@ogehxela @Nicolas26538817 The lattice light sheet is more sophisticated. Oblique illumination, or HILO, is convenient for getting light-sheet illumination.

Great point! You can see how the molecules with NLS bind to NPCs and go through them. Originally oblique illumination or HILO was invented for such a study. Please see:
