Mackenzie Dern is candid about how she thinks her... UFC 330 performance would have matched up with Zhang Weili: "I don't think Zhang Weili has that good of grappling. mark explained the confidence behind his big decision “that... kind of thing felt so precious. i mean, even putting aside security, money, all these things.. the fact that i still had something i wanted to achieve. that felt so precious. ive always wanted to do things well, to really reach the top in everything. as someone who wakes up every day with this drive to live at my best, i began to wonder, “what does ‘the best’ actually mean? and whats my ultimate dream? what is the greatest thing i can leave behind in this life, in this world?” so everything started connecting. and if this is the greatest dream i believe in, then i needed to commit to it with my absolute best effort. honestly, everyone in this world is living by their own standards and who you are depends on, the standards you live by. but honestly, ive always had a bit of a loser mindset, what a man should be? and i never felt like that matched who i am. ive always had a complex about that, like rough or edgy and not too exemplary either. but suddenly i got confused about all that. i ended up talking about it to david, david kept asking me “what is that coolness you have in your head?” that made me dig deep and really think. i realized i should actually live by what’s ‘good’ and i need to express that through music. so i found this dream of showing ‘goodness’, i want to show the world what real goodness is and making music like that. ultimately, for the next generation.. i really want to show the next generation what that is. so my dream became very clear. you can be good and also be cool, i want to create a new kind of cool. i truly want that and i want to live it and achieve it in my own life. i realized this is truly something worth dedicating your life to.”show more

Former Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R): “I have more... to give. I just do… Every morning I woke up literally bounding out of bed, ready to roll. And that was the most purposeful I’ve ever felt in my whole life — ever felt in my whole life. I’ve been out of office for six weeks. I took Suzanne on vacation, which she so deserved—she’s been amazing, and she’s one of the best first ladies in America. But six weeks has felt like six years. I mean — I’m just champing at the bit.” Sean Hannity: “But you have a good relationship with Trump? Have you talked about maybe going in?” Glenn Youngkin: “We do. I do — I do. So, what he and I talked about before I was done was me finishing. And I always deeply respected him because he believed that when I told him I needed to finish, that I was committed to it, and he was going to let me do it. And so that was one of those moments where he reminds us that he hears you and he respects what you’re saying, and I always appreciated that.”show more

“Hello everyone, We’re now back at the hotel. This... music festival was quite a success. It ended smoothly and perfectly. Honestly, it felt amazing. What exactly did it feel like? I think… before I went on stage, I could already feel my heart racing, it was pounding. I was so nervous. But when I actually stood on that stage, Put my hand on the mic, And looked up… There was a curtain in front of me. As it slowly dropped, The stage lights hit my face, I looked out And saw nothing but people. Completely packed. A sea of people with blue lights, All with my name, Ziyu, on them. In that moment, I felt like my heart skipped a beat. So before I even started singing, I smiled Genuinely. I felt truly happy. In that moment, I felt like I became a different version of myself on that stage. To be honest, I was really scared I’d freeze up. Scared I wouldn’t be able to speak. Scared of messing up. But when I was actually on stage, And finished singing, And said: “Hello everyone, good evening” Haha I was so thankful. Thankful for the beautiful memories you gave me. To receive so much love at my very first large-scale music festival It made me incredibly happy. I also hope that all of you Take care of your health Stay happy every day And may everything go your way. I’ll keep improving And bring you even better performances. Let’s meet at the next stage, okay? Bye-bye.” #ZIYU #梓渝show more

Magic Johnson, one of the greatest point guards of... all time, completely destroyed LeBron James in the GOAT debate 🔥 ''Hold up. You know LeBron is not the goat. I love my boy. I love him. But when Michael Jordan TOOK OFF WITH THAT TONGUE OUT… HOLD UP. HOLD UP. HOLD UP. LISTEN CUZ A LOT OF YOU WEREN’T BORN YET. 1991 AGAINST MY LAKERS. RIGHT HAND. WE THOUGHT WE HAD HIM. HE LOOKED AS WE WENT DOWN. HE SWITCHED IT TO THE LEFT HAND. TONGUE WENT LEFT. SPUN IT AGAINST THE GLASS AND GOOD. THERE’S NOBODY ALIVE THAT’S been able to do just that. That boy is too bad. I’m telling YOU RIGHT NOW. BUT… LeBron is a bad boy, too. He’s a bad boy, but he’s not Michael.'' —Source: (Earn Your Leisure)show more

🧸 “how do you feel after getting lasik? is... it good?” i’ll tell you guys this! before i got my tonsillectomy, i looked up a lot of vlogs and…a majority of people said that they felt like they were going to die so i was really worried before the surgery but i’m tolerant to pain so it was better than i excepted…my mom always made porridge for me so i ate that well too, ate it for every meal, took my medicines and left the humidifier on so…of course it hurt a bit because i got surgery but it wasn’t that bad 🧸 but after i got my lasik eye surgery, my eyes and nose were running for 6 hours straight and you know how your eyes really hurt when you make eye contact with the sun…like you tear up and your eyes hurt…it was that feeling for 6 hours straight like even if i had my eyes closed, it felt like the sunlight was inside my eyes and i was fighting it for 6 hours straight 🧸 so for the tonsillectomy, i couldn’t eat what i wanted and i couldn’t talk so that discomfort was the thing that was hard…it didn’t hurt but for the lasik eye surgery, my eyes really hurt a lot! the really fascinating thing though is that i was like “mom, this is so hard!!” for 6 hours and then i got tired of it so i fell asleep and when i woke up after 3 hours, i could see the world really well, i was fascinated and was like “mom!! it doesn’t hurt at all anymore and i can see things very well!!”show more

They say “Never meet your heroes”… But that saying... always bugged the heck outta me - because I’ve always felt if you’re a “celebrity” of any caliber and you’re LUCKY enough to have some fame and influence - then be grateful for the position you’re in and be KIND and GOOD to people — ESPECIALLY OUR KIDS. Sure I’ve met some a#%holes as an adult, who I was so excited to finally meet and wound up being super disappointed- but that further cemented how I feel about fame. When I was a little boy, I finally met one of my heroes - Muhammad Ali 🐐- he was so sweet and kind to me. Made a MASSIVE POSITIVE impression on me that I never forgot. Marco - it’s great to meet you, shake your hand and give ya a hug. Keep up the great work in school and THANK YOU big man for being my biggest fan!!! 🤜🏾🤛🏼 ps, us big boys cry too 😉🥹💪🏾show more

(about Concerto) 🔗: and i'm just so proud of... 🎭. oh my god, i cant believe- oh god. if i was in his place, i'd be shaking in my boots. thinking back to when we first debuted, he had very little experience with JP and also with singing, dancing and performing. me too honestly, but i wanna say even more so for 🎭 🔗: seeing where he started from and seeing him up there on the stage, performing with so much improvement, so much confidence, so much talent, it made me so proud of him. oh my god. 🔗: it's such a huge opportunity, it's a lot of pressure to be in that position; you can't speak the language that well working with this team and all the staff's communication would've been pretty complex JP, coordinating with other members in pure JP, getting up there on the big stage in front of thousands of people and more watching online as well, it's insane how much balls that takes so i'm so proud of him. 🔗: he did so well and he sounds amazing. all his songs sounded so good, i'm so proud of his improvement when he's singing. the technique, you can feel it, tangibly. i didn't know he could do that, what the fuck? www 🔗: i've had a number of moments like that whenever i listened to 🎭's performances . even some of that we've done together like, "bro, what the fuck? where did that come from?" but it happened again this time. it was really, really good. 🔗: his solo was beautiful, Fire◎Flower. just pure, pure, given everyone that pure genki energy that we love him for. so proud. my little bro. alburn, albernon, albarun, wwww he's come so far.show more

JENNIE talks about the story behind the making of... “ZEN” “wow, with ZEN there is so much to talk about. but when ZEN came along that’s when i know oh my album is Ruby and it’s happening. and that was maybe like six months into spending time at the studio.. every day every month just got more harder as time went by. i felt more anxious, i felt like something was coming chasing after me when this is something that i started. so i started lost my self in my head and then i met this amazing writer called Bibi. she played a very big role for my album. she really opened up to me and i learned to open myself up to her and we just had a great time and that’s when ZEN came along. and after many conversations that i had with her about our true motivation, our inspirations and our just life. we clicked pretty quickly and then with the message and the words in ZEN is was done in such delicate it was made in such a delicate way but to be expressing it in such a loud.. i think that kind of represents who i am.”show more

When I learned about the opportunity to write a... poem for Wicked: For Good, I felt so honored, as well as nervous since it’s such an iconic phenomenon beloved by so many around the world. The musical interrogates the forces of good and evil, and more importantly, how we arrive there, and how we can push beyond categorizing “different” as “bad.” As a Black girl, I resonate deeply with the experience of being the Other in a room. But Wicked reminds us at our hearts that the power of connection, friendship, and compassion is the true magic that enables healing upon this earth. I hope you all enjoy my new poem “Do Us Good” inspired by the beautiful film that is Wicked! 💚💖🫧✨ Thank you for welcoming me into Oz Wicked: For Good Jon M. “How lucky I am to have something that makes... saying goodbye so hard.” I didn’t expect to cry. But this year wasn’t just any year. It was the kind of year that fills your heart up so much, it overflows. From the early mornings to the Super Bowl finale, every single moment meant something. Every hug. Every high five. Every lesson that turned into magic. My littles made me better. They taught me to lead with love, to teach with heart, and to celebrate everything. To the NFL and every single person who followed along, cheered us on, and helped bring NFeLementary to life, THANK YOU.!!! You made my third graders feel seen, supported, and so very special. This was a season I’ll never forget. And while it hurts to say goodbye, it only hurts this much because it was THAT good. See you next season 🧡show more

Travis Kelce says getting kicked off the Cincinnati football... team forced him to build better habits and structure into his life “I was extremely fortunate. It wasn’t just my mother and my father. It was all the parents in the community that I grew up in that I felt like I had embarrassed too, the people that really helped me and supported me growing up.” “So many people vouched for me in that situation. My brother being one of them. They told me I had guidelines that I had to go through. What it did is it created routine and structure in my life that I hadn’t taken serious up until that point.” “Once I found that routine, I began to use that in every aspect of my life. I started using it when I watched film. I started using routine when I lifted weights or when I was training. It programmed my mind to find, ‘How can I get better as a person in all these little aspects of life?’” “My barber growing up told me to go look up Carnegie Mellon’s The Last Lecture. It was a beautiful story about how he figured out what mattered to him. It’s not how you achieve your dreams. It’s how you lead your life in the direction and the routine that you set, and how focused you are on the little things. That’s how you achieve everything.” “You don’t focus on the big goal at the end and have all this hope and desire. All that’s good. Everybody has that. But it’s the ones that strategically put it in place every single day.” “When I started to really get into that routine, man, I just took off. Football became so much more fun because I was having so much more success. I wasn’t just banking on my athleticism. I was using my mind to open up things and do things on the football field that I had never been able to do.”show more

Q: you’ve never signed with an agency, so how... did you end up signing with GMMTV? #mimrattanawadee #มิ้มรัตนวดี Mim: To be honest, I’m grateful that the seniors (decision makers) saw something in me and gave me the opportunity, because I’ve been a freelance actor all along. I’m really happy that P’Tha, P’Aof and all the other seniors opened an opportunity for me and gave me a chance. I felt that okay, since I’d already been trying my best all along, so one day when someone offered me the opportunity, I wanted to accept it and do my best. After I joined GMMTV I think I’ve made lots of progress. I used to be someone who couldn’t sing or dance, and now I can confidently say I can sing and I can dance too. I’m still not that good yet, but my skills have improved, and next year I’ll be better than I am now.show more

This last year and a half has been quite... a challenging and equally awesome time. I’ve faced a lot of backlash for what I sing about, which in some ways has set me back, but in many other ways has opened incredible new doors. I had no idea there were so many of us who felt the same way. We’re fed up with much of what’s going on in the world. The systems that don’t serve us but pretend to. The institutions that rob us and keep us dependent. But what has been so beautiful is discovering how many of us feel this together and genuinely want to create a future that uplifts and serves humanity, and each other. There are so many people working for good, working for the light. I hope the music and art I make can contribute to that in a great way. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you for having my back. I have yours too.show more

#SEONGHWA talked about filming challenges with junior idols because... he knows that feeling so well and wants to help them in any way he can 😭 ⭐️: these days things are going so well, so I feel good. A lot of people recognize and congratulate me a lot, and... I feel really thankful. I also, in my own way, try to find what I can do and do it. That’s my mindset. So I wondered what I could do, and I just filmed challenges diligently, contacted people here and there and filmed. Even when I felt tired I wanted to help somehow, so I worked hard (like that), I wonder if it helped? If it did even a little, then that’s enough for me. And now, usually… I also had times like that, when I really wanted to film a challenge with a senior I admired. I would do my hair and makeup on my day off, go to the broadcast station and even bring a gift. That one moment would stay as such a good memory for me, and the senior would say a lot of good things to me that it would become a good connection. I thought, “someday, if I can, I want to do that too.” I don’t know if I can help in a big way yet (with popularity), but if it’s something good for those juniors I’ll do everything I can. I know that feeling so well and it's such a precious one, so how could I refuse that? You just have to do it, ofc. And if I’m can remember it I want to do their challenges too, but I’m really slow at learning choreography, even memorizing our own songs takes me a long time. But still, I want to do it sincerely. If I get the chance, I want to practice more and do better, but after doing so many (challenges) I do hit a bit of a limit. So even when resting, I keep watching videos and trying to film better (challenges). Yes. Seniors and juniors both prepare really well, so how could I do it half‑heartedly? I need to help, even if it's just a little. #성화 #ATEEZ #에이티즈show more
