🚨BREAKING: The President of the United States, on national television, just openly stated he is willing to violate the Constitution. Trump said he would send the National Guard or ICE to voting locations in November and “do anything necessary.” But that’s illegal… You cannot place armed federal agents at polling places to influence or intimidate voters. It’s exactly what the Constitution and federal election law are meant to prevent.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents just assaulted a U.S. citizen for existing on a public sidewalk in Minneapolis. In the video, a person is walking down the sidewalk when they notice ICE vehicles pulling out of a parking lot and begin filming. As one vehicle exits, an agent in the passenger seat raises pepper spray, aims it at the civilian, and sprays them in the face. No warning. No command. No justification. The person wasn’t interfering. They weren’t blocking the vehicle. They weren’t threatening anyone. They were simply recording government agents in public, exercising a clearly established constitutional right. This wasn’t a mistake. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. This was retaliation, intimidation, and an abuse of power… caught on camera. So the question isn’t whether this was legal. It wasn’t. The question is how many more Americans will be assaulted for exercising their rights before this stops? And when will the government stop treating U.S. citizens like criminals… or “terrorists”… for the crime of existing in public and holding power accountable?

🚨BREAKING: In Columbus, Ohio, ICE agents hit a U.S. citizen’s vehicle, and then admitted, on camera, that they “do this all the time”… before driving away. A 17-year-old U.S. citizen was reportedly on his way to church, when multiple officials surrounded his car, backed into his front bumper, and jumped out of their vehicles. When he rolled down his window, they told him… “We got the wrong person.” And walked back toward their cars. The 17-year-old got out to document what happened, and told an officer they had hit his vehicle… And the response was: “You can take a picture if you want. We do this all the time. You’re okay.” And then they drove off. The Fourth Amendment protects you from unreasonable searches and seizures. And courts have made clear that a “seizure” isn’t just being arrested, or put in handcuffs. It also includes situations where law enforcement use their authority in a way that blocks your freedom to leave… or creates an intimidating, forced encounter. So, when officers surround a car, hit it while backing up, and pull a teenager into a sudden law enforcement interaction, with no valid reason… At minimum, it’s a reckless stop. At worst, it’s an unlawful seizure, with property damage, and no accountability. And then there’s the part when she casually said… “We do this all the time.” Because that turns an “oops” moment into a pattern. And when that pattern violates your constitutional rights and due process, it starts to feel a lot like the government is using the Constitution like they use the Bible… Quoted when it’s useful, ignored when it isn’t.

🚨An ICE agent, in Palm Beach, threatened to arrest a U.S. citizen for standing in his own front yard. The video shows a man filming ICE agents surrounding and questioning a young man, which is happening directly in front of his home. While the man stands on his lawn, recording, an ICE agent walks onto the man’s property, points his finger at him, and orders him to move back 25 feet. The homeowner backs up and shouts: “This is MY PROPERTY!” And yet, the agent continues threatening him with arrest. For what exactly? Standing on his own lawn, while filming government agents operate in front of his driveway? Since when do Americans need permission from the federal government to stand in their own yard? The First Amendment protects the public’s right to observe and document government activity. Property rights don’t disappear because federal agents show up in your neighborhood. And if there was a legitimate safety concern requiring a “25-foot perimeter,” why was the agent able to simply turn around and walk away moments later? The Constitution doesn’t become optional when federal officers find it inconvenient.

TSA agents make $35–$40K a year. ICE agents make $65–$100K+. So, instead of just paying TSA, the Trump administration decided to send ICE agents to international airports… to wander around terminals. Further proving this isn’t about reducing TSA lines… And another reason we need to defund DHS and move TSA under the Department of Transportation. 🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are assaulting U.S. citizens on public sidewalks in Minneapolis. In the video, agents are walking down a public sidewalk. A man is standing there, doing nothing but existing in public space. He glances back, and an agent uses both hands to shove him off the sidewalk toward the street, then casually walks away. Moments later, another person is standing on the same sidewalk. An agent pushes them into the street, directly in front of a car, and continues across the crosswalk as if nothing happened. Let’s be clear about what this is. This is assault. This is use of force without legal justification. This is reckless endangerment, pushing people into traffic. This is deprivation of civil rights under color of law. This is law enforcement interfering with lawful use of public space without cause, orders, or any articulated threat. These are members of the community, on their own sidewalks, not blocking anyone, not threatening anyone, not committing a crime. ICE agents do not have the authority to clear sidewalks by force, and they absolutely do not have the authority to put civilians in danger because they feel entitled to the space. If any ordinary person shoved strangers into traffic, they’d be arrested on the spot. When federal agents do it, we’re told to look away. So ask yourself this: If armed federal agents can assault U.S. citizens for standing on a sidewalk, what exactly is left of the rule of law?

Some rare positive news: Yesterday, Chicago neighborhoods came together to protect kids from the chaos ICE keeps bringing to our streets. Neighbors blocked off roads, kept watch, and made sure children could enjoy Halloween safely… even though the fact that this was necessary is beyond outrageous.

🚨A U.S. citizen, in Fort Myers, Florida, was just pumping gas when ICE agents walked up and illegally demanding ID… until they realized they were being filmed. In the video, two agents were surrounding him, both asking if he had an ID… He calmly said, “I do,” while recording the encounter. Then, an ICE agent reached INTO his car and tried to grab his phone out of his hand. You have a constitutional right to record law enforcement in public. You also can’t just reach into someone’s vehicle and try seizing their property because you don’t like being filmed. The second he asserted his rights and said, “Don’t grab my camera,” the agent immediately backed off, said “alright, have a good day,” and walked away. Because they knew. They had no warrant, or probable cause, no crime was being committed… Just intimidation… until someone knows their rights. And notice how fast the energy changed the moment they noticed he was filming.

🚨BREAKING: Secretary of Homeland Security, Markwayne Mullin, says the anti-ICE protesters, in New Jersey, aren’t just exercising their First Amendment rights… They’re actually organized, sponsored rioters… who are there to “injure everybody.” Which is an interesting claim… Because the videos show protesters, and the press, being beaten by ICE agents, pushed under moving trucks, shoved by police, hit with batons, struck with rubber bullets, and blasted with tear gas. So, for people allegedly showing up with the goal of hurting everyone around them, they seem remarkably committed to being on the receiving end of the violence. But, my favorite part of his logic is… According to DHS, the fact that someone saw an ANTIFA flag means all the protesters must be organized, and funded, by this imaginary organization. Because that’s apparently how evidence works now. So, when counter protesters showed up wearing Proud Boys gear… does that mean the counter-protests were sponsored by the Proud Boys? And since some counter-protesters were filmed assaulting anti-ICE demonstrators, and lighting things on fire… Does that mean every counter-protester was a violent rioter? Or do we only play this game when it’s people criticizing the government? Because if one alleged flag means an entire movement is secretly funded by a nonexistent organization, we’re going to have to start applying that standard consistently. But, something tells me they won’t.

🚨(Minneapolis) A Border Patrol agent was caught on camera illegally assaulting U.S. citizens in a public park. In the video, you can see the agent walking down the sidewalk towards a smoke canister. He kicks it not once, but TWICE, directly towards the feet of people trying to get away. And then, he casually turns around and walks away. He was in no danger. The people were not blocking any agents. They weren’t even near the street. And he purposely walked out of his way, towards the people who were walking AWAY from him, to kick a chemical weapon at them. This isn’t just reckless… it’s illegal. Under federal and state law, intentionally using a chemical irritant to harm or intimidate civilians is assault. Beyond assault, this is reckless endangerment and excessive use of force, which violates both constitutional protections and civil statutes. AND he did this in a park, right next to a playground. ICE and Border Patrol agents ARE the criminals and terrorists.

Remember when that Border Patrol agent pulled a gun on unarmed civilians… twice… in Evanston, IL, just outside Chicago? Well, now we have the footage… and we finally know what “provoked” him. You can clearly hear a woman say, “She is a citizen of the United States!” Another agent warns him that people are filming behind him. The agent turns, looks directly at the camera, and says, “Get back or I’ll shoot you.” The man filming, in shock, replies, “You’re going to what?!” And that’s when the agent actually pulls out his gun and points it straight at an unarmed man who’s just holding a phone. All because they were… filming. So, when Border Patrol claims this was “by the book,” just remember: their book apparently says you can point a gun at an unarmed citizen for daring to exercise their first amendment right to film you.

If you think Border Patrol turning traffic accidents into violent assaults is unusual… it’s not. Just last month in Chicago, a Black man was beaten, illegally detained, and choked… while his hands were behind his back. All while an agent says, “this is not an immigration enforcement action.” It is still unclear why the Border Patrol were even involved, let alone apprehended the man, especially since he was later released. What is clear: this isn’t an isolated incident. It’s a pattern of unlawful detentions and violent assaults under the guise of “federal protection.”

🚨ICE agents are illegally stopping U.S. citizens and demanding they get out of their cars to “prove” their citizenship… in Shakopee, Minnesota. In the video, multiple unmarked agent vehicles have a man surrounded while they run his information through a federal database. A woman drives by, sees what’s happening, and asks the man his name. He answers her… and says he’s a U.S. citizen. And yet, he’s still being treated like he has to justify existing in his own community. And just to clarify… Agents cannot just stop someone, demand identification, and hold them while they “check” someone’s status without reasonable suspicion of a crime. Driving while being a POC is not reasonable suspicion. Federal agents do not get to turn neighborhoods into checkpoints because they feel like it. When armed agents surround someone, run them through a database, and force them to prove who they are without explaining why they’re being detained… that is a violation of their constitutional rights. Rights don’t hinge on whether an agent feels suspicious that day. When law enforcement believes the Constitution is optional, enforcement turns into intimidation. Stops turn into fishing expeditions. Detentions turn into threats. Databases turn into weapons. Power expands to the edge of whatever no one pushes back on. And once that line moves, it does not move back on its own. That’s what people should be paying attention to.

🚨BREAKING: In a Chicago suburb, a U.S. citizen was observing an adult man in a black ski mask, who she believed was an ICE agent, driving around a HIGH SCHOOL… …and police pulled HER over. Not the MASKED MAN driving around the Schaumburg high school… The officer told her she was being detained for “stalking.” Even though, when she asked who she was allegedly stalking… the cop admitted he didn’t even know yet, and would “find out in just a moment.” So, just to clarify… The cop hadn’t confirmed who the MASKED MAN was. He hadn’t determined whether he was a federal agent, or why he was driving around a HIGH SCHOOL in a SKI MASK. But the cop had already decided the woman, OBSERVING THE MASKED MAN, was the problem. Americans have a First Amendment right to observe what government officials are doing in public. If this was a federal agent… documenting their activity isn’t a crime. It’s accountability. And if it wasn’t a federal agent… most people would expect the police to be concerned about a MASKED MAN driving around a HIGH SCHOOL. Not the woman observing him. In a country where school shootings are a real and constant threat to students… that’s the bare minimum our law enforcement should be doing. But when she asked why a MASK MAN, driving around a HIGH SCHOOL, didn’t concern him, the officer said: “Everyone wears masks nowadays.” So, if someone can be detained for peacefully observing, what they reasonably believe is government activity… While police focus more on the observer than the MASKED MAN around a HIGH SCHOOL… Then we have some serious questions that need to be asked… Governor JB Pritzker

🚨BREAKING: A U.S. citizen in, Vancouver, WA, was pulled over by FIVE police cars for legally observing and documenting ICE agents… then had to explain the Constitution to the officers detaining him… And it was all caught on video. In the video, an ICE agent didn’t like being watched, called local police… Then suddenly, the U.S. citizen, exercising his constitutional rights, was surrounded by FIVE cop cars. And most ridiculous part? The officers who claimed “reasonable suspicion” for detaining the U.S. citizen, could not even answer this simple question… Is it legal to observe and record law enforcement? After refusing to answer, and arguing about the First Amendment for several minutes, the officer finally admitted… Yes. It is legal to observe and record law enforcement. So, if it’s a legally protected activity… then why was this U.S. citizen detained? Federal courts, across the country, have repeatedly recognized that the First Amendment protects the right to record and observe government officials… including law enforcement performing their duties in public… as long as you aren’t interfering with them. That means, local police, and ICE agents, don’t get to decide when that right applies… They don’t get to ignore the Constitution because they’re uncomfortable with public oversight. But this isn’t the only incident. Across America, we’re watching local law enforcement work alongside ICE, while ordinary citizens, journalists, and legal observers are being questioned, detained, and intimidated for exercising their constitutional rights. And the fact that a U.S. citizen had to educate the officers, who were detaining HIM, about the Constitution… should outrage every single person. Because if the people enforcing the law don’t understand the constitutional rights they’re sworn to protect… That puts every American in danger.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents pulled guns on an unarmed U.S. citizen in a small Minnesota town… then had to be stopped by the local police chief. This happened in St. Peter, Minnesota. A quiet southern Minnesota town A local woman was alone in her car, observing and recording ICE activity in her community. She is doing something that is fully protected under the First Amendment… observing and documenting federal agents in public. ICE notices her watching. Three federal vehicles begin chasing her, and try to force her to pull over. They eventually box her car in and three agents jump out of the vehicle in front of her… with their guns drawn… screaming at her to get out of the car. She refuses, and states her rights. The agents open her car door anyway, drag her out, force her to the ground, and handcuff her. This is all happening while she is unarmed, and alone on a country road. She suffers cuts, scrapes, and bruises as they pin her down. Her husband then arrives and starts recording. He tells them they don’t have a warrant and cannot search her car. An ICE agent dismisses him outright and says, “I’m not getting into the legality of everything.” Read that again. A federal agent, pointing guns at civilians, openly says they are not concerned with legality. ICE puts this woman into their vehicle and starts driving her toward the Twin Cities, toward a federal detention facility… even though she is a U.S. citizen. About twenty minutes into the drive, they suddenly turn around after getting a call from a supervisor. The St. Peter police chief stepped in. After her husband contacted an attorney and spoke with the police chief, the chief identified the vehicle ICE was using, took custody of the woman, and personally drove her home. ICE turned her over to local police because what they were doing was so clearly wrong. This is what is happening in America. A small-town police chief had to intervene to stop federal agents from disappearing an unarmed woman for observing them. If ICE feels comfortable pulling guns on unarmed citizens in small towns, chasing them, throwing them to the ground, and ignoring the law entirely, then no town is too small and no one is safe from ICE brutality. This is what it looks like when federal agents think they’re above the Constitution.

🚨This is one of the most disturbing ICE brutality videos I’ve seen in a long time… Another angle of this incident shows ICE agents suddenly rushing protesters outside the Newark ICE Facility, then continuously shoving U.S. citizens toward the wheels of a MOVING TRUCK… until an activist’s LEG is run over. And the most disturbing part? The protesters are not charging the agents… The agents are the ones creating the escalation. And not only that, they are forcing civilians backward toward a MOVING VEHICLE, escalating a situation that was not violent until THEY made it violent. That is reckless, dangerous force. So, let’s go over the obvious constitutional violations happening in this video… 1. First Amendment violations, because Americans have the constitutional right to peacefully protest the government. 2. Fourth Amendment violations, because federal agents cannot use excessive or objectively unreasonable force against nonviolent civilians. 3. Fifth Amendment due process concerns, because the government cannot arbitrarily target, intimidate, or assault citizens exercising protected rights. 4. Federal officers can also face liability under 18 U.S. Code § 242 for depriving people of constitutional rights “under color of law.” When armed federal agents create chaos themselves, then use that chaos to justify violence against civilians, that is an abuse of power. Call your representatives. Demand accountability.

🚨BREAKING: DHS agents are now illegally arresting U.S. citizens at airports… and trafficking them across state lines. A 28-year-old U.S. citizen, Sunny Naqvi, was detained by DHS, for 43 hours, after landing at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago. She wasn’t charged with a crime, and she wasn’t accused of doing anything illegal… Agents reportedly detained her over what they called a “curious travel history.” Even though Sunny was born in Illinois…they still disappeared her. After being held for about 30 hours inside the airport, agents secretly moved Sunny to an ICE detention facility in Broadview, Illinois. While this was happening, federal agents repeatedly told her family she was NOT in custody, even though her phone location showed she was inside the facility. Then it gets worse. According to witnesses, agents asked for Sunny’s phone number so they could “look for her phone.” Minutes later, the phone was opened, her messages were read, and the device was shut off, cutting off the family’s ability to track her. After that, agents transported the U.S. citizen across state lines, to another detention facility in Dodge County, Wisconsin. And then she was eventually released early Saturday morning… in a random state, alone. Her phone was dead, and she had no transportation. So, a U.S. citizen detained by the federal government had to hitchhike to a hotel, just to be able to reunite with her family. And this is what people need to understand… When federal agents can detain U.S. citizens without charges… lie to families about their custody, search personal phones, and secretly transport people across state lines… That puts every single American in danger. Because they can do it to anyone.

🚨BREAKING: A new video out of Minneapolis shows the truth ICE doesn’t want you to see… compliance does not protect you. In this video, ICE agents pull up to a vehicle and immediately demand the driver’s ID. The man calmly asks the most basic, legally protected question: “Why am I being pulled over?” They never answer… because they don’t have a legal reason to stop him. Even so, the man begins to retrieve his ID anyway. An agent then orders him to turn off the vehicle. The driver says, “No problem, sir, I’ll get out.” The agent refuses, then immediately changes commands again: “I need to see your ID.” Suddenly, an agent on the passenger side pounds on the window. Then he strikes it with a hard object, clearly threatening to break it. At the same time, the driver-side agent again demands the ID. This is not confusion. This is intentional command overload… a tactic used to manufacture “noncompliance” so force can be justified. ICE’s own training materials explicitly state: “Noncompliance or refusal to cooperate with officer commands, without fighting back, does NOT violate 18 U.S.C. § 111.” In plain English: not immediately obeying commands is NOT a crime. And here’s the key legal issue: Unless agents have: • a valid arrest warrant, or • probable cause that a specific crime has been committed they cannot: • use force • break windows • issue violent threats • detain or arrest someone Probable cause means specific, articulable facts that would make a reasonable officer believe a crime occurred… not vibes, not attitude, not silence, not filming, not asking questions. Back in the video, the passenger-side agent escalates further, shouting: “First time I ask you to roll your window down, you do it.” The driver responds: “Are you in danger, sir? Are you escalating this?” The agent replies: “I don’t know. Hands up.” Despite the driver repeatedly attempting to comply and hand over ID, agents continue shouting conflicting commands. At one point, the agent orders the driver to “talk to the original agent”… which is exactly what the driver was doing before the window-smashing threat. Then the man asks, “Are you feeling unsafe or uneasy?” The agent responds, “I don’t know, man.” while standing on the passenger side of the car, smirking. The driver finally says what anyone would say surrounded by armed men: “How many guns do I have around me? I need you to calm down. I’m asking him to stop banging on my car. Is that too much?” He even offers… again… to step out of the vehicle. This is not law enforcement. This is intimidation fishing for an excuse. No probable cause. No warrant. No lawful basis for force. And yet, the escalation came entirely from the agents. This video proves something chilling: you can comply, stay calm, ask lawful questions… and still be threatened with violence. So, the question isn’t “Why didn’t he just comply?” The question is how many people have already been assaulted under this exact playbook… and how many more will be, before this stops?

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents in Minneapolis violently detained, threatened, and arrested a U.S. citizen for one reason only, he refused to prove his citizenship. In the video, agents immediately escalate to physical force. A man stands with his hands up, repeatedly saying, “I’m not doing anything,” while agents shove him, force him against his car, and begin an illegal search. No crime. No warrant. No probable cause. An agent falsely claims, “That’s assault,” while they are actively assaulting a U.S. citizen who is complying and not resisting. Moments later, the agent admits the truth, saying, “And all we needed was your ID,” openly acknowledging this was an unlawful detention based solely on a refusal to produce identification. That is not legal. The short agent then threatens, “Don’t move or you will be fucking tased.” The man calmly responds, “I’m not moving.” The short agent escalates again, snarling, “You’re a fucking bitch, and you’re going to learn the hard way.” That is a direct threat of violence against a U.S. citizen whose hands are already behind his back. They dig through his pockets anyway, repeating, “I just asked you for an ID,” as if that excuses violating the Fourth Amendment. Then, in a moment that exposes the entire operation, the short agent announces, “He has a gun on him! Wouldn’t you look at that.” As if Minnesota is not a conceal-carry state. The man immediately responds, “A fully registered firearm. Because I’m a U.S. citizen.” The short agent casually tosses the firearm onto the car after removing the magazine, demonstrating reckless handling of a legally owned weapon. By this point, they have removed his wallet, yet, still do not check his ID, and still continue the arrest. The man states the obvious, “Unlawful arrest.” The short agent replies, “We’ll see about that.” When asked what crime he committed, the short agent deflects, saying, “We’re going to talk about that when we get in the car,” knowing full well he is on camera and cannot articulate a lawful reason. Only then do agents begin changing their story, claiming the man “reached for something.” The man immediately corrects them, he reached for his whistle. ICE agents already admitted the detention was because he refused to show ID. They did not know he was carrying a firearm until after the illegal search. Now they are retroactively inventing justification. The video contradicts every word they say. This wasn’t law enforcement. This was intimidation, retaliation, and a fishing expedition carried out by armed agents. If not carry papers, as a U.S. citizen, gets you assaulted and arrested, then this isn’t law enforcement. It’s a police state.
