This was recorded from Earth using a Nikon Telescope. So why couldn’t Artemis II provide us better imagery given that it’s 240,000 miles closer & why couldn’t they do the reverse but zoom in on Earth? Simple questions with what should be a simple answer.

Simple answer: Because Artemis II was no closer to the moon than that Nikon telescope on earth.

They could have zoomed in on all the debris and gear (American flag, reflective mirror, Rover, descent stages) and shut the deniers up forever. Oh, yeah, there's also 96 bags of human waste supposedly left because there was no practical way to bring it back.

At the very least, zoom right in on the Apollo landing site. But the reason the can't is because neither one ever happened. They were both IQ tests. Nothing more!

The time it took to compose this image with a Nikon telescope probably exceeded the time Artemis 2 spent flying by. There is probably also issues with exposer and aperture when you’re going 1500km/hr.

Because they're using handheld cameras at thousands of mph? Look up "stacking" - how amateurs capture high-resolution images from Earth by combining 100's/1000's of photos. Tell us how to do that with a telescope on a craft that's approaching the subject of the photos at Mach 20.

I don’t think the point of the mission was to take pictures😂 They said they’re planning a return trip to the moon, so it’s probably a good idea to test the equipment out
