From above the cityscape, you take in the sheer scale of what humanity has built… and what you’re fighting to protect. Many of you are eager to explore the worlds of EXODUS™. Here’s a glimpse into one of Lidon’s most vibrant cities. WHAT YOU’RE SEEING: As Jun Aslan, you’re stepping onto a balcony above Persepolis. The city below is dense and layered with centuries of human ambition, survival, and adaptation built atop ancient Celestial ruins. Dominating the sky is Galarus, the gas giant that Lidon orbits. It fills the horizon, casting its presence across the moon below. In the distance, the Oupávia Space Tower rises, towering but damaged. It stands as a monument to what the Celestials once created and what time has slowly reclaimed. Using your Precognition ability, you scan landmarks across the cityscape, uncovering the stories behind the structures and the history written into its skyline. Some of it stands proud. This may be all the female companions in Exodus. What do you think? Phaedra: A blind companion infected by a celestial virus. She uses technology and drones to see, and her abilities seem to be evolving. Fast paced jargon reminiscent of Mordin. Elise Charroux: A blunt, no-nonsense ‘Sleeper’ from 23rd century Earth, Elise is an experienced mercenary, weapons expert, and former gang member. She seems to fight primarily in a powerful mech suit. Salt: An awakened octopus. Smart as she is deadly, pilots a modified mech/environmental suit into battle. Before you ask, no, you can not romance the octopus. Last we have two mystery companions. No doubt they'll be officially revealed at a later date, but the top one is seen in mission briefings on your ship, and the next is seen crying in your arms and piloting your ship with you. Will all of these be able to aid you in combat? Another mystery but it seems unlikely. Without aliens will Exodus's companions be as interesting as other successful scifi titles?

Romanian Deadlift cues/tips ⬇️ 1) Keep chest up and imagine you’re trying to push your arse towards the wall behind you. 2) It’s all in the hips (Imagine hands are full as you try to close the door behind you with your arse) 3) Control your eccentric enough so you enter the “lengthened” range of your hamstrings/glutes in control…don’t just drop into it. 4) Use loads that’s appropriate to do the above…don’t turn this into a partial conventional deadlift. 5) You’ll need straps at some point as your posterior chain strength will far outpace your grip strength. A movement that takes time/practice for everyone in my experience.

But according to this diver, that might be the worst thing you can do. In this intense video, the shark is actively following and gaining on the diver. Here’s what the video explains: “If you’re swimming in the open ocean and you run into a tiger shark, your first instinct is probably going to be to swim away as fast as possible. This is a natural response that most people would have… but at the end of the day, no matter how fast you swim, the sharks will be faster.” “When you swim away from a shark, it actually triggers a predatory response in them, making them think that you’re prey running away and that you might be injured or vulnerable.” The better approach? •Stand your ground. •Make eye contact with the shark. •Remain calm. •If it keeps approaching, use your fins or any object to create space. •As a last resort: push down firmly on the top of the shark’s head. The diver demonstrates this in the video, the shark actually pushes harder into his hand and rolls up above him. Insane footage and super valuable advice if you ever find yourself in the open ocean!

007: First Light is looking to be an amazing game. Developed by the same people behind the HITMAN franchise, it combines the open-ended levels of Hitman with setpieces on the scale of Uncharted. Major Features: - New focus on Combat, you can throw almost any object around the environment at enemies during combat, or throw enemies themselves for finishers - "Bluffing" is an ability that allows you to lie and convince enemies to allow you entry with no suspicion - You can even throw your weapon at enemies if you run out of ammo - Hacking is a major ability that works a lot like Watch Dogs, it is helpful in both combat and in stealth for distracting enemies - Bond gets a host of unique gadgets such as the Q-Lens which highlight interesting opportunities - New gadgets are developed as you progress through the story - Focus Mode is a slow-mo mode for percision shots - Combat challenges taking place around various locations from the story and has a dedicated leaderboard - Experience points can be spent on new gadget upgrades, weapons and unique outfits - IO will release new challenges constantly post-launch 007 First Light is releasing May 27th on Xbox, PC, PS5 and Switch 2, I am really excited for this game as a huge fan of the recent Hitman trilogy, I have a good feeling that this is going to end up a banger and very replayable like hitman!

Expeditioners, Here’s an extended combat clip from early in the game, featuring a Nevron called Évèque. This footage contains no story spoilers—just pure combat. 🤝 Évèque begins combat with multiple shields, meaning the first hits in combat will be blocked. This Expeditioner uses the free-aim system to target its weak point, which would usually be an excellent opening move. However, due to the shields, the impact is minimal. That said, thanks to an equipped Picto, the attack at least applies stackable burn. You can see the full power of parries and the way that perfect timing can shape your encounters. For both parrying and dodging, you’ll rely on audiovisual cues from enemies to master the timing. These change quite drastically between enemies, the speed that they are attacking, or the spell they are casting. When Évèque builds up chroma, it can use it to unleash a devastating attack that can be much harder to counter. The game offers three difficulty modes. Story Mode is more forgiving when it comes to dodge and parry timing. Expeditioner and Expert modes are more challenging, and increase the damage inflicted by enemies. As you progress, you’ll unlock new skills and Pictos, which will expand your moveset and enhance the effects of your dodges and parries. My favorite weapons in Where Winds Meet! What’s yours so far? Full video on how to get all of them ⬇️ - The Vernal Umbrella: Immobilizing enemies and then hovering in the air to shoot a flurry of projectiles is a killer combo. Not to mention the fact that you can throw the umbrella and let it act like a drone, constantly dealing damage while you switch to your second weapon. And come on: it’s an umbrella! - The Mortal Rope Dart: This weapon lets you pull enemies toward you and drop them down with a kick. You can also drop rats that attack the same target you’re hitting with your light attacks. A really fun weapon once you get the hang of it. - The Panacea Fan: Amazing as an off-hand healing device. Switch to it to create an area-of-effect heal, then grab your DPS weapons again to stay alive while dealing damage. Another super unique weapon. - The Thundercry Blade: Way stronger than I expected. It lets you create a shield based on your HP and grants you Fighting Spirit, which you can use for a powerful charged heavy attack combo that slams enemies to the ground. Wanna REALLY grow your shoulders? You’ll start getting better connection and results from your lateral raises when you start focusing on these 3 things👇 1- Pushing your knuckles directly out to the side (pretend to punch the walls next to you) 2- Keeping DBs in front of you slightly-this allows a little more range of motion for the delts and a little less tension on the joints. 3- Getting the weight up as close to 90 degrees as possible (just close enough is fine- doesn’t have to be exact) These tips can be applied any way you perform lateral raises (banded, DBs, cables etc) Don’t forget to bookmark and Share this post out if it helped you! Behind the ball is how you get depth AND length out front. (Not one or the other) Here’s what it actually gives you: 1. You swing more connected and deeper. 2. The barrel enters earlier and stays in longer. You get both. 3. Depth behind what buys you length out front. Most guys are picking one or the other. 4. You sling the barrel through. You’re not shoving it or yanking it into the zone. 5. You actually use the ground. Behind the ball you turn. If you’re not using the ground, you’re probably sliding and pulling everything towards the ball. 6. Your bat speed becomes usable. Pushed and pulled bat speed still reads fast vs one pitch one speed. Only one of them shows up on the barrel, in the zone, on time vs pitching. — Cue for your next round: let the ball get deeper than usual, and turn behind a wall. You can scoot close to a net in front of you to get the feeling, too. Then vs moving ball. > Save this for when you need it > Send this to a hitter who needs it right now (And make sure you’re following)
