Why stop there? Why accept any medical assistance?

People like this can do whatever they want, but I have a big problem with them making that decision for their children.

This kind of shit feels like that story of the man who went to the roof of his house in a flood and refused any offers of assistance. Like, dude, how about believing that your god sent you a fucking blood transfusion, numbnuts??

He should take those glasses off. Why would he alter God's choice to blur his vision? That's what he's SUPPOSED to see.

We all get to make our own stupid choices. It bothers me when these choices kill kids though. Your religion should not give you the right to sacrifice your child but sadly that becomes a matter of parental decision.

I don't know who this Bozo is, but I hope his child is never in this situation. But if his child dies because he refuses to allow her to have a blood transplant, he needs to be charged with negligent manslaughter. And the doctor treating his kid needs to inform the police before the child dies so they can tell him that he will be charged with manslaughter Or better yet, child protective services needs to remove the child from his care so he doesn't get any say in this decision. Better to save the child than to press charges after the fact.
