❗️What Simranjit Singh Mann feared and raised in Indian Parliament has finally been confirmed today by Canadian PM Justin Trudeau in Parliament that Canadian intelligence believes that the Indian state was involved in the extrajudicial a§§assination of S Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Trudeau called India’s actions a serious infringement of "Canadian sovereignty" and as a result led to pausing of trade talks and deteriorated relations between Trudeau and Modi at the G20. Further, Mélanie Joly, Canada's Foreign Affairs Minister, shared that a high-ranking Indian diplomat has been expelled over the connection between the Indian government and S. Nijjar’s a§§assination.

Further to Sardar Amritpal Singh’s letter and the subsequent protest from within Dibrugarh Jail, his mother has now appealed to public highlighting poor treatment, mental harassment and DC Amritsar’s denial of access to their lawyer which is totally uncalled for. Bhagwant Mann and Government of Punjab need to urgently ensure detainees have access to their rights before this escalates further.

Why are so called Akalis and all Panjabi leaders quiet at this? It’s our duty and Simranjit Singh Mann will continue to raise but where are the ones that Panjabis elected?
