🚨 Congress Not in Control of UFO Disclosure🚨 "Our Congress is not in control. They're ignorant and neutered when it comes to the subject matter. They were being bullied and being harassed at their homes and were scared for their life." (Yesterday, in the Mike Herrera post, I said, "Is there a valid reason Congress has failed to act aggressively on this info. (shared by Herrera and others) and Disclosure? Possibly. And I'll post about that later on today." Well, I didn't get to it yesterday but here it is now. These comments by Barber and others (including Grusch) are, IMO, the most under-discussed aspect of this topic. If this is true, it might explain why Congress has been so passive in trying to get to the bottom of everything. Have things changed since Barber went to the SSCI? I don't know. I know they're inextricably linked, but I'd like to know if it went beyond staffers and featured any actual members of Congress being intimidated or harassed. That is why it enacted the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, providing stringent penalties against those involved in paper leaks, impersonation, organised cheating and examination fraud. The focus has been on dismantling the criminal ecosystem behind these rackets while strengthening technology, surveillance and institutional accountability to ensure greater transparency and fairness. So, Rahul Gandhi should spare the country the sermons on accountability. And while the Congress lectures others on compassion and democratic rights, it should also remember its own record in dealing with protests. Who can forget the midnight police crackdown on Baba Ramdev’s peaceful protest at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan in June 2011 under the UPA government? Sleeping protesters were subjected to tear gas, lathi charges and force. Among them was Rajbala, a 51-year-old woman who suffered devastating spinal injuries during the police action. Paralysed after the assault, she fought for months before eventually succumbing to her injuries. The Congress also has little standing to lecture anyone on the right to protest after its handling of the Anna Hazare movement, when peaceful demonstrators were met with arrests, barricades and police force instead of dialogue. India deserves a serious conversation on protecting the integrity of examinations and safeguarding students’ futures. It also deserves peaceful democratic dissent, not orchestrated street violence sponsored for political ends. The Congress’s legacy is one of repeated paper leaks, institutional indifference and heavy-handed responses to peaceful protests. The BJP’s approach has been to strengthen the law, tighten systems and hold organised cheating syndicates accountable. ( An Open Letter) Dear Prashant Prashant Kishor Either you have got your basic facts completely wrong, or you are blatantly misleading the people of India ( reference your-enclosed interview to BBC News). My rejoinder: 1) India’s Muslim population is 14% but according to you it is 18%. Wow! Again, it is elementary, Mr Watson. The rise in Congress vote-share by nearly 3-4% is staggering, because it fought in only 328 seats compared to 464 in 2014 where it got 19.4% vote-share. Why did you not tell that to BBC News? Why would you make such a brazen omission? 3) Your statement that Congress has a “ free vote-bank of 20% minorities votes” is so preposterous that it could qualify for the Oscars in Exaggerated Falsehoods. Muslims vote for regional parties too in bulk; the perfect case being UP and Bihar, among others. The Sikhs vote for different political parties including the BJP. #Diddy’s attorneys just took their victory lap outside of the courthouse… Marc Agnifilo said “today is a great day, today is a win.” (And he’s right. Aside from a full acquittal, this is absolutely the best possible outcome for Combs and his attorneys.) But let me fact-check his defense on an important point… Combs’ attorney, Teny Geragos, said: "I also have been saying this since the beginning of this case. Sean Combs has not sexually assaulted anybody. Today that was proven true. The media got it wrong about Sean Combs. Every single day for nearly two years. I ask that for every time you see a civil lawsuit...you actually take a look and analyze these.” It actually was NOT proven true, whatsoever, that Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone. What was proven in this trial is that the jury did not find Combs guilty of sex trafficking 2 women: Cassie and Jane. The civil lawsuits had nothing to do with this criminal case. The roughly 70 (yes, 70!) civil accusers had no part in this trial & their allegations of being sexually assaulted and drugged by Combs across decades were not part of this trial. In this courtroom, there was no testimony about the vast majority of these civil accusers and the jury had zero awareness of these civil allegations. It had nothing to do with their deliberations or the charges.
