Originally, it's the fault of the cam driver here for pulling directly in front of the sedan. HOWEVER, the sedan should not have tried zipping around the side of the cam driver and back into the same lane. This led to the collision and subsequent vehicle damage. Bad choice. 🚫

Per insurance: Both The truck was initially in the wrong. Once the Sentra driver CHOSE to whip around and cause the collision it changed fault entirely. Both insurances will have to fix their own cars. This is why the Golden Rule to driving is “drive for yourself and others”
