If Aidan Kearney or any of his supporters ever try to play on emotions saying the people who are trying to put him in prison are terrible and they're hurting his children, you play them this. Jennifer McCabe did NOTHING. Brian Albert did NOTHING. Colin Albert did NOTHING. Brian Higgins did NOTHING. The truth is Aidan Kearney is alleged to have broken the law. I’m convinced that Colin joined the Army without disclosing his pending civil lawsuit against Aidan Kearney and Karen just so he would have to quit and then add that to his lawsuit. Maybe he did disclose his involvement but only as a non-party, not the plaintiff. Mama Llama keeps saying Colin is going to get the biggest settlement MA has ever seen… Is he manufacturing his own case? Is Chris Mattei behind this newest stunt? He has already blamed TB for being the reason he dropped out of Bridgewater (definitely had nothing to do with his GPA) Now he wants to blame TB and Karen for the reason he had to drop out of the Military (Did he even pass the ASVAB?)

On August 12, 2023, on a live show, Aidan Kearney played a game he called "Canton Roulette" in which he would randomly call investigators, witnesses, and their families involved in the Read case for the purpose of harassment and taunting. That night, he called Jillian Daniels, aunt of Colin Albert, and started the call with "Are you at all worried that your godson Colin is going to go to jail?" The calls between the pair, which included several hang ups and call backs lasted roughly 9 minutes, and included Kearney repeatedly telling Daniels he had "proof" Colin was involved in John O'Keefe's murder to which Daniels, expectedly, became increasingly more upset. At the time, Kearney was working with defendant Karen Read and her legal team who were the sources of Kearney's "proof". Kearney and his followers had been relentlessly harassing Colin Albert based on Karen Read's false allegation that Albert was involved in John O'Keefe's death. This is categorically false. In June of 2022, in the first Discovery received by Karen Read, Brian Higgins police interview was included. The interview made clear that Higgins was represented by an attorney. ABA Professional Rule 4.2 makes clear that no attorney will communicate directly with a person the attorney knows to be represented. This includes communication by proxy such as sending a private investigator. So Aidan Kearney is either: 1. well aware of the rule and lying to his audience so he can continue his scam of a story. or 2. a true idiot who has not researched the subject he is discussing. Neither of which will help him in his current predicament. Every time he opens his mouth, he loses credibility.

As part of his pretrial release, Aidan Kearney has been ordered to stay away/have no contact with the named victims in his cases. This involves third-party contact This is Aidan Kearney encouraging third-party contact today, May 28th, 2026. He clarifies that he wants his followers to do what he cannot currently do lest he be arrested, and make the victims in his case "uncomfortable." If even 10 people takes the time to ask Michael Morrissey why he continues to allow not only witnesses, but crime victims, to continually endure harassment and intimidation while the defendant openly flouts conditions of his pretrial release, literally for years now, maybe the system will finally do something. He's not directly involved in the case, because he handed it off due to a phantom "conflict" that would exist in no other county in this country (lest defendants would just grind the system to a hault by criticizing prosecutors online to have their case conflicted out), but the prosecutor who is routinely is in the NCDA office, so I'm sure someone will get him the message.
