Seedance 2.0 vs Gemini Omni, tested under the same conditions 👀 I was working on a new storyboard. After generating it with Seedance 2.0, I gave the exact same prompt + storyboard reference + character reference to Gemini Omni as well. Result: Gemini Omni surprised me with style quality and got closer than I expected in prompt adherence. But Seedance still feels ahead for storyboard execution, motion energy, camera language and environmental interaction. Gemini looks good. Seedance feels directed. You can see them in the video and the storyboard sheet is shown at the end. Which one do you think is more useful for this kind of work?

Seedance 2.0 - 3D Animation Styles Tested 12 different animation styles in Seedance 2.0. You can use these style blocks in your prompts and customize them however you like. All examples in the video were generated using the same prompt + style block setup. I intentionally did not use names like Pixar or DreamWorks but right now terms like "Pixar-like animation" in your prompts also work. You can find style blocks in the tread.

FIRST TEST Seedance 2.0! From my initial tests, this is one of the more impressive AI video models I’ve tried so far. Dynamic motion feels fluid, prompt adherence is solid, and the efficiency really stood out, very little iteration needed. Everything you see here was generated using just one reference image + one prompt. I also tested a 3×3 image grid with no prompt at all, and the results stayed surprisingly consistent. i just figured out the best way to use Seedance 2.5 latest model from ByteDance lets you generate up to 30 second continuous videos and accepts up to 50 reference assets (images, videos and audio) all in one generation most people overcomplicate it, the real trick is in the details my prompt structure looks like this: [1] global scene + visual style [2] character descriptions [3] timestamped storyboard (0-5s, 5-10s, 10-15s...) I ran a quick test: I used the exact same prompt to generate videos with Seedance 2.0 and Sora 2, just to see how they differ. Sora 2 automatically adds music, which instantly makes the video feel polished. But Seedance 2.0 handles shot breakdown and pacing better, it feels more like a professionally edited sequence.

I’m really proud of a lot of the shots I have been able to achieve lately with the adherence to prompts getting so good it’s a level of creative control I e been dying for and really starting to make me actual dreams come true for just myself working with these tools! Prompting is such a unique and creative aspect of what we all do in AI. Knowing when to prompt long form and when not to, what keyword tokens and how they are applied in sequence, structure and formatting, they all matter. Especially with the models not needing extensive prompts, that’s actually where you can shine with how you use it because sometimes simpler is better but in other instances extensive motion/movement detail can be the difference maker for a cool shot or a spectacular one. I’ve been focusing a lot on shot development prompts and structure testing and I’ve managed to find a sweet spot. I’m Gonna put together a little rundown on how I did some of mine next week for this film. 🙌😎🔥💯🎥

I'll share that with details soon. Also the previs prompt with gpt image 2 isn't ready yet. The one here was just loosely put together in chat with rough directions. This GPT Image 2 prompt creates cinematic storyboard grids from your reference images while generating an original continuous sequence. You can see two different examples in the attached video. If you want a director-inspired cinematic tone, first use the separate “director language” prompt with a director name. It gives you abstract cinematic qualities without directly replicating copyrighted styles. If you don’t want that, you can simply remove that paragraph from the grid prompt. Then you can use the Seedance 2.0 prompt I shared to animate the storyboard grid into a cinematic sequence. You can find the prompts below.
