There is 1 fundamental flaw with most health programs: They pass the complexity over to you. You are presented with high-level information or action steps that fail to dig into the details. Why? Because this is hard to do; and the coach or creator of the program didn't put in the work to sift through that complexity for you. Instead, they passed it over to you to figure it out for yourself. Like it or not, someone has to eat this pain. And I'm of the belief that this shouldn't be you. Thankfully, I've put in the work—I've suffered a high degree of pain—so you don't have to. Over the last 2.5 years I create a 12-step health system to achieve total human optimisation. A blueprint to eliminate lingering health issues, gain complete control over your mind and body, and access your full cognitive capacity. You'll find all the details here: And I'll admit: It's not a cheap program. I don't offer low quality cookie-cutter services. Like Leonardo da Vinci and the Mona Lisa, this program has been cultivated over many years. And it's damn good. Which is why tomorrow it will return to it's full price of $1,475. Meaning you have 24 hours to secure it at 53% off, $697. The program is 100% self-paced, and you maintain access to support and coaching for 6-months at a time. How does this work? From your sign-up date, a subscription renewal fee is charged every 6 months so you can maintain access to me and my team. (+all roll-outs/updates) This renewal will be exactly 1/2 of your initial investment. Meaning, if you secure the program at 53% off, your renewal will be $348.50 every 6 months (down from $737.50). This is fixed. The 53% off code is auto-applied at checkout as we speak, it will only work for the first 50 people. Go here to secure it:

Take Red Wine Molecule Resveratrol is a polyphenolic compound that occurs naturally in the skin of red grapes, peanuts, and some other plants. Dr. Sinclair says resveratrol activates sirtuins — leading to faster DNA repair, weight management, and lower inflammation.

One day I woke up and realised: "Everyone is suffering from the same health issues." Different symptoms. Different triggers. Same underlying breakdown. If your health feels unpredictable and no one has connected the dots, this video is for you: I’ve opened 12 spots to work 1:1 with me and the MD on my team to address this breakdown—before it spirals further. • U.S.-based only • $2,000 of the investment allocated to testing I'm handling every consultation personally. i'm building an AI-powered system for reversing health conditions (announcement) update 01 — the mission & opportunity i aim to spend the next 3-5 years solving as many health conditions as possible. up to now this has required a high degree of man power, with AI steadily creeping into our work flow at aura. as of 27/11, we'll be harnessing AI's full power to provide personalised human-reviewed solutions. (to all program members) too often people are coming to us having tried similar solutions, being met with nice UI and stunning dashboards. 6 months later, nothing has changed. having suffered from seemingly “chronic” health issues myself, passed repeat prescriptions for life and being told nothing can be done. i understand what people in this situation actually want: results. nothing more. that is what we will provide. available to waiting list only (Nov 27) — join here:

Tony Robbins' 10-minute priming ritual: Step 1: Breathwork. Inhale while pumping arms up, sharply and audibly exhale through the nose while pumping arms down. Repeat quickly 10 to 20 times. Step 2: Gratitude. Close your eyes, relax in a seated position with your palms facing up, and recall a time in which you felt incredibly grateful. Really feel that sense of gratitude welling up in your heart, and relive the experience as if it were happening again right now. Enjoy it, feel it, fill up with it. Step 3: Envision. Keeping your eyes closed, think of three things, one at a time, that you want to achieve or accomplish. These can be milestones, experiences, or even feelings—e.g., I want to feel more peaceful, I want to become more spiritually aligned, I want to become a thought leader in my industry, etc. Really live and experience each one. Once you finish, open your eyes and begin with the day.

Saffron is picking up steam in health communities as a brain booster. Clinical trials show it can help with ADHD, depression, and anxiety, often with fewer side effects than pharmaceuticals. Let's examine the science behind it. Saffron comes from the Crocus sativus flower. Each stigma is hand-harvested, which is why it costs more than gold by weight. Historically used in Persian, Indian, and Mediterranean medicine, modern research now explains why. Its key bioactive compounds: crocin, safranal, picrocrocin, and crocetin, cross the blood–brain barrier and modulate serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine. It acts like a natural SSRI, without the emotional blunting. Clinical findings are striking: 1) Depression: 30 mg/day of saffron matches Prozac for mild to moderate depression with fewer side effects. 2) ADHD: A 2019 RCT found saffron to be "as effective as Ritalin" in children. 3) Anxiety & stress: 28 mg/day significantly improved mood, social functioning, and reduced anxiety. 4) Sleep: Saffron improves onset, duration, and next-day alertness by regulating serotonin and melatonin. 5) Cognition: One trial showed that saffron matched donepezil in mild Alzheimer’s. Most studies use 30 mg/day, split between morning and evening. It’s well tolerated, though anyone on antidepressants should speak with a doctor.
