Dude in truck is at fault 100% when turning you have to yield. Just because you’re in a truck doesn’t mean you can just insert yourself into line. Your required to yield

100% the person recording - they shouldn’t be forcing themselves to get into traffic like that. He needs to wait for incoming traffic let him in.

So it's 100% the trucks fualt. 1) he didn't yield right of way. 2) solid double yellow lines means no left turn out of that parking lot. If you say other wise go back and reread the NJ drivers book

Lady had right of way the entire time. Dude forced himself into the lane when nobody was yielding for him. He's at fault.

For one, it’s a double yellow line. For two, th e person merging is responsible to do so safely. No one HAS to let you in the lane.
