What is fasting?

Death to my flesh. That's what I keep telling myself during my fast. It's the only way I'm powering through. It's the only value in doing these fasts.

Stop letting doubt run your life. You’re not some random accident... You’re God’s masterpiece. Crafted with purpose, strength, and power. The world will try to define you. Your failures will try to shame you. Don’t buy it. Ephesians 2:10 says you’re His handiwork. Psalm 139:14 declares you’re fearfully and wonderfully made. You’ve got a choice… Believe the lies or stand in the truth. Repost and bookmark if you agree.

Fasting is a powerful tool but many do not know

Fasting is strictly voluntary and it is NOT demanded in the Bible for the true Christian faith.
