What would you do in this situation?

He would have been shot before he made it to my vehicle walking up with his hand behind his back like that and no court in Texas would find you guilty.

Run over him. Take video to cops and show up at his trial and laugh out loud when he’s hauled off to jail.

I'd need a new windshield, because it would have several 9mm wide holes in it, and he'd be fresh out of birthdays.

Put the car in drive and put an end to that threat

Not much you can do if you’re not armed as well. But at least you have a recording with identifying markers to turn into the police 🤷‍♂️

Run him over as he stepped back and produced the gun....or drive off as he walked back in the first place.
