They're of getting SUED???? Who issued this directive. Abbott needs to direct his appointees on TMB and TPB to demolish the affirming only standard of care being dictated by TMA and TPA. He blew the letter to DFPS and lost a lawsuit. Do better @GregAbbott_TX

Greg Abbott is a punk. Texas Democrats haven’t broken a single law, so there’s zero grounds to arrest them, let alone prosecute. Abbott clearly doesn’t even know his own state’s constitution. Quorum-breaking is a political move, not a crime. Sure, the House can fine them or dock their pay, but it’s a constitutional tool, protected and legit. Even the Texas Supreme Court said it in 2021: the state constitution allows quorum-breaking as a tactic for the minority, even if it shuts the place down.

As he forces a supersized STAAR test on our kids in public school, Greg Abbott knows that private school parents won’t tolerate the STAAR test. We should not tolerate a governor who wrecks our public schools. It’s time to fire Greg Abbott and end the STAAR test.
