Taking fees for premium processing and not processing the applications within the premium processing timeline is literally a scam.

They appear innocent when they whine about “delays.” But didn’t compassionate when they fire thousands of Americans to be replaced by H1B .

Microsoft is one of the biggest place for H1B fraud. They are doing document fraud sponsoring EB1 for non-eligible employees, hiring unqualified people on H1B and bringing unlimited people on L1 visas

Huh, Expedited fees $2-3k Expedited processing of 15-30 days BUT an AI search tells me the following: The expedited deadline is for USCIS to take an action—not necessarily to approve the case. Too bad I guess. Having a hard time finding sympathy.

@desitechsuppoat More Microsoft content circulating on LinkedIn. The Overton window has shifted. What would have been career-ending for an American to post publicly two years ago is now being said openly and widely. 👇

I worked for Microsoft 2003-2006. First round of interviews they hired a foreigner from Mexico, they called me back and offered me a job. While there, they constantly layed off FTE developers, hired Indians, made the FTE train them. Microsoft produces went downhill.

I think it is a warning to these companies ,that you have fooled us a long time and now we are not going to rubber stamp renewals and in fact they should deny renewals. We are just tired of frauds and back door immigration.

Foreigners are only supposed to stay in the United States for about to 6 years total on a on H-1B visa 🚨 New banking data shows our banks are approving 30 years mortgages for Indians on H-1B visa to buy homes in America. Aiding them in abusing our Visa system “The H-1B housing crisis gets more insane the deeper you look into it. So according to the National Association of Realtors, for the year of 2025, Indian nationals spent $2.2 billion on houses in the United States. Now apparently the biggest misconception is that the H-1B program is temporary. It was created for temporary visa workers to come over to the US and maintain jobs and work and then eventually go back to where they came from. Well, now as many of you have become aware, the H-1B visa program is being used as a loophole to stay in America. But this isn't just something that you and I are aware of, because the banks are also aware of it, considering they're just giving away 30-year mortgage loans to these H-1B visa holders. Now, out of the 2.2 billion, 97% have lived in the United States, and 67% bought a home and made it their primary residence. Now, why would people be buying homes if they were only here temporarily?” It’s negates the system is openly being abused and our banks are aiding them just like they were aiding illegals with mortgages, loans and bank accounts The way to get illegals to leave in huge numbers is to make it as difficult for them to surviving in America as possible We need a full financial ban for noncitizens and strict limits on H-1B visa holders

Should President Trump terminate the H-1B visa program? As an immigration attorney who advocates for an America-First approach—yes, I know how rare that is—I think Trump should do it for three reasons: 1. Displacement of American Workers The H1B program allows companies to lay off American workers and replace them with foreign workers who are often paid less, prioritizing cost savings over U.S. job security. This undermines the claim that H-1B visas are used only when qualified American workers are unavailable. For example, Microsoft—which is making record profits these days—recently laid off over 15,000 American workers, including software engineers and IT staff, while simultaneously filing over 14,000 H1B visa petitions. Reports indicate that many of these visas were for roles in the same locations and job categories as the laid-off workers, suggesting direct replacement. 2. Wage Suppression and Exploitation The H1B visa program enables companies to hire foreign workers at lower wages, suppressing salaries for American workers and exploiting H-1B workers who are tied to their employer-sponsored visas. This creates a race-to-the-bottom effect on wages in tech and other industries. H-1B workers also face exploitation because they risk deportation if terminated, with only a 60-day grace period to find a new sponsor. 3. Abuse by Outsourcing Firms Outsourcing firms, particularly Indian IT companies, exploit the H1B program by securing a disproportionate share of visas to supply low-cost labor, often for non-specialized roles. These firms engage in practices like filing visas for nonexistent jobs or “benching” workers, undermining the program’s purpose of addressing genuine skill shortages.
