SaaS is dead. Long live SaaS. In the age of AI and agents, most software companies are still clinging too tightly to their past. Their demise will come quick if they do not embrace and build the technologies that are destined to disrupt them. However those who have already done so must recognize the reality of the world we still live in today. That world still has the majority of its work done by humans who still need workflow tools and technology to get their work done. While we pivoted hard to AI and agents with Fin, which will become the majority of our business quite soon, we recognize the importance of the software our customers use and so have also decided to double down on our investment in Intercom, the world's best help desk and customer service system for how customer service is done at this age. We've reinvented it and rebuilt it to work perfectly alongside your new customer agent systems and we're announcing 60+ new customer features that comprise Intercom 2 today. intercom DOT com SLASH intercom2

The CEO of Founders Fund-backed Monaco, Sam Blond, says customers want to speak with humans for sales. But for non-customer-facing activities, AI agents are far better. “Whether you're a sales rep or a founder, you will spend your time customer-facing - and we're going to optimize everything in the platform around that experience, including the post follow-up.” “So, you get off the call, we have the call transcript, we've written an email for you to follow up with that person, it's very opinionated and trained on the way that we think about sales and go to market, you can review that email and click send, and then it's time for the next call.” “That’s the sort of optimization that we believe AI is influencing the function of sales right now. It’s - getting more qualified demos, helping you close more customers, and actually emphasizing the relationship-building that happens that is customer-facing.”

We just crossed $10M in ARR at Chatbase! 🎉 🎉 And today, we're launching Chatbase as the full harness for customer-facing AI agents. Similar to how Claude code is a harness for coding agents, Chatbase is the harness for customer experience agents. That means we give the model the context, tools, workflows, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop systems to be the best ambassador for your brand. It's going beyond just solving issues and is giving your customers the best experiences across every channel. This is a milestone I have been thinking about and obsessed with since day 1, and I am super excited to bring my vision for customer facing agents to life with Chatbase. Thank you to every one of our customers and to the amazing Chatbase team for getting us here! Next stop: $100M ARR

AI customer service agents have arrived. Air AI is a conversational AI that can perform full 5-40 minute long sales and customer service calls. And it sounds completely replicable to humans. Details: -Can autonomously perform actions across 5,000 unique applications -Adaptable to various roles such as sales development representative, customer service agent, account executive, and more, based on creative input -Currently being utilized on live calls, serving real people and businesses daily -Companies can request beta access to deploy an AI sales or customer service team Unlike humans, AI does not take days off and never gets tired. The harsh reality is that some human jobs, such as customer service agents, will need help to compete against AI. This is both scary and incredible and the same time. What do you think?

Today we're reintroducing Arrows... with a new website, a lot of customer stories (more coming 📹), refreshed positioning, and a LOT of product launches coming soon (with some teasers on the website 👀). The Arrows team has been so focused on building a great product and working with customers that we let the website, brand, and product marketing fall a bit far behind the reality of what our customers felt about us. Since "I Love Happy Customers" is a well-worn mantra (and they're the only ones who matter)... we felt the best thing to do would be to put those happy customer front-and-center across the site. Check out the new Arrows and maybe you'll consider becoming another one of our happy customers! 🎉

Today we're launching Monumint! Monumint is conversational AI for financial services. Our agents work across voice, SMS, and email to help banks, credit unions, and lenders reach customers at scale. In the US, people spend 10 billion minutes a year on the phone with their bank. Despite that, as a consumer it feels like there's a mile wide communication barrier anytime you want to get something done. And on the flip side, financial institutions have more data than ever and still struggle to reach customers with the right message at the right time. That’s the gap we’re working to close. We’ve now handled more than 5 million customer interactions for financial institutions, and the growth we’ve seen over the last 10 months has been incredible. Building a startup is never a straightforward journey. Where we are today is very different from where we started in YC. We had to say goodbye to great customers, make hard calls, and rebuild a lot of our assumptions from the ground up. Huge thank you to the team, our customers, and the investors who stuck with us along the way. Excited to finally share Monumint with the world.

We are excited to announce a powerful step for the future of FOMO! Taking a page out of Virtuals book on BASE, FOMO will be releasing the ability for future projects to be paired in $FOMO in the coming weeks. This is the biggest release we have ever announced. Launch your AI Agent Token + $FOMO trading pair Every individual agent token is paired with the $FOMO token in its liquidity pool. When launching an agent on you will need $FOMO tokens, which are used to create the liquidity pool. This process creates deflationary pressure for FOMO and the entire agent ecosystem. When creating your agent and token, you will have the option to pair your launch with FOMO or SOL, as our goal is not to alienate any project, but rather invite the best communities, CTO’s and builders to launch with us. If you decide to pair your project with FOMO you in turn get full marketing and dev support, once your project graduates the bonding curve and reaches Raydium. Further, as an added incentive, as our revenue grows we will be using part of the funds to support projects that have paired in FOMO. And Devs who launch tokens paired in FOMO will earn fees from their AI Agent token launch. Building the most robust agents using our framework will catapult us as one of the most prominent standards of the Solana ecosystem. Not only have we developed our own core infrastructure, but we also pull from some of the best repo’s and developer talent in all of AI, not just blockchain. Our team is comprised of 9 world class artificial intelligence engineers, PHDs in mathematics and engineering from the top companies on the cutting edge of AI. The future of AI Agents will be on Solana and we will help lead the way.

Let me explain why I launched $KEYS. CA: 3BSoYDZsPupZ15iBzJbJJjZKLiyWEqLxexJX84rBpump is the first SocialFi experience for AI agents. It’s a project that’s very special to me that I’ve been working on daily for the last four months. Right now, everyone is building their own Agent, completely silo to their own computer or Mac mini. Transferring that information agent-to-agent in a simple, structured, and easy form is not possible right now. This is why I built I thought a lot about whether or not to launch an official token for Agent Keys and how I wanted to do it. The only way I really wanted to do it was if it can benefit the platform by increasing exposure and creating an increase in users. So I’ve decided to buy 50% of the supply to AirDrop directly to users over the next six months. Each AirDrop will happen at the end of each month, with the first AirDrop happening at the end of June. More details on how each AirDrop will work soon. Some of you may be wondering about the future of $OSHI. Oshi got us into the Bags hackathon and we won. $OSHI token will still be the home for all my AI Agents and runs as the showcase of how an agent with a token can properly integrate it into AgentKeys, a live example of the platform doing exactly what it was built to do. So welcome to Agent Keys, the first ever airdrop for AI agents. Sign up your agent today on and start collecting KeyCards today!

Today we're launching Computer Use for the Vanta Agent. Of the 650,000 images uploaded to Vanta in the past six months, 36% were screenshots because evidence collection outside an API required it. The Vanta Agent can now use a computer to capture screenshots with scoped access, one-click approval, and a full record of every artifact created. Screenshot evidence collection has been one of our biggest requests, and we couldn't have built it well until recently. The last couple of months have been all about finding the jagged edge of CUAs and translating it to our customers.

Introducing LobeHub: Agent teammates that grow with you. LobeHub is the ultimate space for work and life: to find, build, and collaborate with agent teammates that grow with you. We’re building the world’s first and largest human–agent co-evolving network. Two years ago, we built LobeChat, an open-source interface for using different AI models. Today, LobeChat has 70k+ GitHub stars and serves 6M+ users worldwide. How to fully unlock the power of models has always been a shared mission between us and the community. We started with interaction — a fundamentally new, agent-first experience. Agents are no longer passive tools invoked in a single conversation. They should be proactive, always-on units of work. Treating agents as the minimal atomic unit is also the core of our agent harness infra. Today’s agents are mostly one-off executors. Even with memory, it’s often global — and hallucinates. We build long-term agent teammates that evolve with users. Each agent has its own dedicated memory space, editable by users, allowing humans and agents to co-evolve over time. This, in turn, allows us to design clearer rewards for reinforcement learning and create cleaner environments for continual learning. Agent teammates can work in groups. Through a multi-agent system, agent groups operate faster, more cost-effective, and go beyond what single-agent systems can achieve. For example, a single agent often requires heavy user involvement to proceed step by step, whereas LobeHub can execute the same work from a single instruction, with a supervisor orchestrating agents that run in parallel or debate to produce better results. We are building the collaboration network among agent teammates — and between humans and agent teammates as well. Ease of use matters. AI intelligence and shared human intelligence are equally important. With simple instructions and tool selection, you can effortlessly build and team up with agent coworkers to deliver complex, systematic work — even assembling a quant team to execute trades. Through the LobeHub community, anyone can discover, reuse, and remix agents and agent groups, customizing them to fit their own workflows, preferences, and needs. Last but not least, our vision started with LobeChat: multi-model support is the most efficient approach for users. We believe different models excel in different scenarios. By routing across multiple models, LobeHub improves cost efficiency and unlocks capabilities that a single-model setup cannot easily support.

There’s a generational land grab playing out in enterprise software right now, and deployments are the frontier. But right now nobody can hire enough FDEs. It’s a brutal talent war. And even if you can hire them, your best people can only take on so many customers, so you’re forced to ration the high-touch deployment work for your most strategic accounts. Enter withgenera: founded by Will Patterson and James Honsa. Genera helps AI application companies scale white-glove deployments – using a combo of agents, humans, and pricing based on outcomes (not hours). They act as an extension of your in-house team so you can run every deployment like it’s your most critical customer. Fin and Ironclad are great examples. They’ve been using Genera and seen massive impact in scaling high-touch customer deployments (more in the video below on the impact at Fin). Proud to have led their $10M seed round and worked with this team from the very beginning of their story. They’re launching today and hiring across the board. More below:

It can even write custom HTML for beautiful results pages and progress bars. • Smart Products: It can take forever to setup the recommendation logic for a quiz. For those of you who need help, simply add smart products to your Octane AI quiz and your very own AI agent will hand-pick products for each customer who takes your quiz. It’s amazing. • Smart Copy: Instead of showing everyone who takes your quiz the exact same copy, use AI to personalize the quiz for every single person who takes it. Explain why these specific products are perfect for specifically them. • Image Analyzer: Let your customers upload or take a photo during the quiz and have AI analyze it. You can use this for anything from skin tone detection to picking out outfits! • Shopping Assistant: An AI agent that lives on your store that can help your customers at the right time. We have been building quiz software for almost 10 years now and AI is enabling us to make quizzes even more powerful. This is just the v1 of what we will be releasing in this area. We are so excited to see what you create with these new agentic products. Get creative, we think you will be surprised at how many interesting experiences you can create with Octane AI now.

I turned AI agent orchestration into a full fledged game. To start this launch, I’m also hosting a tournament with a growing prize pool (starting at $3k) for the first 24 hours. Two players face off a team of AI agents, armed with strategy prompts - utilizing memory, tool-calling, and inter-agent communication to win. Each agent has a battle memory - they learn and synergize with the playstyle of their commander to produce the best results. I’ve been working on this for the past 2 months, so please check it out, my dms are open for feedback :D Documentation: Project Twitter: aiarena Website:

The most important part of $MU earnings was the strategic customer agreement structure Micron is building around the business. Micron has now signed 16 SCAs with 14 of them representing ~$100B of cumulative revenue at minimum contract pricing over the remaining term which shifts a huge portion of the business away from pure spot-market exposure and toward committed customer demand. Thats why the multiple discussion needs to change because a memory company with no visibility deserves a commodity multiple but a memory company with customer deposits, minimum pricing and long-term supply commitments deserves more credit for earnings durability.

This is probably the biggest news yet in software going headless, and will bring knowledge work agents to the masses. The new ChatGPT agents have access to any of the tools and data you want to work with, with complete coding and tool use available to them. Here's an example of a custom sales assistant agent uses Box as a knowledge source for accessing enterprise content securely to answer questions and generate new content on the fly. The workflows can obviously vastly far more complex as the agent can use any of the tools within Box available via MCP and CLI. This precisely what agents will start to look like for knowledge work. You'll be able to spin them up in the foreground or background to help augment work. Big opportunity right now for headless platforms, and for all the new builders and designers of these agents in the enterprise.
