Zhu Yuan eyebrows rigged! Using a shape key and bone based hybrid! Really happy with how it looks, it's pretty incredible how expressive eyebrows can be😄 #blender #rig #rigging

Mouth correctives! They make such a huge difference to both how the rig feels and looks. really pleased (She does have teeth and a tongue! Just haven't rigged them yet😆) #blender #3d #rigging

Zhu Yuan arm and shoulder-plate correctives are in place!😄 Similar mechanism to my Lara Croft project but with some extra optimisations. The shoulder plate was a struggle but I believe I've reached a pleasant point with it after a handful of tries. #blender #rig #rigging

Shoulder strap rigged✅ Using MCH B-Bones on a simple DEF chain, worked really well for this! Ended up with a super flexible and easy to tweak setup. Only the holster left to rig on this outfit, and then it's onto the other 12...😅 #blender #rigging #rig

Added some more automation to my magazine rig 😁 Using drivers i'm able to enable the property, as soon as the magazine gets close to the threshold. It has its limits, but from animating just one bone and a property, i think it's pretty good! #blender #rig #rigging

Don't be afraid to start over!😅 I wasn't happy with my arm correctives, so I completely reworked them... It definitely looks and feels more natural now compared to how it was before. I will probably see what I can do to improve the thigh corrective next #blender #rigging #rig

Aaand- done! Pretty simple rig overall, but has all the features I need, and looks as menacing as ever!😁 I will test this rig with an animation before uploading it to Gumroad, just to make sure everything is working as well as it can be! #blender #rig #rigging #Helldivers2

Made some improvements to my old ammo feed mechanism!😄 It's now more flexible, easier to setup, and more optimised :) Still a few things to iron out, but i'm happy with the direction! #blender #rigging #rig

Blender Pistol Rig! I applied my magazine helper, to an actual project! I'm really happy with this weapon rig so far :D it's super smooth and should have all the tools for easy animation! - Magazine helpers - Auto shell eject - Customisation options #blender #rigging

I made a mechanism that fakes physics when moved, without any cyclic dependencies :) It makes use of a copy transform reference bone that always drives the rotation, and Location/damped track offset bones. It's pretty great for subtle secondary motion! #blender #rig #rigging

First look at the grapple rig! I'm so very pleased with how this has turned out. It's got as much control as i could put in, without overwhelming it, and all exportable to game engine!! I'm so excited to keep expanding on this rig. #blender #rigging #rig

Pretty pleased with this footroll solution!😄 To work around the one bone setup, I split my usual foot roll mechanism into two parts. ending up with two flexible controllers that can work together seamlessly :D Rig commission + model by 💫Riot3D #blender #rig

Working my way through the Assault Rifle rig! I still absolutely love my auto magazine mechanism, and i've got an extra firing MCH idea that i want to try out on this rig. It's a little different to the Pistol rig, but should be fun and useful!😄 #blender #rigging #rig

Jumpkit rigged! This was quite fun, even though it's quite a simple setup. Still really pleased with my model and textures😍 Although... now I have to tackle the hips and legs. #rigging #blender #3d

My Face rig for Lara Croft is finished! Here's a quick little showcase of the controllers and rig properties I also added a Lip-sync control! It's really nice for quick mouth speech animations, all toggle-able and non destructive :) #Blender #rigging #rig

All done! And it looks so satisfying 😍 It turned out to be really simple once you handle the strings in segments instead of being one whole object. Just have the controllers to polish and some clean-up to do and that's a wrap! I'm so pleased :) #blender #rigging #rig

Much happier with these updated thigh correctives! A big improvement from my original setup, but still isn't perfect when pushed to an extreme. The thigh squish is handled by shape keys, and the calf+hamstring are b-bones with transformation constraints😄 #blender #rigging #rig

After studying some references and posts from other rigging artists, i've ended up with this clean DEF setup for the torso/shoulders. With this rig, I'm challenging myself to take my DEF layer to the next level. So far so good!😄 #blender #rigging #rig
