"While I understand calls for a ceasefire… I do not believe it is the correct position." Sir Keir Starmer says a ceasefire in Gaza would let Hamas "start preparing for future violence" - instead calling for a pause in fighting "for clear and specific humanitarian purposes".

We need to make Starmer and Sunak pay for their warmongering, inhumane stance. Vote against both parties at the next election. Vote them all out.

Spineless.

He has severely damaged his political future by aligning himself with the wrong side in this conflict, taking an anti-human stance. This will likely result in a significant loss of votes and a major setback for both him and his party for supporting the aggressor.

I can smell a new scandal Somehow Something Tells me We will see the #GazaFiles surfacing in unveiling one of our century’s biggest scandal

76% of public want a ceasefire. Keir Starmer sides with the 3% who oppose a ceasefire & wants a pause so the war crimes and mass murder can commence again. Starmer explicitly backed collective punishment. He has not called out war crimes - spineless

dont vote for Tony Blair 4.0!

War Criminal

He believes a lot that he is utterly wrong about. Is that the kind of quality you need as head of DPP? I'd be appealing my sentence by now if I was in Jail. Seriously, he seems to understand no Law, and even less Human Rights Law.

All lives matter Peace is the only path towards peace

Ceasefire is the bare minimum and the starting point for a broader political, diplomatic solution. Peace negotiations need to take place. You cannot have perpetual war - and the disproportionate Israeli attacks and collective punishment are not an ingredient to long-term peace.
