Why you're getting tired after meals: - Eating opens tight junctions in gut epithelial cells, normally they close right back - Refined sugar + saturated fat keeps them open longer, flooding the bloodstream with LPS - LPS activates your immune system, which is extremely energy-expensive - That immune activation...

The mechanism is plausible but oversimplified. Many whole foods also contain saturated fat and sugar. Where's the evidence that LPS is the primary cause of post-meal fatigue?

I think “you are what you eat” applies to the brain too. Choose your inputs carefully or your thoughts might turn into junk food.

This is a very good thing! 🚨RFK JR just announced the New Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and declares WAR on Sugar’s 🔻 Key Changes: - Focus on high-quality proteins and healthy fats; reduce emphasis on carbohydrates. - First explicit warnings against ultra-processed foods and additives. - Lift restrictions on full-fat dairy and natural fats. - Stricter limits on added sugars and non-nutritive sweeteners (avoid entirely for young children). - Support for lower-carb approaches where evidence shows benefits. - New emphasis on gut health via fiber-rich and fermented foods. 🔻 Core Recommendations: - Proteins (eggs, meat, seafood, beans, nuts) in every meal. - Healthy fats from avocados, olives, nuts, full-fat dairy, olive oil. - At least 3 servings vegetables and 2 servings whole fruits daily. - 3 servings dairy daily (full-fat options encouraged). - Whole grains preferred; limit refined grains. - Limit/avoid: ultra-processed foods, sugary drinks, added sugars, excess sodium. 🔻 Why this is so important: These guidelines directly shape federal child nutrition programs. They set the standards for meal patterns in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program, which provide meals to over 30 million children daily. Schools MUST align their menus with the guidelines (e.g., emphasizing whole foods, proteins, vegetables, and full-fat dairy while limiting processed items, added sugars, and refined carbs). THANK YOU JESUS!

The Truth About Eating: Why Three Meals a Day Is a Modern Lie Most people don’t realize it, but the idea of eating three meals a day was not born from nature or tradition. It was engineered—by the Rockefeller Foundation, as part of a broader system designed to reshape how we consume, think, and live. Our ancestors didn’t sit down to breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. For many, eating three times a week was a luxury. The human body is built to thrive in a fasted state. When you sleep, your body heals—not because you’re resting, but because you’re fasting. Without food to digest, your energy is redirected toward repair, regeneration, and recovery. That’s why fasting isn’t just a trend; it’s a biological imperative. When you feel sick, the instinct is often to seek out a doctor in a white coat. But how much do they really know about the body’s innate healing mechanisms? Instead of rushing to a clinic, consider this: a 36-hour fast can activate your stem cells. These cells travel to areas of injury, targeting inflammation and promoting healing from within. The modern food system wants you dependent—on processed meals, on constant snacking, on the illusion that you need to eat all day to survive. Obesity isn’t natural; it’s installed. It’s the result of a system designed to keep you fat, lazy, and reliant on their products. Your body is not broken. It’s meant to fast. It’s meant to heal. And it’s time to reclaim that power.

"Just Because Cholesterol Is At The Scene Of The Crime, Doesn't Mean It's The Perpetrator." Dr Aseem Malhotra, Cardiologist "Cholesterol Is Not The Driver Of Atherosclerosis Plaque. Cholesterol Is The Firefighter, The First Responder." We find cholesterol in these fatty deposits in the inner lining of the artery, these plaques, but the cholesterol is also there with lots of immune cells. The damage to the lining of the inner artery is caused by lifestyle factors such as smoking, sugar & stress... And then the response to that damage to try & heal the artery is when you get these deposits & cholesterol is there. Cholesterol is not the driver, it just happens to be at the scene of the crime. Atherosclerosis is an inflammatory disease. Not a cholesterol disease or a statin deficiency. LDL is an important transport molecule involved in the immune system & contains vital heart nutrients like CoQ10, Vitamin E & antioxidants. True Causes of Inflammation & Atherosclerosis: Industrial Seed Oils Processed Sugar Carbohydrates Insulin Resistance Ultra Processed Foods Smoking Obesity Environmental Toxins Poor Sleep Low Vitamin D Levels Magnesium Deficiency K2 Deficiency Lack of Exercise Stress A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils & sugar, provides the best healthy cholesterol profile. This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best biomarkers for heart health. TG/HDL ratio optimally should be less than 2.0 & even better at 1.5 or less. 👇Low Cholesterol Increases Mortality👇 👇The Higher Your LDL, The Longer You Live👇 Speakers: Dr Aseem Malhotra & Gary Brecka

Goat milk could heal the world. Look around at society right now…. Digestive problems and inflammation are everywhere. Autoimmune issues are on the rise. People are exhausted, nutrient deficient, constantly bloated, dealing with gut issues, mucus buildup, and feeling disconnected from real nourishment. And somehow this has all become “normal.” But what if part of the problem is that we moved so far away from the foods humans traditionally thrived on? Modern diets are filled with ultra-processed foods, artificial ingredients, seed oils, synthetic vitamins, gums, preservatives, and heavily processed dairy products that many people struggle to tolerate. Then people are told their body is the problem, but maybe the food is the REAL problem… Goat milk is one of the most nourishing traditional foods there is. Unlike conventional cow milk, goat milk naturally contains smaller fat molecules and a different protein structure, which is why many people find it much easier to digest and less inflammatory. Instead of sitting heavy in the stomach, many people describe goat milk as feeling lighter and easier on the body. It’s naturally rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, selenium, phosphorus, vitamin A, healthy fats, and bioavailable nutrients that support the body on a deep level. People have relied on goat milk for generations to help nourish growing children, support digestion, maintain strength, and provide nutrient-dense food during hard times. Goats can thrive where other livestock struggle, turning rough land and brush into incredibly rich milk. And honestly, I think a lot of people would feel dramatically different if they replaced processed foods and artificial drinks with real traditional nourishment like fresh goat milk. Better digestion, stable energy, and less inflammation. Real nourishment instead of empty calories. Funny how society labels ancestral foods as “alternative” while chronic illness becomes the norm. No thank you! Raw goat milk for the win!

Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong presents a fundamental paradigm shift in the war on cancer: we must stop destroying the immune system to save the body, and start supercharging it to achieve a permanent cure. The critical flaw of conventional chemotherapy and radiation is their inadvertent destruction of the very immune cells—the lymphocytes—designed to protect us. This often wins a battle but loses the war, leading to metastasis. The solution lies within us. Dr. Soon-Shiong’s work harnesses "God's design": the power of Natural Killer (NK) cells and T-cells. The breakthrough is two-fold: 1. The Activation Key: For the first time, we can effectively activate these cells using a sustained-release form of IL-15, a natural protein. A single injection can create a tenfold increase in the body's innate cancer-killing army. 2. The Army Expansion: We can now draw a patient's blood, grow billions of targeted NK cells in a lab, and reinfuse them, creating a supercharged, augmented immune response. This is not an incremental improvement. It is a move away from the failed strategy of attacking cancer from the inside-out—blocking internal pathways that cancer easily bypasses—to shattering it from the outside-in. The result is data that speaks to a potential cure: patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer alive and disease-free after five years; bladder cancer patients thriving with their organs intact a decade after treatment; long-term remission in aggressive Merkel cell carcinoma. This approach teaches the immune system "T-cell memory," creating a permanent, living surveillance system that stands guard against recurrence. This is the path to long-term survival with quality of life.

"In The 1950s Everybody Used To Walk Around With A Cholesterol Level Of 350 & It Was Very Normal." Dr. Stephanie Rimka "The Optimal Lab Range For Healthy Cholesterol Was 320-350. A Cholesterol Level Of 350 Is Healthy." "Cholesterol Has Nothing To Do With Heart Disease...Zero." What's causing Cardiovascular Disease is damage to the Glycocalyx. The Glycocalyx is a gel like protective covering on vascular endothelial cells. It's this barrier that becomes damaged & cholesterol rushes to repair the inflammatory damage. Much like a firefighter rushes to put out a blaze. Demonizing cholesterol is like blaming the firefighters for the fire. Any source of oxidative stress within our blood vessels can damage the lining of our arteries & damage the Glycocalyx. The Glycocalyx gets damaged by: Industrial Seed Oils Processed Sugar Carbohydrates Insulin Resistance Ultra Processed Foods Smoking Obesity Environmental Toxins Poor Sleep Low Vitamin D Levels Magnesium Deficiency K2 Deficiency Lack of Exercise Stress The Most Important Fat In Our Body Is Cholesterol: Protects against chemicals, toxins & heavy metals. Prevents dementia & cognitive decline. Protects against all cause mortality. Production of all steroid hormones. Bone density & Osteoporosis prevention. Protective against stroke & heart disease. Important for lungs & airways. Building block of all cells & mitochondria. Absorption of Vitamins A, D, E & K. Critical for digestion & bile acids. Immune system protection against infections. Protection against bacteria, pathogens & viruses. Lowers risk of cancer & death. Lowers risk of depression & suicide. Lowers stress, cortisol & anxiety. Optimal brain is 60% fat & 25% cholesterol. The whole story we've been fed about saturated fat causing Atherosclerosis is nothing but a fairytale. Rather than worrying about how much saturated fat we're consuming, we should be worried about the actual real causes: oxidation, inflammation, pollution, seed oil consumption & blood glucose levels. A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils, starchy carbs, sugar & processed foods provides the best healthy cholesterol profile. This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best Cardiovascular Biomarkers for optimal health. TG/HDL ratio should be less 1.5 or less. 👇Glycocalyx Scientific Research👇 👇The Higher Your LDL, The Longer You Live👇 👇AHA Conflict Of Interest & Saturated Fat Lies👇 Speaker: Dr. Stephanie Joy Rimka Video: WR
