"We don't need anybody's help." Read that twice. The most powerful nation on earth stood alone and did not even blink. Meanwhile the so called allies folded like lawn chairs. Trump named names. Italy said no. Germany said no. France said no. Even the UK tried to hedge, offering help only after the fight was already over. That is not an ally. That is a fair weather friend showing up for the parade after the war is won. For decades America has poured trillions into NATO. Trillions. To protect European borders from threats that never once crossed our own ocean. And when we finally needed a hand, the cupboard was empty. Trump said it best. "Why are we spending hundreds of billions of dollars and they're not there for us? We've always been there for them." That is not isolationism. That is basic fairness. You do not keep paying the insurance premium for a company that vanishes the one time you file a claim. America First is not about abandoning the world. This morning, a staffer who works for GOP Conference Chair Chairwoman Lisa McClain physically assaulted Loomer Unleashed DC corespondent Charles R Downs today when he attempted to ask the Congresswoman why she and her Jordanian Chief of staff Nick Hawatmeh leaked internal Congressional committee questions regarding anti-Semitism on college campuses to the Qatari embassy. As you can see from the video, McClain witnessed the assault and did nothing to condemn it. The Congresswoman doesn’t want to face accountability for leaking to a foreign Islamic government that funds HAMAS. This is unacceptable behavior by Congressional staffers Representatives. Speaker Mike Johnson how come you haven’t said a word about McClain leaking to the Qataris? What will the GOP donors think ahead of the 2026 midterms when they see this video? Many have already told me they refuse to donate in 2026 unless McClain is removed after she leaked to the funders of HAMAS. Hero Civilian Stops In-N-Out Shooter After Years of Training Jordan Salinas, a 35-year-old healthcare worker and full-time caregiver to his wheelchair-bound brother, was horseback riding with his girlfriend when they pulled into the Twin Falls, Idaho In-N-Out for lunch on Saturday, August 1. A crowd was pouring out the doors. Then came the unmistakable sound of gunfire. Operating on pure instinct, Salinas sprinted toward the threat. He later described the response as “automatic” and “mechanical.” Drawing his FN Five-Seven, he moved with deliberate cover, spotted the gunman raising a rifle toward vehicles, and engaged. “OK, this is the guy,” he thought. It was the first time he had ever aimed at a living target. “He did not like it when bullets started firing both ways,” Salinas said. The idea that lifting weights will stunt a child’s growth is actually a myth that for some reason started and spread after a mid 1900s Chinese study to find out why child laborers on a mine in a remote region of China were on average signifigently shorter than their peers. The hypothesis was that it was due to carrying heavy loads out of the mines. However, the technology at the time could not confirm that as the cause, and the study was deemed inconclusive because they couldn’t tell if the cause was in fact the loads or if it was due to malnourishment due to the remote area in China, and all the time spent in the mines. Fast forward to 1999, Dr Avery Faigenbaum relooked at the issue this time studying a group of pre-pubescent children participating in resistance training vs a control group (Faigenbaum et al. 1999). Using modern technology )I believe he used MRIs) he found that the bone density was actually thicker in the trained group vs the control group, with no damage or negative impact on growth plates. Several hundred follow up studies have been done in the close to 25 years since and have all confirmed Faigenbaum’s findings. Resistance training (which includes weight training) causes bone density increases with no risk to growth plates. As such, even the American Association of Pediatrics as well as many other orgs such as National Strength & Conditioning Association and National Academy of Sports Medicine all encourage youth resistance training under qualified supervision. #MHA I'm pretty sure y'all can guess who's in the quotes making excuses for his bullying and abusive behavior not getting addressed by adults. Notice how the majority of my criticism in that post isn't towards Bakugo's arc but instead the teachers. There's no reason his "fans" should be getting offended for Bakugo like I'm undermining his amazing character development or something. Infact him getting a sit down talk back in S2 would've made his progression even more natural and cohesive. Instead it had to happen after a huge fight and only then did All Might finally talk with them...in late S3 At least he acknowledged his own failure as a teacher in that moment for neglecting Bakugo, better than Aizawa who's actually been a teacher for a while lol. Also idk what tf that dumbass quote was talking about "Y'all just pissy because his personality didn't make a full 180 fast" as if that was mentioned anywhere in my post lmao Btw full grown adults who are responsible for the safety of kids allowing one of them to physically assault another unprovoked because it was part of the exam for them to get "along" is not a good counterpoint especially when no one talked to him about it afterwards.
