his car directly into a U.S. citizen walking on a sidewalk. And when the man says, “You just hit me”… The agent responds: “Move out of the fucking way.” That alone tells you everything about how this agent views the law, and the lives of U.S. citizens. The agent then he tries to twist reality, claiming the man is “interfering” with operations… For walking on a public sidewalk. Filming federal agents is legal. Walking down the street is legal. Running someone over because they’re recording you? That’s reckless endangerment, and assault with a vehicle. And then, it spirals into straight intimidation… The agent starts at the man saying, “Do you want to do something? You ain’t gonna do shit.” A federal agent, taunting a civilian, after hitting him with a car… Trying to provoke a reaction. ICE agents claim fear when it benefits them… …but show none when they’re the ones behind the wheel. This is exactly how people end up dead. And it’s happening with zero accountability.

🚨Another day, another video of ICE agents demanding a U.S. citizen prove his citizenship… this time, in Philadelphia. In the video, ICE agents box in a man’s car and immediately demand ID, without giving an explanation… Just, “There is a subject we are looking for.” The man responds exactly how anyone who knows their rights would: “What did I do?” And that matters… Because under the Fourth Amendment, law enforcement cannot detain you just to “check.” They need reasonable, articulable suspicion that you committed a crime, or are the specific person they’re looking for. Not just the same race, or, “you look like someone.” When agents surround a vehicle so you can’t leave, that’s a seizure, legally. That triggers constitutional protections. Instead of articulating a reason, the agent shifts the language: “I need to verify your identity.” No, they don’t. They can only demand identification if the stop, itself, is lawful. And the stop is only lawful if they can clearly explain why they believe you are the subject they’re looking for. Notice what they never say in the video: -They never describe the suspect. -They never state a crime. -They never explain how he matches the person they are “looking for.” Just, “we’re looking for someone.” That is not enough. Then, the agent tries to grab the man’s ID without consent. The man pulls it back and says, “Don’t touch my ID.” He’s right. Officers don’t get to physically seize your property without legal authority. The agent then looks at the ID from a distance and walks away. Which tells us something important… If they truly had probable cause, this would not have ended with a casual glance and retreat. ICE does not have authority to randomly stop citizens to “verify” they’re not someone else. That is exactly the kind of policing the Constitution was written to prevent. If agents can box in your car, demand your identity without stating a crime, and fish for compliance… then everyone’s rights are conditional. And conditional rights aren’t rights at all.

🚨BREAKING: Men posed as ICE agents and detained and assaulted a woman… and Tom Homan is telling everyone that they just have to comply with this. A woman was driving on Highway 211, in Oregon, when a vehicle with flashing red and blue lights pulled behind her. Believing she was being stopped by law enforcement, she pulled over. Two men approached her vehicle, one was carrying a rifle, and they claimed to be ICE agents and told her she was being detained. They pulled her out of her car, searched her, and put her in the back of their vehicle. Then, a third man… who remained inside the vehicle… assaulted her. He told her he was the “guard.” The men were wearing tactical vests labeled “POLICE,” carrying fake badges, and wore face coverings. They held her for nearly 20 minutes before telling her she was free to go… and then she drove herself to the hospital. And while she was there, she reported that she started receiving text messages from someone claiming to be a law firm offering legal representation for her detention. Federal authorities later confirmed this was NOT an official ICE operation… These were people pretending to be federal agents. And this is exactly why Tom Homan telling people to “comply” with anyone claiming to be ICE is so incredibly dangerous. Because what is a person supposed to do when someone in a tactical vest, carrying a gun, pulls them over with flashing lights and says they are federal agents? Just trust them? This is not about telling people to resist legitimate law enforcement. This is about the government normalizing a system where anyone can look like an armed federal agent, claim to have authority over you, and expect you to obey without being able to verify who they are. That doesn’t make people safer. It makes everyone more vulnerable to being kidnapped, assaulted, or killed by criminals who know they can pretend to be ICE.
