Just found my short home video from 2012 - the early DayZ Mod days. It brought back so many memories... ❤️ Thank you, DayZ 🖥 🎮 ❤️ team, to everyone who has been part of this incredible journey, Dean Hall , Sumrak and everyone of so many countless hard working developers and artists, past and present contributors to this once in a lifetime project. And a massive thank you to our amazing DayZ community. Because this is your story.🫶 What started as a social experiment and mod for Arma 2 transformed into something that changed everything for Bohemia Interactive. I hear some say I favour Arma, and others think I prefer DayZ. The truth is—there would be no DayZ without Arma, and Arma wouldn't have reached these heights without DayZ. They're two sides of the same coin that made gaming history, and both are also the cornerstones of what Bohemia Interactive is building for the future. I know we've had our share of passionate discussions (sometimes heated ones!), but that passion comes from a place of love for the game. I know when players get upset, it is because they care so deeply about this world we've all built together. But also please remember - behind every update, every fix, every feature are real people pouring their hearts into this game. Believe me, they take the criticism and suggestions always very seriously. Today, over 500 Bohemians are working tirelessly across all our projects, bringing their creativity and dedication to make these worlds come alive. Here's to the memories we've made and the adventures still to come! Have a great weekend everyone🎮✨ #DayZ #BohemiaInteractive #Gaming #GameDev

OPINION: WHY AMERICA MUST BECOME A MARS NATION History is merciless to leading civilizations that forget how to lead. From 1961 to 1969 the United States spent the modern equivalent of $280 billion, 4 % of the federal budget, and mobilized 400,000 people to place twelve humans on the Moon. And the bonus prizes? The computer chip in your phone, GPS, even the foil blankets firefighters use; all came out of that one crazy push. Fast-forward to now. We spend more money paying interest on debt than we spend on every science project combined. NASA gets less than half of one percent of the federal budget (think of it as the change you find in the couch). The next time an American is supposed to walk on the Moon? Meanwhile, down in South Texas, something wild is happening. In 2025 SpaceX flew Starship eleven times and caught the booster out of the sky like it was nothing. One Starship can carry more cargo than the entire Space Shuttle program did in thirty years, for a tiny fraction of the price. The cost to put a pound in orbit is crashing faster than cell-phone prices did in the 2000s. The rocket works. The factories are scaling. The only thing missing is spreading this excitement at a national scale. The spaceship to Mars is already here and it’s literally getting better every month. Civilizations do not decline because they lack resources; they decline when they lose the nerve to wager them on the next frontier. A big enough asteroid, a bad solar storm, a runaway virus, or just one mistake in a lab, and the whole human experiment can be over in a weekend. It’s happened to 99.9 % of every species that ever lived. The next generation needs to get excited about the most important frontier humanity has endeavored to reach, Mars. Grok Imagine~Déborah

🚨THE RED-GREEN INVASION: MARXISTS AND ISLAMIC SUPREMACISTS TARGET TEXAS This weekend, the radical Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL), a hardcore Marxist revolutionary outfit straight out of the Stalinist playbook, hijacked Texas streets with their “TEXAS FIGHTS BACK!” circus. They’re not “pro-immigrant.” They’re not “peaceful protesters.” They’re communist agitators hell-bent on ripping apart our sovereignty, our laws, and Texas apart from the inside out. PSL descended on Texas like locusts, branches in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, Waco, and more, coordinating a statewide assault on Greg Abbott’s common-sense border defense. Their target? SB4, the law that finally lets Texas cops act like immigration officers and arrest illegal border-crossers instead of rolling out the red carpet. These are the same people who proudly call themselves a “working-class party of leaders and activists… founded to promote the movement for revolutionary change.” They’re founding members of the ANSWER Coalition, the notorious anti-American front group that’s spent decades cheering every enemy of the United States from North Korea to Hamas. Their own history? A 2004 split from the Stalinist Workers World Party. This is the Red-Green Alliance in full attack mode: Red for the Marxist revolutionaries who want to burn down capitalism and flood America with millions of dependents, and Green for the dangerous Islamic networks they march arm-in-arm with under “Free Palestine” banners while screaming “ICE off our streets!” They admit it themselves: Immigrants are nearly 20% of Texas. But instead of demanding legal, orderly immigration that strengthens our state, they demand open borders, no enforcement, and total submission. They bully sanctuary cities into defiance while Abbott and Paxton fight to protect real Texans, citizens who built this state, not the ones gaming the system. Texas isn’t their revolutionary experiment. The people of Texas do NOT stand with illegal invaders. They stand with the rule of law and secure borders. Deport. Enforce. Defend.

Here in 2025, I chose to reinvent our industry event strategy & approach. As everyone knows, you can attend a supply chain-related event every day of the week - - and NEVER get work done! 😃 However, some of the industry events out there offer very meaningful programming, networking, professional development and market intel gathering - - that you really miss out on if you don't venture out. I've been in the space for over 20 years & love to connect with folks in person. There's TONS of Good News in that fellowship & in those conversations. So this year, we did our homework & carefully chose a handful of very targeted events, based on a variety of factors. And it has been a very successful & rewarding experiment. But we're not done. We still have a variety of events that we'll be at through the end of the year. With that in mind, we created this message that highlights three of the next events we look forward to participating in - along with a couple of highlights on each: 👉 CHAINge North America 2025 - September 9-10, powered by the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM). Held in Columbus, OH. ASCM 👉 AME International Conference - October 6-9, powered by the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME). I love the manufacturing industry & reflect back on my experiences in that industry often. Held in St. Louis. AME 👉 Gartner Supply Chain Planning Summit in Denver - December 2-3, powered by Gartner for Supply Chain. The power of focus! And if we are gonna focus on any one thing: supply chain planning would be on the short list, right? Gartner Folks, let me know what top events are on your schedule the rest of the year. We are still adding (judiciously) to ours. Unlike Evelyn Quan Wang, I cannot be everything everywhere all at once - - but I try to be somethings in some places here and there. BTW: you can keep up with our event travels, interviews & content via our Supply Chain Now website. We have a big new site rolling out soon, but for now: Folks - have a great weekend. Lend a helping hand to someone in need. Life is short. Be nice. 🙌
