Who’s at fault here?

The Jeep is clearly at fault here! He had plenty of time to look in both directions and see incoming traffic.

Lol idk whose at fault legally, but why did they wait so long to back up? They thought of it a 15 full seconds in. Which I get it’s surprising, but why?

"At fault" is hardly relevant. We know who lost lol.

🤦🏼‍♂️ Hope he doesn’t wait as long to wash that off as he did admiring all the cement pouring over him. He coulda kicked that thing in reverse about 6 seconds sooner and saved himself some work.
