We all have to take consolation in knowing that Judge Bev’s life will be forever changed. She won’t be able to step outside her door without someone asking her about the trial, or yelling “ Corrupt” at her or worse. I bet you will see her retire after this trial.

BREAKING: ARCCA experts ALLOWED. Judge Beverly Cannone finally admitted that her & Hank Brennan’s whole histrionic-filled, months-long smear campaign of defense counsel & the ARCCA experts was purely that—a smear campaign designed to prejudice the defense and their most exculpatory experts to the media & the public. Now Jen McCabe’s claiming she makes “butt dials” all the time to try to normalize the incriminating calls she made to Officer John O’Keefe’s phone, which she later deleted. The only problem with that excuse, however, is how did Jen McCabe butt dial John O’Keefe 7 different times, but each of those times she also apparently butt hung up the phone before it went to voicemail? The Commonwealth literally retooled and changed its entire vehicle data analysis & timeline in response to the defense’s theory. They changed their entire accident reconstruction theory AND their vehicle data theory. And this is after already changing it from the first trial. They didn’t turn this over to the defense until a week ago—well into trial already, and over 3 months after they signed their certificate of compliance, affirming that they’d turned over and produced all discovery in accordance with Rule 14. They’re supposed to be pursuing justice, or pursuing the truth. The truth doesn’t change. This is such a brazen, shameless and disgusting display of how corrupt and evil these people are. They’re so shameless that they don’t even care if the whole world is seeing them trying to prosecute an innocent woman using fake evidence. Hank Brennan’s not here for justice. Kerry Roberts complained about being a “victim” of “harassment” for “the crime of telling the truth” yesterday on Good Morning America. Then she took the witness stand & admitted to lying under oath & committing perjury at a grand jury to protect Jen McCabe. The Feds are the ONLY reason we know this information. What does that tell you? These witnesses are comfortable lying under oath at the state grand jury because they know they’ve got immunity from DA Michael Morrissey’s Office. They’re protected. But suddenly, once under investigation by the Feds, and under the threat of federal perjury charges while on the witness stand at a federal grand jury, a whole lot of admissions and truth started coming out. This is also why Brian Higgins testified (at the federal grand jury) that he saw someone, that fit John O’Keefe’s criteria, enter the house. Higgins didn’t know what the Feds knew at the time, and being an ATF agent, he’s surely well aware of the fact that he could be facing prison time for lying to a federal agent. The only reason Kerry Roberts changed her testimony and told the truth—that she never heard Karen Read ask Jen McCabe to Google anything—was because she knew she no longer had the protection of her friends at the federal grand jury. This is what the general public finds so outrageous about these “witnesses”. Her bias was on full display yesterday when she flippantly denied this request. I hope the defense requests written rulings for things like this. This seems to be yet another violation of Karen Read’s constitutional rights, including her right to present a defense. THIS is why when the third party culprits/McAlberts all testify with some elaborate & contrived story about how they all coincidentally & inexplicably didn’t see the body on the front lawn when leaving 34 Fairview, it completely strains credulity. Here’s a disinterested, non-McAlbert witness, Heather Maxon, who testifies like a normal human being observant of their surroundings. Between Maxon, Ryan Nagel and Richard D’Antuano, these three witnesses all were observant of things on the front lawn and to the right of the roadway as they drove past it when leaving 34 Fairview. Notice how none of these witnesses provide some ridiculous story to explain why they were looking anywhere BUT where John’s body would later be found? Why did all of the witnesses that left 34 Fairview AFTER this point have some elaborate story for why they weren’t looking somewhere, but for consciousness of guilt? #FreeKarenRead #KarenReadTrial #KarenReadTrial2 #JusticeForJohnOKeefe
