My stream has crashed every stream Ive done for the last year and a half. I dont know what to do and im about to quit. I have a job- just my hobby is being destroyed ): Here are more videos. Please help. -started with OBS and now a bit less crashes in SLOBS - Nothing in the logs / event viewer says anything is wrong. - Ive reseated my ram. - All gamebar/overlays are off. - no overheating (CPU 38°, Mobo 42°, GPU 53°) -6 month old thermal paste -3 month old bios - all updated firmware on everything/storage/mobo/ram - power hub USB - no plugins - HAGS off - nvidia audio devices off - max game fps set to 60 /playing at low quality - NO overclocking - meld wont work - anker surge protector+2 outlets I cant play games on my powerhouse of a PC, only Playstation is working to avoid lags. Still crashes though. Specs below

Same code, different form every time. Some runs are sparse and elegant, others become dense tangles. Workshop day felt relevant. People took a template and made something unpredictable with it. That's what this is about. every day is a surprise.

Hi FGC friends. I picked up a Brooks Wingman FGC 2 myself from to test some older sticks on PS5 cause of issues using them on PS5 for some games. Did a quick Firmware update through their website here: (Hold the side buttons while plugged into PC and grab the latest update) I then tested all of these myself that didn't work in game for Avatar before that are now working instantly. Hopefully a patch comes out before the event for legacy controllers but I wanted to test this as a backup option while I chat with Brook Converters directly about getting some loaners for pools at the event. So far no issues, timeouts or anything so this may be your a good option for the mean time to use all of your sticks/controllers on PS5 in general. If you're having issues please let me know what controller/stick you're trying to use and I'll see if I have it to try myself. Yes I'm one the greatest TOs of all time that goes through all the details when needed.

My area was subjected to a barrage of airstrikes. They bombed a building about 150 meters away from me. I was taking care of my plants and cats. Suddenly, without any warning, a violent bombardment occurred. Hundreds of shrapnel fell around me. One of them was enough to kill me. The shrapnel, as you can see in the picture below, is small and sharp, and when it hits the ground, it is as hot as embers... I survived this time too.. The question is how many times do we have to survive.. Unfortunately, 12 victims fell in this raid. I saw the victims with my own eyes, but I did not see 12 bodies. I saw body parts. They were all torn to pieces due to the force of the explosion.😭😭.. When these explosions happened, the cats were around me and then they ran and started running like lightning. Damn this war. I don't understand what these little ones did wrong😢🥺😡😡 What I saw and what we are going through made me feel depressed... My body started to take revenge on me and it became clear... I no longer take care of myself, I don't sleep well, I don't get enough rest during the day, I don't take care of my health... I keep everything inside my heart and try to smile.. I'm back to what I was... long silence, avoiding talking, staying up all night when it's dark, and wanting to be alone... My dear friends, with the ongoing land, air, and sea bombardment, the crossings have been closed for two months. They are preventing food from entering Gaza. Famine is intensifying in Gaza. People are eating turtles and tree leaves... Even water supplies have been cut off to Gaza... Life here is hell: death, destruction, hunger, thirst, no food, no water, no medicine...and the prices are ridiculous.. What we used to buy for $10 we need $100 to buy it Forced evacuation orders continue to be issued from one area to another every day, increasing the suffering of the displaced.. As a graphics engine coder I think when you look at a flickering bug like this one in the video below it’s not immediately obvious what is going on. The key here is observation - to study this flickering/bugged render carefully - what do we see? Firstly for me it was very obvious that nearly all of the scene shadows were flashing on and off - but (but!) there was a secondary issue where some buildings and parts of the sky were also flashing purple. Hmmmm. Interesting. I initially thought then this might be two separate bugs - but because the sky purple element could only based on full screen post fx and not 3D rendering I looked at this first with a few GPU captures to step through all our post processing to find the rendering stage which made these pixels turn purple: When I did this I found the colour 3D texture LUT grading that makes our different biomes have unique colour palettes was going very wrong - colours near 0 or 1 were wrapping and making the purple elements that we see in the said sky and base parts. The only way this could happen was if the texture was corrupt (which it was not) or if the 3D texture sampling was wrapping and not clamped as intended. That was the Eureka moment - because if the post fx had the wrong texture sampler then the disappearing shadows which also require an exact texture sampler for comparing depth might be also wrong because of the same kind of texture sampling issue! So with this idea that the engine was using the wrong texture samplers, but only in very high draw call scenes like the big base here I the looked at some engine limits and found the bug very quickly - a circular dx12 descriptor buffer for samplers running out over multiple frames, reusing the wrong data for new scenes inflight. Hence the flickering, as the GPU randomly got wrong samplers for some post textures or shadow depth. Easy to fix with triple limits for future expansion and also adding an assert/debug spam in case this limit is ever reached again - QA testers would see this message and report if they ever saw a flicker with this style of bug. My bug and my bad from 2017 porting NMS to DX12 without foreseeing how massively complex bases and our game would grow.

That was the Eureka moment - because if the post fx had the wrong texture sampler then the disappearing shadows which also require an exact texture sampler for comparing depth might be also wrong because of the same kind of texture sampling issue! So with this idea that the engine was using the wrong texture samplers, but only in very high draw call scenes like the big base here I the looked at some engine limits and found the bug very quickly - a circular dx12 descriptor buffer for samplers running out over multiple frames, reusing the wrong data for new scenes inflight. Hence the flickering, as the GPU randomly got wrong samplers for some post textures or shadow depth. Easy to fix with triple limits for future expansion and also adding an assert/debug spam in case this limit is ever reached again - QA testers would see this message and report if they ever saw a flicker with this style of bug. My bug and my bad from 2017 porting NMS to DX12 without foreseeing how massively complex bases and our game would grow.

I'm a EURUSD only swing trader and passed a $50k Lucid Flex account within a week. As a swing trader I never understood the big deal with Futures props or why they became so popular. I've taken the time to try and understand a little more recently and felt the only way to understand it would be to experience it for myself - and go through the process. So I purchased a Lucid Flex account last week - and am within $200 of hitting the $3k target on a $50k account. First time ever doing Futures - and I've been trading them the exact same way I have always traded. EURUSD only on the 4hr tf for entries and exits. So far from what I can tell is that it's the cheap cost of entry that reels people in. The challenges are "maybe" easier to pass as they are quicker to pass (6% required and no daily loss limit) but there are also consistency rules and an end of day trailing DD of $2k to contend with which shouldn't be a problem for an intra-day trader anyway. So I'll give futures props the win when it comes to speed of passing an eval. After that, should you get to funded I really still don't see the attraction as the payouts are limited to $2k for a standard $50k acc which is what most people go for as far as I know (due to the favourable max loss/profit ratio required). You can buy 5x $50k accts with firms such as Lucid and Tradeify so IF you make it to payout and copy trade all your accounts that's a $10k payout with 1 firm on x5 accounts. Not only that - but you are limited to 1 contract on the first 1k of profits, then 2 contracts once you hit $2k etc.. so it's basically another added phase once you're funded as you are limited to what you can do (maybe not a bad thing). AND you are also required to build a $2k buffer I believe before you can even withdraw? So to withdraw $2k on a $50k acc you need to make $4k? Once you get into it the only thing my learning experience so far has led me to believe is that we have a LOT of desperate traders with very little cash to invest in a proper CFD challenge. Which then leads me to believe 90%+ of the space is filled with gamblers who are uneducated in the craft of trading. If I were to say the word 'Personal account' to a lot of younger people nowadays they would most likely look at me with a confused face. For me - the payout potential just doesn't get me going. As someone whose been used to 5k-40k payouts over my 21 months trading CFD props (I haven't traded props since April 2025) the amount of money you can make with a CFD 2step program is far greater imo. Happy to have someone more experienced in the Futures space comment below and convince/educate me otherwise. Hopefully I can pass this account and get to a payout but I'll continue to document the process here! I've just purchased 4 more accounts with Lucid to copy trade as all this effort for a potential $2k payout just isn't the one. Let's see how it goes. Not only that, but I've also decided to purchase 5x $50k accounts with Tradeify on the Select Program. It's basically the same as the Lucid Flex account but the eval stage has a 40% consistency rule instead of 50% consistency like the Lucid Flex accounts. Throwback to my Karmagawa birthday fundraiser that succeeded in rescuing 2 elephants, Boon Lom and Som Pond, who had both been abused in terribly cruel and unethical riding camps for over 3 decades — these magnificent animals had been beaten, starved and even had their babies stolen from them…just an all-around terrible existence that should embarrass us all as human beings so it was my honor to partner with so many great people/organizations like Elephant Nature Park and Planting Peace to coordinate here and give them the life they deserve! Reading with your baby isn’t always as simple as it might seem. Earlier this week, a parent asked how I’d advise reading to a toddler who may not have the attention span for a full book and who, when handling them, often tears the pages. I’m so glad you asked! This fantastic video, shared to TT a couple years back by hanzcakess, illustrates both the realities of - and several important lessons for - parents and caregivers when it comes to reading with infants and toddlers. First, when reading with very young children it’s important to begin with realistic expectations. At this little guy’s age (which I’m going to guess is around a year, give or take 2 months) babies‘ attention spans are VERY limited. Think 1-2 minutes tops. What does that mean for you? First it means that you’re unlikely to make it through an entire book. And that’s just fine. Rest assured that there’s still great value in the activity. Further, don’t be surprised if your child is more interested in interacting with (or at the earliest stages, even chewing on) the book itself rather than attending to the story it contains. That’s ok too. For both reasons, beginning with sturdy, laminated board books is well advised. Not only do these tend to be super short (with most intended to accommodate for babies’ brief attention spans), but they’re made to withstand the rigors of handling by infants and toddlers. Now, some might look at this video and (on first glance, at least) see primarily inattention. But not me! Here’s what I see: First, I see a completely normal toddler who’s already putting some really impressive book knowledge on display. Notice he’s advancing front to back and left to right as he turns pages sequentially. They’ve done this often. Also want to shout out what a truly fantastic job Dad is doing here. Notice that he’s totally letting his son dictate the terms the activity. He’s not insistent on completing the text, but goes with the flow as his son turns the pages. As the pages turn he’s helping to illustrate that the print on each one contains a unique message. And he’s singing the text! Brown Bear is a great book for this and many board books lend themselves particularly well here. Your baby isn’t judging your singing voice. Kudos on making the experience engaging. In light of all the above, don’t be afraid to stray from the text altogether as needed and use this time to simply engage in conversation about the pictures and introduce some new vocabulary. Finally, while lap reading is fantastic, at this age you may also find benefit in reading face to face, allowing your child to tune into your expressions alongside the book. Remember, there’s nothing your baby loves seeing more than you. Rest assured this stage doesn’t last forever. You’ll be snuggling up for longer sessions in no time. And while we’re on the topic of reading, I want to give a special shout out to my friends at Reach Out and Read, which is a fantastic program you may know from distributing books and sharing advice like this via your pediatrician’s office. Everyone's sleeping on image-to-3D AI models. They can make your app look incredibly unique, with just a little effort. Here's how. This is my calorie tracker, built in a week with nothing but prompting. Just Claude Code + a couple APIs. The visuals are all AI-generated. I'll be sharing the full workflow + all the crazy technical stuff Claude and I did to make this work, so nobody has to struggle through it like me. Deep dive coming soon! Till then, this is the high-level idea: 1. Get a clean image of the food (or whatever your asset is) - In my app, the user describes foods via text, or attaches images (or both) - If text, an LLM extracts the food description and formats it into a specific prompt I tuned for this design, and we generate an image using Z-Image Turbo through fal - If image, we do the same thing but with FLUX.2 [dev] to edit the user image into our reference design - Originally, both used Google Nano Banana, but switching to open models cut costs and latency a ton 2. Gaussian splatting (2D image → 3D model) - I tried various 2D-to-3D options on fal and ended up with TripoSplat as my preferred balance of speed, cost, latency; this turns an image into a 3D model that looks super high quality (link below) - The app displays the 2D image while our backend generates the 3D splat - We "groom" the splat to reduce size and load time by culling low-opacity/scale points 3. Render efficiently on device Originally, it looked great but ran at 10 FPS. Getting to 120 FPS was a crazy journey. TL;DR: - SwiftUI had to go; it forced us to render each asset in independent MTKViews, which wasn't workable - Instead, we composite every dish into one full-bleed CAMetalLayer using MetalSplatter (link below) - We had to make some optimizations within MetalSplatter's code too, to reduce the overhead of sorting points per render Then I added some finishing touches like the subtle rotation and parallax as they move around. I think it turned out pretty cool :) Overall, this took some effort, but we still got it done in less than a day. Hopefully your agent can follow in the footsteps of mine and do it much faster.
