Tonight is Christmas Eve for so much of the world. And while everyone is gathering with family, lighting candles, laughing, and feeling safe my thoughts are with Ukraine. I keep thinking about all the people who can’t be home right now. The ones who are serving. The ones who are displaced. The ones who are just trying to get through each day. And yet somehow, Ukraine still shows the world what strength and kindness look like even in the darkest moments. This Christmas, I just want to say how grateful I am for everyone who supports Ukraine, keeps caring, keeps talking about it, keeps donating, keeps showing up. And I hope this season brings at least a little warmth, safety, and peace closer to every Ukrainian family. Slava Ukraini! Merry Christmas!

Ruben Amorim is gone. And it's probably not for the reason we think. Yes, performances were slightly better and the table is a bit deceiving, but ultimately, this is not the way a top club operates. If you bring in a man for his philosophy, you back that philosophy, and if it's not working, you make that clear to him when it becomes apparent. Instead, it looks like naive owners have regrettably not pulled the trigger when they wanted to and meandered to this conclusion. And that's a NASTY precedent to set. Because it WILL happen again.
