Vibe-coded bluetooth PCB works!!!! Just asked ChatGPT to program it, smooth as butter there was one snag in the process- the crystal was rotated! easy fix but wish this had been caught in software! Adding validation for next time

did you make it for an application or as a generic som test article?

just a test board, we want to make it so that people can say "make me a smart watch" so we're verifying that bluetooth devices work. The goal rn is to have a catalog of physically validated designs for common products e.g. smart watch, PD USB-C charger, webcam etc.

Is the ground plane in the room with us?

!! what? so you ask claude to use tscircuit to design it and then you export the schema to some service that prints and ships it to you? (I'm not familiar with this as you can tell)

yes, i used JLCPCB but many services will take a claude/chatgpt generated fabrication files, just ask the ai to build a circuit with tscircuit and when you like what you see ask it to export fabrication files

@GOROman I just got my vibe coded cm5 carrier boards

Wow, that is impressive!

I’m creating a tool for AI first PCB designing

It's neat it works, but "vibe-coded Bluetooth PCB" still makes me as an EE uncomfortable. Did you use all JLC library parts to get the assembly?

JLC did the assembly on this one!

Nice job!

Banana for Scale? Lol Nice Good you are making many PCB Products w/ the software to make the software more robust -> but can't you run an AI Loop over 1000+ PCB Designs, have production Sim Tools test them, compare to TSCircuit, make tests, then auto complete them w/ AI?

I also vibed a 4-layer PCB and sent it to JLC for production.

Very cool!!!

Why bother with a custom pcb for Bluetooth?

why pay 120 for 2 fully assembled? just cut it yourself using a makera or voltera to do your testing...recoup your money and time pretty quickly.

Hmmm, I must learn that..

That's sweet
