In case you're wondering how the MindsEye new mission looks like, which is all about giving players some insight into the real life sabotage and espionage that happened within the company leading to the game's failure... Just listening to this conversation alone is hilarious as it seems to reference that someone irl has actually paid big money to spread lies about MindsEye and create a network that affected its release

If MindsEye was actually finished before release. Complete in a sense with an interactable open world, NPCs and interiors like these ones they've added in their latest update, I think it would've been a fantastic game no joke

The new Mindseye mission is literally a reskin of the Hitman X Mindseye mission IO Interactive and BARB had to do last year, which was then cancelled. Instead of playing as Agent 47, you're now playing as Julia Black. The mission includes some few changes like references to real life "espionage and sabotage" that happened within the company. This mission has the same outfit swapping mechanics found in Hitman games. Most of your objectives in this mission are to infiltrate, gather intel, swap clothes with someone and then eliminate the target.

I think they would benefit with a delay too if this is the kind of performance the game will have at launch. A polished product is always better than a rushed one. If they're aiming for a Spring release I'm really hoping they manage to make the performance better than this somehow, if they don't then they should delay it to Q2/Q3 2026

MindsEye has a very beautifully designed city and setting. It just sucks that all of this was rushed to death. There's no life to it, no enterable buildings, no activities, just some dull NPCs with nothing to do in it. The vision was always there, but never realized.
