And that's something we're working to rectify." The industrial carbon tax price increased to $110 this year, with a plan to increase it to a minimum of $130 and all the way to $170 around 2030. Do you understand how MASSIVE the increase to these levels will be to cost of things in Canada and how uncompetitive our industries will be!?show more

🚨 SHOCK REPORT: Arsenal’s £75m Transfer Plan Could Push... Martin Ødegaard Towards a Surprise Exit! 😳 Arsenal’s reported pursuit of Bruno Guimarães could spark one of the biggest surprises of the summer, with fresh claims suggesting Martin Ødegaard’s future may not be as secure as many fans think. The Gunners are believed to admire the £75 million Newcastle United midfielder as Mikel Arteta looks to add more power, intensity and control to his midfield ahead of another Premier League and Champions League campaign. While Ødegaard remains Arsenal’s captain and an important figure, reports claim the club could consider offers if the right bid arrives, especially as they continue reshaping the squad. A move for Bruno Guimarães would increase competition in midfield and could change the balance of Arteta’s preferred starting XI. Arsenal are expected to face competition from clubs such as Manchester City, Liverpool, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, and Manchester United, with Bruno Guimarães remaining one of Europe’s most highly rated midfielders. Nothing is agreed, and Ødegaard leaving is still considered unlikely, but this is a story worth watching as the transfer window develops. Would you keep Martin Ødegaard as Arsenal captain, or would you bring in Bruno Guimarães if it meant changing the midfield?show more

NOW: Hundreds of state workers are rallying at the... State Capitol against Gov. Gavin Newsom's new return-to-office mandate that takes effect today requiring most state employees to work in person four days per week instead of the previous minimum of two (for most state workers). They argue telework has proven effective and productive, adding the return-to-office mandate will increase traffic and add costs for everyday workers and taxpayers. On the other side, Newsom argues the return to office mandate will improve productivity and improve downtowns. SEIU Local 1000 says the demonstration also comes as its contract with the state has expired. No agreement has been reached for a new contract.show more

Kaja Kallas: "The EU today blacklisted Russia for the... risk of money laundering. This will slow down and increase the costs of transactions with Russian banks." What does that mean for Russia? All transactions with Russian banks will now be seen as maximum high risk. If a European bank deals with Russia, it will be under additional scrutiny to prove they are not laundering money. Russia might have to route its trade through several intermediaries, pay higher fees, resort to more cash or barter schemes. This can also concern banks from countries "friendly" to Russia if they deal with European banks.show more

The ongoing record-breaking heat wave in the West will... continue while expanding across the Central U.S. through the weekend. Based on preliminary data, there have been around 50 March high temperature records broken since March 17 and more than 150 daily high temperature records broken. Record setting temperatures are expected to continue over the next several days. Most areas will see temperature departures of 25 to 35 degrees higher than normal for this time of year. However, some locations in the central Plains on Saturday could see departures exceed 40 degrees from normal! Overnight low temperatures will also be well above average, providing little relief from the heat. The early time of year, prolonged nature of this heat wave, and limited seasonal acclimation will increase the risk of heat impacts especially among sensitive populations or those without effective cooling. Adjust plans to limit strenuous outdoor activities to early morning hours, drink plenty of fluids, and seek air conditioned spaces. For more heat safety tips visit:show more

‌Cheap LED bulbs may not be worth buying, mainly... because their components such as capacitors may be of poor quality, resulting in a short life and easy failure. ‌ Here are the specific reasons: ‌Quality issues‌: Low-quality LED bulbs may use low-cost materials and processes, resulting in poor overall quality, such as poor quality capacitors that are easy to damage, poor heat dissipation materials and structures, which will affect the life and stability of the bulbs. ‌Health risks‌: Low-quality LED bulbs may have problems such as blue light hazards and flickering. Long-term use may cause damage to the eyes and skin, and even cause headaches, photosensitive epilepsy and other problems. ‌Safety hazards‌: Low-quality LED bulbs may be more prone to safety accidents such as short circuits and fires, posing a threat to personal and property safety. Cost issues: The price of each electronic component of LED bulbs is basically stable. The electronic components required for circuit protection design, temperature control design, etc. have a different quality and price, including heat dissipation materials, such as aluminum, copper, copper substrates, etc. The type of heat dissipation material used and the amount of use directly determine the cost increase or decrease. In other words, a better quality product must meet the requirements, and the cost is there, and it cannot be as low as a low-quality product. Therefore, when buying LED bulbs, it is recommended to choose products with more reasonable prices and guaranteed quality to ensure the use effect and safety. ‌ Of course, don't be superstitious about big brands. A large part of their high prices is advertising costs and lucrative profits. If you want to buy high-quality LED products at reasonable prices, you have to admit that you need to seek Chinese manufacturing; It must be emphasized that most of the brands that truly specialize in LED car light bulbs are in China. China has a complete LED car light industry chain, so according to customer needs, there are low to high quality, and our SNGL is the best LED car light bulb brand in China. The design and quality are not inferior to Philips at all. It has a history of more than ten years and is a professional LED car light bulb. In terms of component quality, LED chips, light pattern design, brightness, service life, heat dissipation materials and structure, adaptability, lighting effects, on-road test results, etc., our SNGL has performed well. You are welcome to buy it.show more

🇯🇵⚓ Japan’s Silent Guardian vs China’s Rising Ambitions in... the Indo Pacific Japan has launched its 6th Taigei class submarine, JS Sogei or Blue Whale, and the signal is unmistakable. Undersea power is now a frontline response to China’s expanding naval reach. Built for high end maritime competition, this 3,000 ton submarine uses advanced lithium ion batteries, making it exceptionally quiet and lethal. Combined with high speed Kawasaki engines and Type 18 torpedoes, Sogei is engineered to operate where detection means failure. Its importance stretches from the First Island Chain to the Taiwan Strait. As China grows its carrier fleet and pressures around Taiwan increase, Japan’s underwater force is emerging as a critical counterbalance, operating unseen but always present. No speeches. No displays of force. Just a silent reminder beneath the waves. And in a region watching China closely, silence may be the loudest message of all.show more

I am not trying to be funny, but most... people did not know this was a man in this video! Once being told that it was a man, the majority of black women were still saying how beautiful his face was! Truthfully bro looks like an above above average black woman and they were agreeing talking about HIS facecard will never be declined! So if most Transgay men wear wigs, heavy make up, bbls, fake breast, and have exaggerated voices & movements to look like women, why are black women mimicking them then? Why are they doing the same things? It is sad that as a black man, we have to chose from black women, most of whom look and act just like black men pretending to be women!show more

🇮🇱Elbit Systems is developing an airborne high-power laser interception... system as the next generation of air defense following the Iron Beam. The system is planned to be installed on fighter aircraft or helicopters and will be able to intercept incoming missiles and drones outside Israel’s airspace. Compared with ground-based laser systems, it offers greater mobility and the ability to engage targets both above and below cloud cover. The core technology combines multiple fiber lasers into a single high-power laser source, while enabling stable airborne targeting and precise engagement. Its accuracy has been described as “hitting a coin from 10 kilometers away.” Israel aims to eventually establish a squadron of laser-equipped aircraft that could rapidly take off during large-scale attacks and use low-cost laser interceptions to neutralize large numbers of incoming threats. The capability is expected to gradually become operational within the next few years. source:show more
