The homeowner bet it would collapse. But one mason... built stairs that float in mid-air — using a 700-year-old secret no one believed would work. This mason built stairs with NO support underneath. Everyone thought it would collapse. The secret? A 700-year-old Catalan vault technique — thin bricks laid in curves that lock by compression, no steel or heavy beams needed. Mind-blowing traditional engineering still used today. Who else wants to walk on these floating stairs? Would you trust these stairs?show more

In recent days Israel has placed a greater emphasis... on striking industrial targets in Iran, with the most significant in recent memory being: - Khuzestan Steel Company, Ahvaz - Khuzestan Oxin Steel Company, Ahvaz - Mobarakeh Steel Complex, southwest of Isfahan - Mobarakeh Steel Power Plant (supplies energy to the steel complex) - Powder Metallurgy Company, Neyshabur Industrial Town - Shahid Shafizadeh Industries Company, Alborz Industrial - Kheyr Abad Industrial Town, east of Arak, was just warned - Shamsabad Industrial Town, south of Eslamshahr - Nasirabad Industrial Town, southwest of Eslamshahr - Segzi Industrial Town, east of Isfahan The above list is just a sample of the industrial targets affected by strikes over the past 1-2 days. Many of these facilities are dual-use, and so too were the intentions of the Israeli strikes. Large-scale steel production complexes support construction, automotives, appliances, and pipe manufacturing. It's also critical for military vehicles and launch platforms. Specialized heavy steel plate rolling mills support energy transmission lines, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, and storage tanks. They have many military applications such as producing the hull sections of naval vessels, storage tanks for propellants, and steel plates for TELs and bunkers. Powder metallurgical plants produce machinery components, mining equipment, and specialized alloys. They can also be used to make precision components in guidance systems, warheads, or solid-propellant motors. The major industrial towns are made up of dozens of smaller factories or warehouses involved in metal fabrication, chemicals, plastics/polymers, construction materials, textiles, machinery assembly, bitumen processing, packaging, stone processing, and electronic goods. On one hand this attempt at crippling Iran's industrial base could destroy many of the raw materials necessary for future repairs/construction of military equipment and missile components. At the same time it would hamper Iran's domestic construction, automobile, appliance, piping, and petrochemical sectors. This would diminish Iran's export revenue, create shortages of basic materials, and worsen inflation and unemployment.show more

Delhi’s pollution is frustrating. NO Denial. But let’s pause... & think calmly, how exactly is Delhi BJP Govt & CM Rekha Gupta responsible for a crisis DECADES in the making, when her tenure is barely 11 months❓ ~ In this short span, she’s pushed real action: Road washing, Dust sprinklers, Mist systems at hotspots, No PUC No Fuel, WFH during severe AQI, curbs on polluting vehicles and construction. • Who let Delhi CHOKE for 11 years? Now the same party asks questions with dirty hands and zero credibility? Pollution mess takes time and sustained work. For once, that work is visible. Let's support them.show more

Realistic footage with Seedance 2.0 👇 Prompt: This is... handheld documentary footage recorded on an early-2000s consumer DV camcorder at the construction site of the Great Pyramid of Giza. The footage feels like real, imperfect documentation of one of the largest building projects in history. The recording shows hundreds of workers moving massive stone blocks on a large construction ramp. Teams of men are pulling ropes attached to sledges with heavy limestone blocks. Overseers with sticks walk along the lines giving orders. Dust fills the air. In the background, the partially built pyramid rises against the sky. The work is extremely physical and organized. The camera moves along one of the work gangs, following a team of workers as they pull a large block up the ramp. It occasionally tilts up to show the height of the structure. There are natural cuts between different groups of workers and close views of the ropes straining and the stone moving slowly. The movement of the camera feels like someone walking among the workers documenting the labor. The handheld camera shows constant shake, drifting framing, autofocus hunting in the bright sunlight and dust, exposure changes, motion blur, and the typical look of filming heavy physical work with an old DV camcorder. The person filming is clearly moving through the active construction site. Natural sound only: the sound of hundreds of men shouting and grunting in rhythm, ropes creaking under tension, stones scraping on the ground, and general noise of a massive construction site. No music. The result must feel like authentic, raw footage of the construction of the Great Pyramid, captured on an old camcorder.show more

"My arms aren't growing no matter how hard I... train them." No matter how hard. Yes. That will be it. Because clearly the missing ingredient is effort. Twenty sets was not enough, the four angles were not enough, the drop set at the end was not enough, and the answer is presumably a fifth angle and a whole additional evening. What your arms actually get in a normal week: - Heavy tension from every row, chin and pulldown - Heavy tension from every press, dip and close-grip - Twenty isolation sets piled on top of that - All of it at the end, when the weight has to be light - All of it at length, where damage is highest - A drop set, because they are stubborn - Four days of soreness - One training exposure, seven days later Biceps and triceps are the most damage-sensitive tissue in the building. Two small muscles with almost nothing there to absorb the work. Damage is not a growth signal. It is a repair bill, and repair spends the exact recovery you were hoping to build with. So no, they are not growing no matter how hard you train them. They are not growing because of how hard you train them. What they need instead: - One or two hard sets - Early in the session, while you can still load them properly - Twice a week - Add weight when you can Two of those sets are all the direct arm work I do. The bloke on his eleventh set of pushdowns has been at that machine since I walked in.show more

Time under tension does not build muscle. You can... move as slowly as you like. Control every millimetre. Turn a six-rep set into a 60-second ceremony. The muscle does not respond to the clock. It responds to mechanical tension applied close to failure by a load that is actually threatening it. No proximity to failure: no stimulus, regardless of how slowly you moved. And if you do push close to failure with a slow concentric, you have spent the whole set recruiting slow-twitch fibres, the ones built for endurance, while the fast-twitch fibres, the ones with genuine hypertrophic potential, wait at the side with nothing to do. They want heavy weight moved with maximum intent. They want the bar to slow because it is beating you, not because you chose to lose to it. Slow eccentrics compound this by generating damage without a proportional growth signal, because the muscle is at its strongest during the eccentric and nowhere near its limit. Feel free to move slowly. The fast-twitch fibres will remain exactly where they are.show more

We’re Just $11,000 Away from Reaching Our Goal! Help... Us Equip Engineering Units in Ukraine 🚜 Please, I'm reaching out to ask for your support in completing this fundraiser. Every bit of help brings the brave people of Ukraine closer to survival. If you're unable to donate, that’s perfectly okay—times are tough for everyone. A retweet, comment, like, or even just a visit to my profile can make a huge difference by helping this message reach others. Why is this fundraiser so important? Here’s what your support will make possible: 1⃣ Fortifications: Building fortifications is a backbreaking process. It requires digging, layering logs, and stabilizing structures, which is incredibly labor-intensive by hand. With crane trucks and excavators, we can build stronger and deeper defenses faster, ensuring better protection for our troops. 2⃣ Logistics & Transport: These engineering vehicles aren’t just for construction—they’re also vital for delivering supplies like food, water, clothing, drones, and ammunition. With a loader crane, a single operator can do the work of 10 people, speeding up loading and unloading tasks that are critical in warzones. 3⃣ Ammunition Recovery & Demining: One of the trucks funded through this campaign will be sent to a recycling unit for unexploded ordnance. There, recovered ammo will be repurposed for FPV drones and other defense initiatives, helping Ukraine make the most of every resource. 4⃣ Maximizing Manpower: Ukraine's population is smaller than Russia's, meaning we have to do more with fewer people. These machines allow one operator to handle the work of 20 or more soldiers—whether it’s excavating, transporting materials, or recovering unexploded munitions. We are so close to making this happen! 🔗 Donation Link: Thank you for your support. Every dollar, share, or bit of engagement makes a real impact. Let's finish this together and help Ukraine stand strong! 💙💛show more

All of those people who constantly cry about “cancel... culture” are at it again cancelling a company called Liberty Safe. This comes after they spent months trying to cancel Bud Light. These people will say, “but we are justified,” and they are not. That’s not how this works though. People boycott and “cancel” companies and people when they feel there is a justification to do it. It doesn’t mean that it has to be justified in your mind, but it is in theirs. It’s just so hypocritical to me when people attack others for canceling companies but they go ahead and do the exact same thing themselves. For those who aren't familiar with this story, the Liberty Safe company gave a passcode to the FBI so that they could access a suspected criminal's safe. There was a search warrant issued on the criminal's home where the safe was located. What do you think? Do you support cancel culture? Do you only support it when it’s in your best interest, or do you support it no matter who it is?show more

‼️🇮🇷🇺🇲 Benjamin Netanyahu warned the security cabinet: “We may... have to face the Iranians alone.” It became known that at yesterday’s cabinet meeting, the Israeli Prime Minister stated: “We may reach a situation where we will have to confront the Iranians alone, without U.S. support, with all the accompanying costs, armament problems, and global isolation. We do not want to reach this point, but we know it is possible.” In parallel, at the meeting, the Chief of the General Staff of Israel, Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir, warned those present about the expected agreement (with Iran): “As we see it now – almost every agreement is a bad agreement.” This reveals significant concern and realism within the Israeli leadership regarding potential confrontation with Iran. Netanyahu and the military command are preparing for a scenario where Israel may have to act with limited or no U.S. support, highlighting growing tensions and differing priorities between Washington and Jerusalem. ‼️ 🇺🇸 An A-10 Warthog safely returned to base... after being hit by a surface to air missile during a combat mission, highlighting once again the aircraft’s legendary survivability. The strike caused heavy damage to the right engine nacelle, tearing apart sections of the outer structure and exposing internal components. Despite the impact, the aircraft remained fully controllable and all critical flight systems continued operating. The pilot maintained control throughout the incident and completed a safe landing without further complications. Built for close air support missions, the A-10 was designed with redundant flight controls, armored protection, and battlefield resilience at its core. Regarding the Lamborghini crash on Coastal Road yesterday at... 9:15 AM let’s get one thing clear, it’s not always about the roads. As I’ve always said, driving a supercar is entirely about skill. Even with 10+ years in this profession, handling these machines isn’t easy. Rear-wheel drives, in particular, can snap out with just a little extra acceleration, and controlling that takes real expertise. The harsh truth is, most people who buy supercars do it only because they can afford them not because they understand them. Zero knowledge, zero skill, but full of overconfidence. That’s how lives are lost theirs and sometimes innocent others on the road. This time, thankfully no one was injured, but not everyone gets that lucky. Supercars aren’t toys; they demand respect and training before you even think of pushing them! ☺️🙏🏻show more
