I have worked for over 20 years in NHS and you are one of the worst leaders that we ever had. You never said a word of criticism about your political masters who are destroying NHS. You are happy to collect your handsome salary for being complicit in this destruction.

What utter drivel Are you a Tory Shill? Start by paying staff a decent wage add in a retention plan (it may cost Money) De-scale the private tentacles. Reintroduce nursing nurseries I have worked all my life and paid into NHS , it isn't Free but I may need it now I am older

The management consultancy you used really shafted you on this one. You know full well you are just allowing less well trained staff to look after patients. Nothing on retention - this plan is absolutely hopeless and you should be ashamed to be endorsing this total load of crap.

How on earth are you going to train and retain staff when the pay is so poor? NHS basic IT is constantly unfit for purpose. AI is doomed to fail. It's an expensive, irresponsible & dangerous path to go down when the basics don't even work!
