As someone who has been training consistently for the past 24 years, I want to praise Marjorie Taylor Greene for taking her fitness seriously. However, I strongly advise against mimicking the exercises shown in the video below. Here's why: 1. Controlled Movement: Effective muscle training relies on controlled movements, not rapid or flopping motions. 2. Spine Safety: Sudden rapid pressure on the lower spine can lead to serious injuries. 3. Effective Tension: Rapid movements rely on momentum, reducing the exercise's effectiveness. In this case, the tension is primarily on her thighs, not her abdomen, which diminishes the intended benefits. Please do not do this at home or the gym.
