We are introducing a new Transfer Management Module on the Banglar Uchchashiksha portal of the Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal, to streamline the process of seeking transfers by College faculty. My goal in this budget process has always been to make sure we’re funding core, basic services in a balanced and disciplined manner. We know there is an inherent tension between asking people to pay rates, fees and taxes— and the issue of affordability. We want to make sure our city can provide the quality-of-life services that our residents deserve, but we also want to make sure we’re putting affordability first in our community. While I worry a lot about affordability, I also worry about the ability of our city to deliver quality services without more revenue. I strongly believe that if we're not making the kinds of investments we need to make in our people and our services, we will be managing decay in Austin in a very short period of time. This budget will not meet everyone’s concept of perfection. Truthfully, there are parts of the budget that I don’t like. That goes with living in a big, diverse city—different people will have different priorities, and we need to make room for all of us. Now, it is time for us to trust our voters. Voters have an opportunity in November to make a very important decision. From my perspective, the best part of this budget is that we fully fund our homeless strategy office. That was my greatest emphasis, and we've achieved it. It will make a world of difference in getting homeless people off the street in a very short period of time. I'm also very pleased with what we’ve added to funding for public safety, EMS, and wildfire prevention. A positive vote in the November tax rate election will allow us to pay for these needed services. And we make a significant investment in our parks. I look forward to a result that will be the best benefit of our community.

DHS & DOJ MASSIVE Election Integrity Efforts: Homeland Security just sent the Attorney General a 4-page letter on barcode/QR ballots that can be programmed separately from the printed text, and on ERIC/CEIR getting states' DMV files, including SSNs, to hunt "eligible but unregistered" voters. Georgia has 42,000+ deceased still on the rolls after SAVE analysis. Colorado has 30,000 non-citizens on an ERIC mailer list. Washington has registration cards dumped at a commercial mailbox. The questions Americans have asked for years are now sitting on the DOJ's desk. 1.) Barcodes/QR codes vs. HAVA: - DHS asked whether systems that count votes encoded in barcodes or QR codes meet HAVA's mandatory requirement of a voter-verifiable paper record that can be manually audited. - Some systems can be configured so the human-readable text and the barcode represent different programming, making the paper record unreliable for a manual audit. - Cites a CISA warning that researchers found hackers could potentially change votes encoded in a barcode without physically accessing the machines. - Ties this to Executive Order 14248 on election-system security. 2.) Honourable Members, The most important intervention to tackle the problem of illegal immigration is to secure our borders. The newly-established Border Management Authority hasdeployed 600 border guards at the vulnerable segments of our land border to prevent illegal migrants that are undocumented and inadmissible from entering the country. The Border Management Authority has demonstrated the effectiveness of modern technology like drones and body cameras in creating a more secure, digital border environment. Phase one of the Electronic Travel Authorisation system is currently being rolled out for G20 delegates. Over 200 applications have already been seamlessly processed by this new system, which uses machine learning to verify the authenticity of documents and facial recognition to secure the immigration process. Following the stabilisation phase around the G20, Electronic Travel Authorisation will be opened for tourist visas and to other visa categories. This will ultimately lead to the automation of entry-and-exit processes at our borders, including at land borders. This will eliminate the space for the abuse of paper-based and manual processes through biometric verification and digital transformation. Another area of work is to detect, apprehend and deport illegal migrants in the country. This is mainly done through intelligence-driven joint operations planned and executed by the Department of Home Affairs Inland Inspectorate and other structures. These structures are coordinated and account to the Inter-Ministerial Consultative Committee on Border Management and the NATJOINTS. In the past financial year, over 51,000 illegal immigrants were deported. Dear Senator Henry Seriake Dickson Henry Seriake Dickson While I take my time to properly address your allusion of me not playing by the rules which I consider very disingenuous seeing how I followed the process and even when you had insisted there would be no primaries for senate I let things go and asked my teeming supporters to focus on the bigger picture, I toured the FCT pacifying my supporters and party people who rightfully felt disrespected as they were all waiting at their respective headquarters for primaries that never happened. (I played field politics, I never waited for anyone to give me ticket), I would like you as the National leader to watch this video again! This part of the interview was so painfully appalling to watch. It looked as if you were insecure and in competition with your Presidential Candidate. Your first one on one interview after primaries and instead of selling your candidates and giving confidence to people on how set the road to winning the 2027 election was, you made it about yourself. With all due respect sir, it looks as if you consider the NDC a Special Purpose Vehicle whose aim has been achieved just by being registered instead of a Political Party whose aim is to win the 2027 General election decisively!!!! The registration of NDC should be a means to an end and not an end in itself. As a leader of a Political party, your number one job in that interview was to pacify aspirants many of whom are rightfully aggrieved and secondly to call on supporters to bear with the party and support it but you ended up antagonising the very people you would need to win election. Violations of FARA can lead to criminal prosecution, resulting in up to 5 years in prison and large fines. Tucker Carlson should not be immune to accountability and immune from being made to register as a foreign agent just because he has relatives and friends inside the White House. Spencer Pratt voters are reporting that their ballots have been rejected. This is from an independent journalist in San Diego named Amy Reichert: "Multiple Spencer Pratt voters have contacted me saying their signatures were rejected and their ballots were not counted. Here is the letter they get. “More than 200,000 Californians have had their ballots rejected since 2020. This is what happens when you don’t require voter ID. If a machine can identify your party registration, people have every right to question whether the process can be manipulated." This is from a man who lives in Southern California named Russ. He said, "Today I received a letter, just like my neighbor did, informing me that my California ballot was not counted because my ‘signature verification’ supposedly didn't match the state's records. I've been voting in California for 20 years." Leftists are engaging in a series of talking points to defend the California election system. They say things like, “Well, you need to sign the ballots, so there will be signature verification” or “We check those signatures” or “It has to be postmarked by Election Day” or “Ballot harvesters have to put their signature on the ballot envelope, so it's not done anonymously. There's still a chain of custody for these ballots.” They're saying these things to try to instill confidence in voters, when none of us have any confidence in the California election system.
