100%. I have been saying something similar years back when trying to Pitch this idea to investors. Sadly me trying to say the migriane and Alzheimer actually may have quite a lot in common, a starving brain, was not always well received. Medicine has become so compartmentalised.

I had migraines on and off since I was 14. It’s definitely certain foods that trigger them now. Fermented foods and nuts that would be considered Keto are triggers. Not sure how this all ties in to the statement above. I am sure tho if I went full carnivore I would be better off
