I suggest you read Capital in the Twenty-first Century by Thomas Piketty. He wrote it in 2014, and its main thesis is that if we don't tax wealth at least at the same rate that we tax income, the result will be civil unrest and a breakdown in society.

Stop lying Gary, good lad.

I’m in agreement with everything g Gary’s said on this topic so far. But… people! It’s not a good look when a 29min video gets retweeted by 40 people only 13 minutes after it was posted!!! Pls watch content before endorsing. Most will prob agree with this vid,but watch 1st 🤦♂️

Honestly, someone make it make sense. How the fuck is this clown listened to by so many people. It’s total tosh. He just makes stuff up and gives it buzz names.

As a former Labour party member I just want to make you aware of Keir Starmer's motives. He is on the right wing of the party and they are neoliberals, so believe people who don't earn money are worthless. They are neoliberals because they are neocons, they are US imperialists.

The type of rich people you constantly refer to - decamillionaires and billionaires - don't buy up the kind of houses your average lower/middle class would be seeking to buy. They're terrible investments.

Her fiscal rules are just that - her's, they are entirely nonsense just a cage she has put us all in.

You’re just a paid diversion. Fuck off.

Why the hell would they not listen to someone like you? Someone who’s been on the front lines. What can we do to stop this? I know you say tax are rich but will they. Keep fighting a good fight mate. It’ll be great to get some answers from labour. do you think the rich know exactly what they’re doing to the middle class? or is it that that they just don’t care

Can someone give me an example of a country that has taxed the rich highly and that said country has now strong growth and the working class are so much better off?
