🍒: work-life balance really is important 😇 even when i was going into my military service, i thought i was pretty easygoing but even i started thinking i might get burned out. then i enlisted and it gave me a chance to reset but the rest of the members kept going for another two years so it makes sense they'd get worn out and need a break. 🍒: honestly, i wasn't that tired when we were on tour. it was fun! things have really slowed down. 😇: after everyone started their military service? 🍒: kind of… which means i should have gone out there to find things to do but i found myself letting go and not finding the energy to do that. so it's like "what's so bad about resting?" "maybe i should just take it easy"

Had some work in LA, and then I came here. But yesterday, I rode a horse for the first time. So it was an unbelievable experience." "But when I was younger, there used to be a horse that was in a field nearby, just a shy horse. And it was this beautiful horse. It was just on its own every day. So I'd go and stop, and it would come over to me, and I'd spend time [with it]. And then when I'd start walking home, I'd start to notice my allergies started kicking off. And then my breathing, I'd struggle to breathe. And I'd really, really struggle. And I didn't know that I had asthma." “The last time that we were touring and stuff, I think touring is quite an isolating experience. And on top of that, when we started touring, it was 2021, so it was kind of like still depths of the pandemic. We were like one of the first tours to go back out. So I think that tour started in that way where it was like, I was really bubbled up even kind of within the tour. And then staying on that tour, we put an album out and it ended up being like two and a half years type time. It's just a long time to be in like a bubble where you're not really spending that much time like in the world around you, other than shows and hotels and stuff. And when I finished, I kind of went off and was spending a lot of time in Italy, and was kind of like having this quiet time, and I was just feeling a lot of my life as I was kind of like, craving like quiet and kind of like private spaces. I was just feeling myself kind of like shut out a lot of the world, “I think, and I think the last couple of years for me was about, you know, there's a lot of things that I think I got used to saying no to, like invites from friends and like maybe a weekend trip or like a birthday party or something. I think I just got used to, you know, if I have a week at home, I don't want to go somewhere else for three days. I just want to stay home, you know. And I think when I got to Italy and was kind of out in this quiet place, I felt like, okay, if I'm going to spend all this time out here and I'm going to keep saying no to everything, I'm just going to like shut myself off from the world. 🦊 i finished wrapping up first my solo recently and as words from people around me started influencing me, it really stressed me out and it really started swaying my identity as a person…i was really burnt out for 3 months 🦊 i used to be someone that told people everything when i was going through a hard time like “i’m going through a tough time right now” but i don’t know when it started, but i couldn’t get myself to tell people around me anymore 👤 i wonder why? was it out of consideration for them? 🦊 that could be why…and i also felt like i needed to learn how to overcome things myself 🦊 i didn’t say anything to anyone and was going through it myself…then i thought about namjoon hyung so i went to him and asked him a lot of questions and one of the things he said to me was that he hopes i face the things that make me uncomfortable 🦊 i had conflicts with soobin and we had awkward phases but i wanted to erase all of these things one by one and i feel like there were also a lot of things that i had been misunderstanding, coming to think of it now…so i went up to soobin first and said “hey, let’s go get a drink”

💬: jeonghan dreamed of becoming a teacher when he was young. what did teaching mean to you during your military service? is there a memorable experience you’d like to share? 👼🏻: i worked as an assistant teacher at a specialized school for students with disabilities, and while i was working there, i kept thinking that i was really glad i had ended up at this place of service rather than being assigned somewhere else 👼🏻: at first, there were parts that were difficult because i couldn’t adjust, but as i gradually got used to it and continued helping the children by their side, i grew attached to them, and i also felt a sense of fulfillment. i also felt that being able to spend that period being addressed as ‘teacher’ was really meaningful 👼🏻: usually, when you go to work in the morning, you’re so tired, right? but some of the children would greet me, saying, ‘hello, teacher jeonghan~,’ and somehow… in that moment, i felt really rewarded, and i naturally found myself smiling. i think i especially remember those children who would greet me so warmly in the morning this is so heartwarming 🥺

a moment when MY healed you the most? 🌙 during fansign, a MY came up to me and for no particular reason said "i'm always on aeri's side, no matter what" , "i just really like aeri" and when i heard that, i think i really felt a sense of fulfillment about the work that i do. It also made me think a lot about the fact that people like me and of course i'm grateful but i think that's when i truly realized "this is a really happy moment." like that.

Now that I've been at this point, I think it's a success and I'm so proud of myself. •There're 2 selves: the work persona and the home persona. When it's the home persona, I'd wear no makeup and dress casually but when it's the work persona, I'd dress more elegantly and have to be very meticulous when it comes to work. I'll allow myself to feel relaxed when it's the home persona but when it's the work persona, I'll become more serious. •Sleep. When I have time to rest, I'll sleep as much as possible. In terms of activities, I like watching films and spending time with my dog, Keiyw. •The first thing is having a lots of fans, fame and money and becoming successful in a very short time. It's a big leap of success. Another changes are the way I live my life, how I become more mindful, how to use social media and being an inspiration for younger generations. •My dad because he can do everything if you want to do. I used to think that I wouldn't be able to do things if I think I couldn't. But when I think of my dad who believed that he could do everything if he wanted to, I tell myself that if I want to try doing something, just do it and finally I can do it. this conversation still breaks my heart every single time 💔💔 🐿️: for me, it's so much fun. It's fun and enjoyable. but I don't think there are many things I actually enjoy. I think I'm pretending to enjoy things. 👤: I think everyone needs to take breaks. that's really important. you can't just keep running. you have to rest. you can only enjoy things when you rest. 🐿️: I think I need a break every now and then. just now and then. 👤: you're pretending to enjoy things? 🐿️: sometimes, I feel very out of touch with my true self. when I talk about it I'm like, "I love my work. Everyone does it and it’s funny that I’m even saying this, but If I don’t workout, everything starts to hurt... the reason why I started wokring out was because of my shoulder. During maestro era, I kept having trouble getting into places and things like that. So if you look at my BE@RBRICK, there’s a heart mark on it. I was actually planning to have shoulder surgery. And when I came back after rehabilitation, I was planning it so that if I danced or did anything, there wouldn’t be any problems in daily life. Then I ended up going to yoga for corrective treatment. Since it was correction, I kept going consistently, I think for over a year and a half. But it’s not really yoga, for me, it’s more like correction. While doing that and trying to workout, my shoulder gradually started getting better! Also, when I first went for the correction, I could really feel that my pelvis was misaligned. So as I corrected that, my shoulder also started improving. And as my shoulder kept getting better and better, I thought I don’t think I need surgery anymore
