🚨BREAKING: A masked ICE agent was filmed carrying a toddler in pajamas… and walking away. And given everything we now know about ICE, that should alarm the hell out of you. Because we are being asked to trust that someone is a legitimate federal agent just because they say they’re ICE… while their face is covered and they refuse to give out their badge numbers. And when that person is carrying away a fucking toddler, that is not something we should be expected to just shrug off. Especially when we have learned that ICE’s vetting process is deeply flawed. The ICE agent who fatally shot Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero in Maine had years of family court records detailing allegations of domestic and child abuse, including protective orders and other serious red flags. And somehow, he was still given a badge, a gun, and the authority of the federal government to arrest people, and take children into custody. And that’s not the only problem… We are also seeing cases of people impersonating federal immigration agents… including masked individuals using law-enforcement-style clothing, and equipment, to make themselves appear legitimate. So, when you have a masked man, claiming to be ICE, carrying away a toddler, the question everyone needs to be asking is… WHO THE FUCK IS THIS PERSON? How are we supposed to trust a system that has already failed to properly vet the people it gives this kind of power to? And how the hell are we supposed to tell the difference when criminals can easily pretend to be ICE, too? This is the terrifying reality of creating a system where people are expected to obey masked men carrying children away… simply because they claim to have government authority.

🚨BREAKING: Men posed as ICE agents and detained and assaulted a woman… and Tom Homan is telling everyone that they just have to comply with this. A woman was driving on Highway 211, in Oregon, when a vehicle with flashing red and blue lights pulled behind her. Believing she was being stopped by law enforcement, she pulled over. Two men approached her vehicle, one was carrying a rifle, and they claimed to be ICE agents and told her she was being detained. They pulled her out of her car, searched her, and put her in the back of their vehicle. Then, a third man… who remained inside the vehicle… assaulted her. He told her he was the “guard.” The men were wearing tactical vests labeled “POLICE,” carrying fake badges, and wore face coverings. They held her for nearly 20 minutes before telling her she was free to go… and then she drove herself to the hospital. And while she was there, she reported that she started receiving text messages from someone claiming to be a law firm offering legal representation for her detention. Federal authorities later confirmed this was NOT an official ICE operation… These were people pretending to be federal agents. And this is exactly why Tom Homan telling people to “comply” with anyone claiming to be ICE is so incredibly dangerous. Because what is a person supposed to do when someone in a tactical vest, carrying a gun, pulls them over with flashing lights and says they are federal agents? Just trust them? This is not about telling people to resist legitimate law enforcement. This is about the government normalizing a system where anyone can look like an armed federal agent, claim to have authority over you, and expect you to obey without being able to verify who they are. That doesn’t make people safer. It makes everyone more vulnerable to being kidnapped, assaulted, or killed by criminals who know they can pretend to be ICE.

🚨BREAKING: In the Chicago suburbs, an ICE agent assaults a teenager for filming his vehicle, and pointing out that it illegally has no license plate. In the video, a U.S. citizen is peacefully filming an ICE vehicle, that is sitting in a parking lot. He walks to the back of the SUV to document that it has no license plate. That’s when the ICE agent jumps out, screaming, “Get away from my vehicle!” while aggressively charging toward the teenager. The teenager immediately backs away, but the ICE agent keeps walking at him, tries to trip the teenager , and continues yelling… even though neither of them are anywhere near the vehicle anymore. Filming government officials performing their duties, in public, is protected by the First Amendment. That protection doesn’t disappear just because the official doesn’t like being recorded. An officer also can’t lawfully use physical force simply because someone is filming them. Using force, to stop someone from recording, is a violation of that person’s constitutional rights. And let’s not ignore the reason the ICE agent got out of his car in the first place... Illinois law requires vehicles, driven on public roads, to display valid registration plates. This ICE vehicle is not following that law. So, if your first instinct, when someone records your conduct, is to assault them… you’re proving exactly why the public is recording in the first place.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents showed up at a work site in Brownsville, Texas, claiming to be looking for two people… and ended up illegally handcuffing TWO U.S. CITIZENS, throwing one of them against a truck, threatening to arrest him again, and scanning everyone’s faces to determine their “status.” In the video, ICE showed up looking for two people. They asked the foreman if he knew them. He said no. Then, they asked if they could talk to the other workers about the people they were looking for. The foreman said, “If they want to talk to you, they can.” And then an ICE agent tried to scan the foreman’s face to run him through their system. The foreman told him he was not allowed to just scan his face. The foreman then walked over to one of his workers’ trucks, where ICE agents were surrounding the work vehicles at their work site. He asked what was going on. He repeatedly asked who they were looking for, and told them the people they claimed to be looking for were not there. The agent responded, “Well, we want to make sure.” The foreman told them, “Well, we aren’t them. You all need to leave.” And then an ICE agent threatened to arrest him. “You need to settle down or I have to put you in cuffs.” Except this man was not threatening them. He was not attacking them. He was not even raising his voice. He was standing there, asking questions and telling government agents to leave his workplace, after they had already expanded their investigation beyond the two people they claimed to be looking for. So, the ICE agent threw him against a truck and handcuffed him. A U.S. citizen. And after they released him, he asked for the agents’ badge numbers. And the agent responded by threatening to handcuff him AGAIN. The government cannot simply show up, invade your workplace, surround your vehicles, demand access to people who are not the subjects of their investigation, scan your face, and then arrest you because you object to what they are doing. The First Amendment protects your right to question government agents and verbally protest their actions. The Fourth Amendment protects you from unreasonable searches and seizures. And an arrest cannot simply be used as punishment because an officer does not like the fact that you are standing there, asking questions, or asserting your rights. Then the foreman saw another person ICE had in handcuffs… He told them they needed to let him go because he was not the person they were looking for. The agents eventually released the person they had in handcuffs… after scanning his face and discovering that he was also a U.S. citizen. The government is creating situations where people are expected to silently obey armed agents, who refuse to explain what they are doing… while they violate your constitutional rights… and then punishing anyone who dares to ask questions. When the government tells you that your only options are blind obedience or punishment… you are not living in a free country.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were filmed assaulting, handcuffing, and kidnapping a U.S. citizen in Passaic, New Jersey… while refusing to even look at the ID he repeatedly begged them to check. A man is pleading with federal agents to verify who he is… And they refused. Instead, one agent says, “We need to get him on the ground,” puts him in a chokehold, throws him to the ground, and multiple agents pile on top of him before handcuffing him, and throwing him into their vehicle. Under the Fourth Amendment, the government cannot arrest, or seize someone, without probable cause that they have committed, are committing, or are about to commit an offense that authorizes the arrest. U.S. citizens are also not required to carry identification unless they’re driving a motorized vehicle. And if federal agents are refusing to verify someone’s identity before arresting them, then they are openly ignoring the constitution. Which should terrify every American. Because that means no one is safe from being kidnapped by the government… and disappeared. Every agent involved should be publicly identified, and DHS should be forced to explain why they believed they had the legal authority to seize someone, while refusing to verify who he was. This cannot become normal.

🚨This video is terrifying. And it’s another example of how ICE is making everyone less safe. At Las Vegas International Airport, two people, in plain clothes, are seen trying to handcuff a man. The man is screaming for help. When the person filming asks a TSA agent what is happening, the agent replies, “It’s law enforcement.” But when the person filming walks over and starts recording the people claiming to be law enforcement, one of them tries to swat the phone away. Then, as more people begin watching, they get up and leave. The man is left with a handcuff still attached to one of his wrists. He is visibly shaken and says they stole his belongings. Think about how dangerous this is. The government is normalizing armed agents, in plain clothes, grabbing people in public, without immediately identifying themselves in a way bystanders can verify. That creates confusion, panic, and makes it impossible for ordinary people to know whether they’re witnessing a lawful arrest, or a kidnapping. In this case, people intervened… They started asking questions, and filming. If no one had stepped in, who knows what would have happened to that man. A government that expects people to simply accept unidentified agents, taking someone away without question, is making every person in this country less safe.

🚨BREAKING: Tom Homan says if you don’t want to be killed by ICE agents, you should just comply…. So here is an example of what he wants you to comply with. In this video, a woman noticed vehicles in a parking lot that she believed could be ICE vehicles… So, she started filming. The people noticed she was filming, and drove past her. She was alone, so she decided to leave. Then, they started followed her. But here’s the thing… she wasn’t even 100% sure they were ICE agents. They were in unmarked vehicles, and they weren’t using emergency lights. As she was driving down the street, being followed by these unmarked cars, one of the vehicles pulls up beside her, cuts her off, and the cars box her in. She had nowhere to go without hitting the curb, or hitting the vehicle that had just cut her off. She honked, but the vehicle just sat there. Eventually it moved, and the vehicles drove away. Now, imagine being a woman, alone in your car. A group of cars, you cannot clearly identify as law enforcement, start following you. They don’t turn on emergency lights. They don’t clearly identify themselves. And one of them cuts you off and blocking your vehicle from being able to drive away. What are you supposed to think is happening? Because from your perspective, it looks like you are being kidnapped by random people. And that is the terrifying part of what ICE is doing. They are creating situations where people have no idea whether the people surrounding them are legitimate law enforcement officers, or strangers attempting to abduct, or rob them. And Tom Homan’s answer to being kidnapped, or robbed, is… “Just comply.” Don’t try to drive away. Don’t defend yourself. Don’t try to escape. Just calmly allow unidentified people, in unmarked vehicles, to follow you, box you in, and potentially kidnap or rob you… Because if they happen to be ICE agents, and you react like a normal person who believes they are being kidnapped, you could be assaulted, detained, or even shot. Do you understand how dangerous and insane that is?!? “Just comply” means women are being told to surrender to potential kidnappers, and hope they turn out to be government agents. And if they don’t? Tom Homan says it’s their fault for not complying.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents surrounded a car, detained two U.S. citizens on their way to work, interrogated them about who they were and what they did for a living… and then walked away like nothing happened. In Boyle Heights, California, multiple ICE agents surrounded a vehicle and began questioning the driver and passenger. The passenger immediately pushed back, saying they were on their way to work and asking, “What the fuck do you want?” Saying he wasn’t go going to give his name or any personal information, telling the agents they might as well arrest him now. The agents ignored what he said and instead asked what they did for work. He responded, “Don’t worry about it.” Once the agents realized they were U.S. citizens, they said, “Guys, have a good day,” turned around, and walked away as if nothing had happened. If ICE had a lawful basis to stop and detain them, discovering they were U.S. citizens shouldn’t suddenly erase that justification. And what is important to remember is, you generally do not have to answer questions about where you’re going, where you work, or other unrelated personal information because a law enforcement officer asks. Refusing to answer those questions, by itself, is not a crime. This video is an example of what is becoming the new normal… A free society is not one where armed federal agents can stop you, interrogate you, and then pretend nothing happened when they realize they picked the wrong people.

🚨This is exactly how ICE agents create the very situations they later use to justify murdering citizens. In the video, they box in the vehicle of a U.S. citizen. They approach with guns already drawn, and try to open her car door… while repeatedly ordering her to unlock it, and ignoring anything she says. And notice how they don’t identify themselves. They don’t explain why she’s being detained. They don’t tell her what crime they suspect her of committing. To the person inside the car, it’s just a group of masked, armed men surrounding her vehicle and trying to force their way in. That’s how panic starts. And when people panic, move their car, or try to get away from what they reasonably perceive as a violent threat, ICE agents open fire, and later claim the vehicle was “used as a weapon.” Law enforcement cannot detain people without legal justification. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures, and officers are expected to clearly communicate their authority, and the basis for their actions. They are supposed to de-escalate situations. Instead, they use tactics to create fear and confusion… making it more likely someone will panic, and easier for agents to claim deadly force was necessary, while they violate the person’s constitutional rights. When these tactics become standard practice, accountability becomes nonexistent.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was filmed sitting on top of a man and repeatedly punching him in the head during an arrest in Plainfield, New Jersey. In the video, three ICE agents are already on top of the man. One agent is holding his legs, another is sitting on him, and a third is restraining his arms and putting him in handcuffs. Then, the agent sitting on him starts punching him directly in the head. The man has one hand handcuffed and is using his other hand to try to shield his head from the punches. The person filming yells, “Hey!” The agent looks directly at them… And then seconds later punches the man in the head AGAIN. ICE agents do NOT get unlimited permission to beat someone just because they are arresting them. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable force during an arrest. That means ICE agents cannot just use whatever amount of force they want because they are making an arrest. ICE’s own detention standards say force is supposed to be limited to what is necessary to gain control, and explicitly state that physical force or restraints are not to be used as punishment. Looking at the video it appears the agents have control of the man… The man was already partially handcuffed and was using his free hand to try to protect his head from being punched. So why is an agent repeatedly punching him in the head? This is another agent that needs to be investigated… Because being arrested does not mean you lose your right to be free from excessive force.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now kidnapping Native grandmothers in Chaparral, New Mexico. A Native woman pulled into a gas station because she realized she was being followed by a truck. Moments later, ICE agents surrounded her and escorted her to one of their vehicles. This is a woman whose ancestors lived on this land for thousands of years before the United States even existed. A Native woman, on her own ancestral land, being treated like a foreigner by the federal government in 2026. The Fourth Amendment protects people from being unreasonably stopped or detained, and the federal government cannot lawfully target people simply because of their race or ethnicity. So why did ICE agents stalk and kidnap this woman? This stopped being about immigration a long time ago.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents blocked in a U.S. citizen’s car… and then threatened to arrest her for not moving. In the video, a U.S. citizen was sitting in a public parking lot when ICE agents pulled up directly in front of her car, and blocked her from leaving. Then, they accused HER of “impeding” them. She told them she literally couldn’t move because THEY had blocked her in. The agent said they would back up… and if she didn’t move, “that’s your chance.” Her response… “My chance for what?” The agent then cited “18 USC 111,” a federal law that makes it a crime to forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede, intimidate, or interfere with certain federal officers while they are performing their official duties. But, the law is not a magic phrase that allows federal agents to arrest anyone who annoys them. The statute includes a forcible-act requirement. Sitting in a public parking lot is not “impeding” a federal officer. So, she asks… “How am I impeding you when you just pulled up in front of my car?” The agent then yelled: “Move your car or it’s over!” She told him they couldn’t move. He started yelling, “Back up, or you are under arrest. We aren’t playing anymore.” She responded… “Well, you can’t arrest me.” While she backed up. The agent gets mad and… while walking next to her car as she was backing up… replied, “Yes I can. Try me.” This is an absolutely insane abuse of power. The government cannot create the circumstances that make it impossible for you to leave, accuse you of “impeding” them, because you cannot leave, and then threaten to arrest you for not doing the impossible. Because that is coercion, and it’s illegal. And the most terrifying part is… this is how ICE agents are trained to operate. They create confusing, threatening situations where people don’t even know if they are being lawfully detained, if they are free to leave, or if they are about to be arrested for simply existing in the wrong place. And then the government expects people to calmly trust that everything they are doing is legal. Which is exactly why constitutional protections exist. Because “I’m a federal agent” is not a magic phrase that makes your constitutional rights disappear.

🚨BREAKING: This administration wants you to believe ICE is working on finding 300,000 “missing” immigrant children to save them from being trafficked… But here’s the reality: They’re hunting down unaccompanied immigrant children… and then stripping them of legal representation. (And if you’re wondering what YOU can actually do to help, links are in the comments.) These are children who came to the United States without a parent or legal guardian… Many fleeing human trafficking, persecution, neglect, abuse or abandonment. And now, the Trump administration is set to end the contracts with nearly 100 legal organizations, on July 31, which will cut off legal counsel for more than 20,000 unaccompanied children… All while funneling these CHILDREN into fast-tracked court hearings. And to make this all even more disturbing… This administration is already withholding $65 MILLION in payment, for legal work, unless those organizations turn over sensitive information about the CHILDREN they represent… Including unredacted medical evaluations and information about their broader immigration cases. A demand that puts attorneys in the impossible position of choosing between protecting these children’s confidentiality (and their ethical obligations)… or getting paid for work they have already done. And legal advocates warn that handing over this information could give the government a roadmap for mass deporting the very children they are claiming to be protecting. So, do you see what is happening? ICE is tracking down unaccompanied immigrant children. Then, the government is stripping legal counsel for unaccompanied children, demanding sensitive information about them, and speeding up their deportation proceedings… making it harder for these children to have their claims for protection fully heard, and processed. Meaning, these children, who have already survived violence, abuse, and trafficking… could be sent RIGHT BACK INTO IT. Not because they don’t qualify for protection… but because they were never given a fair chance to prove it. So, when this administration tells you they are finding these children to “ensure their safety”, don’t just listen to what they SAY they are doing… Look at what happens AFTER they find them. Because this administration isn’t protecting children. They are making it easier for vulnerable children to disappear. Go to the comments for ways you can help 👇

This is the funniest thing I’ve seen on the internet. Afroman had his house raided by Ohio Adam County deputies… who found absolutely nothing… broke his door, trashed his place, allegedly had $400 go missing… and then they refused to pay for the damages. So, like any reasonable rapper would do… He turned his home security footage into music videos, mocking them. And then, the deputies sued him for FOUR MILLION dollars… because they didn’t like being made fun of. And Afroman’s response? He dropped ANOTHER music video. In his own words: “Unconfidential informant lied to Police to get out of some trouble. Adam County Sherriff officers made a mistake by believing the lie. Raided my house, found nothing, refused to pay for the damages and filed a lawsuit against me, Afroman, for exercising my freedom of speech! This is me holding trial in one song. I hope you enjoy it.” They said his videos “ridiculed” them… so he decided to show them what that actually looks like. And the best part? A jury basically said… yeah… you don’t get to raid someone’s home, end up in their surveillance footage, and then cry because they used it to make fun of you.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught, on video, entering a U.S. citizen’s home without a warrant, tackling the father to the ground, while pinning down his 15-year-old grandson. As the family repeatedly told agents they were U.S. citizens, and demanded to see a warrant, the agents ignored them. The daughter began recording and repeatedly asked to see a warrant, but they refused. She also told agents her father is diabetic, and that the teenager they were restraining was only 15 years old. The agents continued to arrest both U.S. citizens from their home, without a warrant, eventually releasing the child but taking the father. The Fourth Amendment prohibits government agents from entering a home without a judicial warrant. If federal agents can force their way into a U.S. citizen’s home, ignore repeated demands to produce a warrant, and use force without lawful authority, they aren’t just violating one family’s rights… they’re undermining one of the core constitutional principles America was founded on. A free country depends on the government being bound by the Constitution. If those limits can be ignored without consequences, we are no longer a free country.

🚨BREAKING UPDATE OUT OF MAINE: The man killed in the Biddeford, Maine ICE shooting has been identified as a 26-year-old Colombian man who was authorized to work in the United States and had been issued a Social Security number. This wasn’t a “violent criminal.” This wasn’t even an undocumented immigrant. This was someone who had legal authorization to live and work here. So why was ICE trying to pull him over? A witness also says he saw a large white vehicle ram the smaller vehicle, followed by a second impact… And heard gunshots. He says he then saw an officer open the vehicle door, pull a man out with blood covering his head, and heard him say: “I tried to stop.” ICE agents do not have the authority to stop whoever they want, give conflicting orders, escalate an encounter, and then use deadly force when that situation becomes chaotic. If the government gives agents the power to carry weapons and take someone’s life, those agents have a responsibility to make sure they are acting within the law before they create a situation where someone can be killed. A person’s rights do not disappear because an ICE agent decides to stop them. Which means the question that must be answer is this… Was this man killed because ICE created a dangerous situation that never should have happened? Because when the government can put someone in a life-or-death situation, the question cannot only be whether the final seconds justified pulling the trigger. We have to ask why this encounter was allowed to escalate in the first place.

🚨BREAKING: A new video shows DHS lied, again, about an ICE shooting. Yesterday, ICE reportedly told police that a man “weaponized” his vehicle by “ramming” into an ICE sedan, forcing an agent to fire his gun during an operation in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Except… that’s not what the video shows. In the video, an ICE agent rushes the driver’s window with his gun drawn. The agent recklessly waves his gun around, and appears to order the driver to roll down the window. That’s an extreme use of force from the very beginning. Another agent approaches the car, and moments later, they violently smash the driver’s window. And notice how the driver doesn’t try to flee until ICE violently escalates everything. He drives around the ICE vehicle, makes it into the street… not hitting a single ICE agent, or vehicle. Then, AFTER the car is already past every agent, and driving away, an ICE agent opens fire. The law is pretty clear… officers may only use deadly force, against a fleeing person, if they have probable cause to believe that person poses an immediate threat of death, or serious physical injury to the officer, or others. So, where was the immediate threat? The car had already passed the agents… and was driving AWAY. ICE also claimed Lara-Hernandez had a criminal history of assault, and that this was a targeted enforcement operation. Yet, publicly available court records reportedly do not show any active warrants. Federal agents don’t get to point guns at people without legal justification. They don’t get to fire at a vehicle after the immediate threat has passed. And they don’t get to lie to police about what happened. So, when are we going to start holding these agents accountable?

🚨BREAKING: (Chicago suburb, St. Charles) ICE agents smashed a handcuffed man’s face into a stone wall, then assaulted a U.S. citizen, multiple times, once they realized they were filming. In the video, multiple ICE agents have a man in handcuffs. While he is completely under their control, and not resisting, they smash his face into a stone wall. A U.S. citizen begins asking for the man’s name, while filming... note that he is not interfering, blocking the agents, or preventing the arrest in any way…. But that doesn’t stop the ICE agent from chases after him, while another agent threatens him with a taser. As the citizen is actively backing away, the agent continues walking toward him, and aggressively shoves him backwards. Even after the detained man is being escorted to the vehicle… and the legal observer is nowhere near the agents, or their cars… that same ICE agent continues shoving the U.S. citizen for no apparent reason. And while he is standing on the public sidewalk, another agent walks over and points a taser inches from him, and then turns around and points his taser at other innocent people, who are just standing and watching. Americans have a First Amendment right to record government officials performing their duties in public. Threatening, intimidating, or assaulting someone because they are documenting law enforcement, violates that right. And slamming a person face, who is handcuffed and not resisting, into a stone wall is excessive force. This is exactly why it’s important to always record anytime you see ICE agents. Because when there isn’t video evidence, we’re told to trust the government’s version of events. And more often than not, their version is filled with lies. But when there is video, the people filming often become the next target… just for documenting what is happening. And that’s what makes this so alarming. This is happening across the country, almost every single day. Americans are watching videos of people being thrown to the ground, beaten, threatened, shoved, tased, and intimidated by federal agents… while never seeing anyone held accountable. When a government refuses to investigate or discipline agents who violate people’s constitutional rights, it sends a message that they can keep doing it. And that’s exactly what we’re seeing. The Constitution means nothing if the people sworn to uphold it can violate it without consequence. And as long as this administration refuses to hold ICE agents accountable, Americans should expect to keep seeing videos like this… because impunity breeds abuse.

🚨BREAKING: Law enforcement threatened to kill an unarmed 17-year-old as he was leaving an anti-ICE protest in Indianapolis. In the video, police officers stop a 17-year-old and order him out of his car. He calmly asks why. Instead of answering, an officer opens the car door, grabs his arm, and says: “I will fucking kill you.” An armed officer told an unarmed child he would kill him… with zero justification. The teen looks visibly shocked and gets out of the car. Officers then shove him against the vehicle and begin searching him. After threatening his life, the officer tries to justify it by saying, “He was reaching for a gun.” The teen responds, “Who was reaching for a gun?!?” They find no gun… because he never had a gun, and never reached for anything. This police officer illegally threatened to use lethal force against a minor who committed no crime. Which is exactly what happens when a government excuses, defends, and normalizes law enforcement aggression. When officers know they won’t be held accountable, the threats get louder, the lies get sloppier, and the violence escalates.
