Further to Sardar Amritpal Singh’s letter and the subsequent protest from within Dibrugarh Jail, his mother has now appealed to public highlighting poor treatment, mental harassment and DC Amritsar’s denial of access to their lawyer which is totally uncalled for. Bhagwant Mann and Government of Punjab need to urgently ensure detainees have access to their rights before this escalates further.
