What about bridging the gap between Omarchy themes and web applications? "Wear the theme the machine is wearing"

If you are exposing anything system related to the browser, it will be used to fingerprint the machine. Even something as 'small' as the toml file is enough to expose that you run linux, run omarchy specifially and depending on how the file evolves over time , the exact version

This is cool - but now I’m confused. Wasn’t it solved long ago? @dhh even offered a reward for it( if I remember correctly), and someone forked Chromium and solved it. But if it was solved, then why my Mullvad browser doesn’t follow it… confused.

@dhh No, that was a different problem. It was theming chromium itself, not enable colors to be passed to the webpage.

No, in this case it only exposed your current colors.toml to the browser and injects it to window.omarchy

@jonnyheggheim Would quantizing the colors before injecting them preserve privacy better? And maybe only expose a single accent theme color + dark/light?
