Prince Harry doesn’t seem to have a good grasp or concept of what justice is and how it plays out in the judicial system. He seems to believe that the defense has no right to defend itself and that no matter the case the defense should just roll over so “justice” as Harry believes can take place. Maybe that’s how it should play out in Harry’s fantasy but it’s simply not reality. Those parents should expect the defense, in this case Meta and Google, to dig through their lives to try and find every crack in the plaintiff’s case to exploit. So you mean to tell me, the one "gotcha" Michael Proctor used on the stand to try and persuade the jury in Karen Read Trial 1, that he "was already scheduled to be on call" so he wasn't chosen to take the John O'Keefe case, was all a LIE?? Why did Bukake call Proctor to take the case if he WASN'T EVEN ON CALL THAT MORNING?? And how did he know that Lank was already on scene? It is so obvious to anyone with a brain that this was a setup. I would be willing to bet my life that Kevin Albert was informed about what happened and asked Bukake to call Proctor and make him lead investigator so that the cover up for his brother, Brian Albert, could be set in motion. Proctor is a FUCKING FOOL and a POS for doing what he did. He was, in fact, NOT ON CALL that morning, but Buhkenik wants everyone to believe the schedule is made the month prior, "well in advance" of the day Proctor was "on call". 🤔Baron Coleman keeps asking about the prosecution not calling the parents as hiding the ball. In reality it’s the OPPOSITE. That is NOT the hole. The glaring hole is the defense never called them either. If those family texts his buddy waves around were real & if the parents were ready to say Tyler never confessed I assure you they would’ve been on THAT STAND. They weren’t. The texts are from the same guy who claimed Tyler was in Panguitch when the Dairy Queen photo proves he couldn’t have been there for his steak dinner after eating at DQ at 6:38 MINIMUM. Those texts are also from a supposed “close family member”. If they were real the defense likely would have authenticated them and it would have been EVIDENCE. So is the defense in on all of this also? The official document record already has the parents telling police that TESTIFIED that Tyler called UVU a “stupid venue,” IMPLIED he was the shooter and when asked why, said there was “too much evil” and Charlie “spreads too much hate.” That’s locked in through the officers at the prelim. Probable cause only requires that. If Robinson’s parents were ready to help Tyler…. they would’ve used them. Because putting them on the stand opens them up to the state impeaching them with their own recorded statements to the officers. The defense didn’t want that fight. Just like they wanted to block most evidence. That’s the part that actually matters. The defense DID however want to remind the court he came peacefully. So why is he framing it to Julian Dorey about the prosecution not putting the parents on the stand as them “hiding the ball”? The defense had the exact same chance to put the parents up or authenticate those family texts and didn’t either. That’s the actual silence that stands out to me. Just like neither parent went screaming to cameras MY SON IS A PATSY. Spare me the threatened red herring. No mom is more afraid for their own life than their child. Maybe … just MAYBE… the family wants to give their kids the best opportunity to avoid the death penalty? You know… their son who wore the TRANS COLORED TIE at his first hearing. That’s just a coincidence also I guess. He was a brainwashed true believer for the leftist cause… that’s for sure.

there is another important detail in Julie’s text thread that is easy to overlook. she never actually answered Michael Proctor’s question. Proctor told her that Colin’s attorney was not returning his calls. He asked Julie and Chris to speak with Colin and find out what day and time worked for another interview. Julie did not say she would ask Colin. She did not provide a date. She did not refer Proctor back to the attorney. She did not decline. Instead, she answered only the personal part “Same to you and E. It all really sucks. Hope the kids are doing good.” Proctor then gave that response a thumbs-up. So where is the rest of the conversation? How was Colin’s interview ultimately coordinated? Was it done over the phone, through Chris, through the attorney, or through messages that were no longer present? Because the one Proctor exchange investigators found on Julie’s phone contains a request, but no actual answer.

Mark Bederow’s very first footnote in this week’s filing is putting everyone on notice that despite all the noise about Michael Proctor as of late, we still have not forgotten about Yuri Bukhenik. We have not forgotten about the Rubber Duck scandal of Canton. We have not forgotten that Bukhenik showed up at the homes of multiple women to threaten them with arrest and criminal charges for their speech on social media. Bukhenik’s abuse of power deserves the same amount of scrutiny as Proctor’s does, especially when looking at his actions through the lens of the First Amendment. Putting aside the Karen Read case entirely, Bukhenik had just as much of a part as Proctor did in the specific targeting against Aidan Kearney, who currently faces every indictment for which the Norfolk County DA’s office can attempt to justify. Despite anyone’s claims, Bukhenik and Proctor are the left and right hand of the same body. Bukhenik played an active role in a portion of the damning texts that have been uncovered from Proctor’s cell phone. He also said anything he needed to (whether true or otherwise) to protect Proctor on the witness stand. Was Bukhenik’s sworn statement that Proctor operated with “honor and integrity” purely motivated by the protection of Michael Proctor, or was it, in part, to shield himself? To repeat some of Mr. Bederow’s “free legal advice” toward anyone associated with Proctor’s abysmal conduct (from Justice Served): GET AHEAD OF IT, DO THE RIGHT THING, AND COME CLEAN. ☀️ The public should not feel that the biggest threat to their communities comes from the same people who have sworn to serve & protect them. It is well past time to find out just how deep the scandal of the Norfolk County DA’s office goes.

And this is where Candace loses: If the defense could adduce evidence of fabricated documents, conspiracy, fake messages… they would not do it at the preliminary hearing for probable cause, but would wait until the trial? That the defense was precluded from adducing such evidence at the preliminary hearing? Absolute nonsense. True, it is not the trial. But there is no realm of the universe in which the defense would not attempt to adduce evidence - to the extent that you could, either through cross or direct - of fabricated / falsified text messages, manufactured documents and/or conspiracy to frame. They were not prevented from doing so at the preliminary hearing. They simply did not present anything to suggest the messages were fabricated, that a bullet did not kill Charlie, and other elements that, if remotely demonstratable, would easily be an obstacle for even the lower threshold of probable cause. And that is exactly why they could not deny them in their latest filing.

It was very interesting to listen to Defense Diaries, in particular when David Yannetti was talking about the Louise Woodward case (and how the Judge set aside the jury verdict in the criminal case). The Aaron Spencer fundraiser, still ongoing, has raised over $10,000 in just 3 hours. Robert J. Alessi and Mr. Yannetti also announced their podcast is "close" to coming on their air. Of note; my father, Fredric Ellis, represented the Eappen Family in their civil lawsuit against the agency that employed Woodward as a nanny.

BREAKING: #KarenRead defense reveals that just 5 days ago, they were provided a new report from Yuri Bukhenik dated 2/28/25 where he reveals that in May of 2024 (during trial), he was provided with a thumb drive & a CD containing video of the CPD exterior Sallyport—never turned over to the defense, despite Bukhenik’s report stating that not only was he aware of & had seen it, but he was also told to review it prior to his testimony. The Commonwealth intentionally withheld this Brady evidence from the defense at the first trial, and still didn’t even produce it until several months after the fact. So you’re telling me that the Commonwealth is so easily able to produce this Sallyport video on thumb drives and CD to its own investigators to review at trial, but they still can’t provide an answer to this day of where exactly it all came from? Let’s listen to attorney Baron Coleman to see what he thinks about ”the mountain of evidence” that was promised to the public. There doesn’t have to be a conspiracy involved at all in this case. I am not suggesting that. The question is if you/me/anyone/the jury would send a person to death IF (1) there isn’t enough substance to convince a jury about ’guilt beyond a reasonable doubt’ AND (2) there’s no alternative assassin presented. Hopefully the answer is ’no’ (because that could be you/me/anyone/the jury sitting in Tyler Robinson’s chair). My point is that the trial is about Tyler Robinson’s guilt. The defense doesn’t need an alternative theory about who killed Charlie Kirk to prove his guilt (just like the defense in the OJ Simpson case didn’t need an alternative theory about who killed Nicole Brown). It’s up to the prosecution to prove guilt and that’s what will ultimately matter in the trial.

Despite having several discovery hearing he never once notified the court that the police were stonewalling him on discovery requests. He is blaming the State Police, while also admitting that when the State Police violate the law he doesn't do anything about it. Judge Cannone did not allow this sort of hearing to take place prior to Karen Read's trial.
