❗️What Simranjit Singh Mann feared and raised in Indian Parliament has finally been confirmed today by Canadian PM Justin Trudeau in Parliament that Canadian intelligence believes that the Indian state was involved in the extrajudicial a§§assination of S Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Further to Sardar Amritpal Singh’s letter and the subsequent protest from within Dibrugarh Jail, his mother has now appealed to public highlighting poor treatment, mental harassment and DC Amritsar’s denial of access to their lawyer which is totally uncalled for. Bhagwant Mann and Government of Punjab need to urgently ensure detainees have access to their rights before this escalates further.
