Hidden agenda: 1. promote soya and tofu (as USA is the biggest grower of it) in the name of dairy-free and protein, and target cow, cow milk, and Amul 2. Sell this protein-overdose bs and make them liver patient. Dr Sarin (India top liver doc) confirmed kids with affected liver

If you're comparing it based on "per 100g" then you're misleading everyone. Always compare it based on "per serve". 100g curd can be consumed easily in one sitting, but not 100g soya.

It seems like the human body started having this extra need of protein from past couple of years. Before that, as is everyone was protein deficient. These agenda pushers must be jailed first for pushing companies agenda in the name of health.

Profile composition of the protein (I.e. amino acids) is key factor rather than just protein density.

would love to see fibre added as a separate lens too. the highest-protein option isn't always the meal people should build around.

Protein catalyzes nearly every biochemical reaction in our bodies, making it indispensable for life. Every day, our bodies renew and replace around 300 grams of protein – the same weight as a can of Campbell's chicken soup. In today's FoundMyFitness episode, Dr. Luc van Loon joins me to shatter myths about protein intake and muscle protein synthesis. His research showed we can utilize up to 100 grams of protein in one meal, far more than previously thought. We also dive into how to distribute protein optimally across the day, the top sources, and strategies to ward off anabolic resistance—a state where muscles dial down their response to protein and exercise.
